摘要
目的 探讨各种甲状腺结节的高频超声声像图和彩色多普勒血流图特征 ,为定性诊断提供依据。方法 对 6 5例经病理结果证实的甲状腺结节患者的超声表现进行比较分析。结果 超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为 75 .4 % ,不同性质的甲状腺结节有各自不同的声像图特点和血供表现。结论 高频二维超声结合彩色多普勒血流显像可对甲状腺结节可作出一定程度的鉴别诊断 。
Objective To explore features of thyroid nodules on high fraguency ultrasonography(HFUS) and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) so as to provide evidence in differential diagnosis.Methods Sixty five cases with thyroid nodules were confirmed by operation and pathology. Their ultrasonic characteristics were compared and analyzed.Results Diagnosis vs pathology was 75 4%. There were different features of varions thyroid nodules on HFUS and CDFI.Conclusions HFUS combined with CDFI can help to provide certain differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules and has an important value for clinical practice.
