摘要 室内采用动态方法研究了PRD钻开液与在岩心端面上的滤饼形成时间及该滤饼耐各完井工作液的冲刷性;采用浊度方法研究了PRD钻开液与完井作业液的配伍性。结果表明,PRD钻开液在岩心端面形成滤饼时间短,可耐各完井工作液冲刷,能有效稳定井壁;与完井工作液配伍性良好,滤饼经破胶后岩心渗透率恢复值平均达80%以上,有利于储层保护。 A dynamic method is used to study PRD drill-in fluid and the formation time of filter cake on the core and flushing resistance of the filter cake to completion fluids. A turbidity method is employed to the compatibility of PRD fluids with the completion fluids. The results show that the formation time of the filter cake caused by PRD is short on the core, which is resistant to flushing of completion fluids with effective wellbore stabilization and good compatibility with completion fluids, after breaking the average core permeability restoring value is higher than 80%, which is beneficial to reservoir protection.
