摘要
目的调查我院重点监控药品的使用情况,并分析其用药合理性,为规范我院重点监控药品管理提供参考依据。方法提取2015年1月~12月门诊内科和儿童保健科所有处方,妇科及产科住院手术病历、新生儿科住院病历,对重点监控药品不合理用药情况进行调查和分析。结果重点监控药品门诊内科和儿童保健科处方共315张,其中门诊内科使用质子泵抑制剂泮托拉唑肠溶片有243张,不合理使用处方共41张,占泮托拉唑肠溶片使用处方的16.87%;儿童保健科使用辅助用药单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液处方有72张,新生儿科住院使用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液病例有35份,不合理用药情况共15例,占其使用处方或病例的14.02%;妇科和产科病区使用质子泵抑制剂注射用奥美拉唑钠分别有15例和51例,不合理使用共12例,占18.18%。结论我院重点监控药品的品种少,使用量较小,用药基本合理,但辅助用药单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液使用的合理性和必要性有待进一步商榷。
Objective To investigation of key monitored drugs application in our hospital and to analyze its application rationality,providing reference for key monitored drugs use.Methods Extracting the internal medicine and Children's health section outpatient prescriptions and Obstetrics and Gynecology and New pediatric medical records from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital in order to understand the situation of the irrational key monitored drugs use.Results The prescriptions which have key monitored drugs in the Internal medicine and Children's health section about 315 pieces,including internal medical use proton pump inhibitors pantoprazole enteric-coated tablet is 243 pieces,unreasonable use of prescription about 41,accounting for 16.87%;Child care division and New pediatric medical records which use monosialotetrahexosylganglioside four hexose ganglioside injection were 72 cases and 35 cases respectively,.unreasonable use of prescription about 15,accounting for 14.02%.Gynecologic and obstetric ward using proton pump inhibitors omeprazole sodium for injection in 15 cases and 51 cases respectively,unreasonable use about 12 cases,accounting for 18.18%.Conclusion Key monitored drugs in our hospital varieties,use less and reasonable,but the use of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside four hexose ganglioside injection urationality and necessity for further discussion.
