摘要
目的 分析晚期胃癌患者采取阿帕替尼治疗的临床效果.方法 选取长治医学院附属和济医院2016年12月至2018年12月收治的进展期胃癌患者45例,按照双盲法分组.对照组23例采取常规化疗,而观察组22例在此基础上联合阿帕替尼治疗,分析对比两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗后总有效率(90.1%,20/22)高于对照组(60.8%,14/23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组出现蛋白尿7例,而对照组仅2例;两组其他不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 针对晚期胃癌患者,在化疗基础上结合阿帕替尼治疗,能有效改善患者症状,抑制肿瘤生长,且不会增加不良反应发生率,适合在临床上推广和应用.
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of apatinib on patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Forty-five patients with advanced gastric cancer diagnosed in Heji Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups by double blind method.Twenty-three patients in the control group received conventional chemotherapy,and 22 patients in the observation group were treated with apatinib on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment effects and occurrence of related complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 90.1%(20/22)in the observation group,and 60.8%(14/23)in the control group,while the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Seven patients had proteinuria in the observation group,while only 2 cases of proteinuria occurred in the control group;moreover,there was no significant difference in the incidence of other complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions For patients with advanced gastric cancer,chemotherapy combined with apatinib can effectively alleviate the symptoms,inhibit tumor growth,however,it would not increase the incidence of complication too much,which is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
