摘要
目的:研究参薯亲缘关系和遗传多样性。方法:收集20个样品并对其原植物进行鉴定,样品进行ISSR分析,NTSYS-pc计算遗传相似系数,UPGMA方法聚类。结果:20个样品被鉴定为参薯、褐苞薯蓣、山薯。参薯与褐苞薯蓣、山薯存在明细的遗传差异,且其种内差异十分显著,遗传相似性系数为0.672 9~0.990 7。UPGMA聚类显示参薯种内16个样品可划分为4组,对照样品原植物表型特征,可见断面颜色及块茎支根数是评价参薯种质亲缘关系的重要依据。结论:参薯种内遗传多样性水平高,研究为山药区分提供了分子生物学依据,也为参薯新品种选育奠定了基础。
