摘要
近年来,我国高等教育实现了跨越式发展,也经历了重大的变革和转型,从办学理念、管理体制、结构布局到发展模式、运行机制、质量效益都发生了根本性的变革。本文依据科学发展观,坚持“规模、结构、质量、效益相统一”的发展方针,探讨了高等教育扩大规模产生的问题,进而提出了适度发展高等教育规模的建议。
Now days, our country higher education has realized great-leap-forward development, at the same time, it has been great change and revolution which is specially from educational concept, management regime, structure location to development model, quality efficiency in essence. This paper is on the base of Scientific Development Viewpoint, and under the developing policy of scale, structure quality efficiency mutual uniform. The paper research the subject's higher educational scale expands, and presents the recommendations of moderately developing higher educational scale.
