摘要
目的 :对地黄的干品和鲜品进行梓醇、糖类成分含量的成分比较研究。方法 :用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果 :地黄中梓醇含量、还原糖和多糖的含量均为鲜品高于干品。结论
OBJECTIVE:To compare the contents of catalpol,reducing sugar and polysaccharide between fresh and dired Rehmannia glutinosa.METHODS:HPLC method for catalpol and spectrometric method for reducing sugar and polysaccharide were used. RESULTS:The contents of catalpol,reducing sugar and polysaccharide in fresh Rehmannia glutinosa were about one more time higher than that in dried one.CONCLUSION:The differences of contents of three components between fresh and dried Rehmannia glutinosa was significant.
