摘要
我国的残疾人高等教育起步较晚,对其支持服务不足与不当是残疾人高等教育所面临的突出问题之一。文章主要从承担残疾人高等教育学校层面,阐述了我国残疾人高等教育学校支持的现况:专业、课程设置比较单一;校园环境、教学条件、学习资源以及辅助设备和技术不能满足残障大学生的需要;管理体制不健全;事务支持也不够完善。从学业、环境、管理、事务等四方面来分析如何构建科学的残疾人高等教育的学校支持体系。最后深入探讨了学校支持中几个关键问题,以期构建更完善的残疾人高等教育支持体系。
China's higher education for the disabled starts late,the less or improper support service is one of the prominent problems that higher education for the disabled is facing. Mainly from the level of schools bearing higher education for the disabled,this article expounds the current situation of China's school supports: the single specialty and curriculum; the inappropriate campus environment,teaching conditions,learning resources and auxiliary equipment and technology; unperfected management system; the unimproved affairs support. It analyzes the ways of constructing scientific higher education school support system for the disabled from four aspects of academic,environment,management and business. Finally,it discusses some key problems of school support,hoping to construct more perfected higher education support system for the disabled.
