摘要
受乡村旅游、建设社会主义新农村的冲击,民族村寨出现了村寨城镇化、公园化的倾向,不能满足游客体验化的需求,令人担忧。该文从旅游体验的角度,运用服务质量期望的理论具体分析了民族村寨的体验要素,并在此基础上对民族村寨的开发建设提出了建议。
Under the impact of rural tourism and the construction of new rural areas of socialism,there is a town-like and park-like tendency of minority villages,which worryingly goes counter to the visitors' expectation of experience.This article,in the view of tourism experience,details the experience factors of minority villages using the theory of consumer expectations of service quality and brings forward some advice on the construction of minority villages.
