摘要
设计了对羟基苯甲醚的合成路线,以对氨基苯甲醚为起始原料,经重氮化、水解两步合成得到了目的物。通过实验优化,得到在n(对氨基苯甲醚):n(硫酸)为1:2.0,重氮化温度为-5℃,水解温度为60℃的最佳工艺条件下,以对氨基苯甲醚计算两步总收率为71.2%,目标化合物结构经IR、MS分析确证。
The synthetic process of p-Methoxyphenol is reported in this article.p-Methoxyphenol was designed and synthesized from p-methoxyaniline via diazotization and hydrolysis,and the structure of the final product was identified by IR and MS.The better processing conditions were determined through the experiments and total yield could reach 71.2%.Compared with the method reported in literature,this new method has several advantages such as cheap reagents,facile reaction conditions,convenient operation and high yield.
