摘要
阐述了微生物浸矿机理。综述了近几年来国内外关于溶液中离子对浸矿细菌毒害作用的研究成果。其中诸如As3+、Ag+、Hg2+、Mo6+阳离子对细菌具有毒害作用,表现为它们可以增长细菌生长的延滞期,从而影响细菌生长,降低金属浸出率。在阴离子方面,Cl-、SCN-对细菌的毒害作用是在生物氧化时,破坏细菌的细胞内部结构。
The mechanisms of bio-leaching and the toxicant influence coming from some kinds of ions during bioleaching of ore were expatiated,based on research work in recent years on this field.Because the poison of metallic ions(As^(3+),Ag^+,Hg^(2+),Mo^(3+)) affects the growth of bacteria,bacteria growth phase of the Lagwas prolonged and the metallic extraction efficiency was reduced.Because the poison of negative ions(Cl^(-)、SCN^(-)) affects the growth of bacteria during the biological oxidation.the inner structure...
