摘要
在室温~700℃温度范围内对N18锆合金板材进行恒应变速率的单轴拉伸试验。结果表明,合金的屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量、强化系数、最大均匀塑性变形量和应变强化速率均随温度的上升而逐渐下降;断面收缩率和颈缩变形量随温度的升高而不断增加;在300℃~500℃温度范围内,伸长率出现最小值,强化指数出现最大值,强度和应变强化速率呈现一定的变缓趋势,这些现象表明,合金材料在温度影响条件下出现动态应变时效现象;此外,不同加载方向(即横向和轧向)对合金拉伸力学行为产生不同的影响。
The uniaxial tensile tests were performed on N18 Zircaloy at a constant strain rate over a wide temperature range from room temperature to 700 ℃.These results show that the mechanical parameters,such as the yield strength,the ultimate tensile strength,the elastic modulus,the strain-hardening coefficient,the maximum uniform plastic deformation and strain-hardening rate decrease gradually as the temperature increases.In addition,the area reduction ratio and the neck strain increase with the temperature.When t...
