摘要
本文以大众化高等教育为背景,紧密结合高等学校人才培养,提出变革既有的就业指导模式为推行全程职业指导规划;分析了推行全程职业指导的路径、参照、基础条件与配套策略,阐发了推行全程职业指导的意义。
Based on popular higher education, and the training of talents in universities or colleges, this paper proposes a shift from the exisiting vocational guidance to a full range one.
