摘要
目的 :探讨在治疗中的精神分裂症患者中心理健康测查表的使用价值。方法 :对收住院的 1 0 4例精神分裂症患者治疗前后进行宋维真教授等修订的PHI量表测查 ,并分析其特点及使用价值。结果 :随着精神症状的缓解 ,PHI中F、HYP、UNR、PSD等下降 ,DEP显示增高 ,PHI反映了精神分裂症患者的病理心理随着治疗进展而发生改变的特点 ,同时 ,与传统测量工具进行比较分析。结论 :表明PHI对精神分裂症病情的综合评价具有较高的临床效度 ,对精神分裂症辅助诊断治疗具有参考价值。
Objective:To discuss the clinical value of Psychological Health Inventory (PHI) of curing schizophrenics.Method:The 104 patients with schizophrenics were measured and checked using Dr.Song Wei-zhen's HPI before and after the treatment and the results were analyzed on characteristics & use value. Results:The parameter of F、 HYP、UNR and PSD of PHI were fell with the remission of schizophrenia, contrary in DEP. Conclusion:PHI showed higher clinic measure degree to comprehend evaluation of schizophrenic condition,and it can be served as a reference value in the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia.
