首先综述了有关发展评价指标体系的国内外研究现状 ;其次 ,分析了小城镇发展评价指标体系建立的前提 ;在遵循给出的原则的基础上 ,建立了小城镇发展评价指标体系 ;最后 。
The current state of the studies on assessment systems both in China and abroad is first summarized. Preconditions for establishing assessment systems for small towns are then analyzed. Based upon the given principles, an assessment system is set up and, finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
