摘要
关于英语强势主位结构(即所谓“分裂句”)的研究,先有叶斯泊森的“移位分析”和“插入分析”,后有韩礼德的“句法分析”、“主-述位结构分析”和“参与者角色分析”等方法。本文在评述以上诸法之后,基于系统功能语法理论,提出句法-语义分析法,并论述此新法的特点。
In this article the existing syntactic analyses of the English enhanced theme construction (a. k. a. cleft sentence)are first reviewed and critically assessed. It is argued that the construction can be analysed from both the syntactic perspective and the semantic perspective.
