摘要
提高学生实践能力是法学本科专业完成培养目标、实现应用型法律人才培养的重要环节。本文从法学本科专业人才培养目标出发,针对我院法学专业的具体特点,试图构建起以"立足培养目标——创新教学模式——优化实践课程——加强实践教学——遵循相应原则"为内容的学生实践能力培养机制。
