摘要
目的总结气管切开对重型颅脑损伤患者抢救治疗意义。方法回顾分析65例重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开术的资料。结果65例气管切开术中无1例术中死亡,61例患者好转后拔管,平均待管时间10~15d,4例因原发病加剧死亡,2例出现皮下气肿,出血3例。结论气管切开术对重型颅脑损伤患者抢救生命,减少并发症及促进早日康复有重要意义。
Objective To summarize the therapeutic significance of emergency tracheotomy for patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A retrospective analysis of data of 65 cases of tracheotomy in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Results One died during the operation of 65 cases of tracheotomy in 61 patients after extubation,the average waiting time for 10~15 days,4 cases with primary disease aggravation of death,2 cases of subcutaneous emphysema,3 cases of hemorrhage.Conclusion Tracheotomy for patients with severe craniocerebral injury to save lives,reduce complications and promote early rehabilitation is important.
