摘要
传统经济理论认为 ,市场力量支配企业经营活动 ,配置资源。然而 ,企业与市场之间存在相互作用。大企业对市场有不同程度的支配作用。企业通过创新创造市场、引导市场 ,通过内部管理职能 (有形之手 )配置社会资源 ,其已在相当程度上取代了无形之手———市场价格机制。另一方面 ,伴随着组织与制度创新 ,大企业又将市场机制引入到组织的各个角落 ,在克服“市场失效”、“组织失效”的过程中 。
Traditional economic theories maintain that the market force determine the operation and resource allocation of the enterprise. However, there is interaction between the two. Big enterprises can influence the market to a certain extent. Through blazing new trails, the enterprise can create new market and guide the market. Internal management (the visible hand) to allocate social resources has to a certain extent replaced the invisible hand——the market price mechanism. On the other hand, along with the renewal of organization and management, big enterprises introduce the market function into every corner of the organization, and in the course of overcoming “market failure” and “organization failure”, explore the effective organizational system which fits in with the ever\|changing situation.
