摘要 结合杭绍台铁路3标段粉煤灰混凝土的施工,对粉煤灰的作用原理进行阐述,对不同掺量、不同细度的粉煤灰对混凝土抗压性能的影响因素进行了详细分析,并进行粉煤灰混凝土抗压强度试验,分析试验结果发现,掺入同一细度粉煤灰,混凝土强度随着龄期增加而增加;对于掺入不同细度的粉煤灰,随着粉煤灰细度的增加,混凝土强度随之减小,细度越大,强度越低。因此对于强度要求比较高的混凝土工程中建议采用细度小的粉煤灰,以有效地提高强度,确保工程质量。 Combined with the construction of fly ash concrete in the third bid section of Hangzhou Shaotai railway,this paper expounds the action principle of fly ash,analyzes in detail the influence factors of different amount and fineness of fly ash on the compressive performance of concrete,and carries out the compressive strength test of fly ash concrete.The research results show that the concrete strength increases with the increase of age for the same fineness of fly ash,while the concrete strength of fly ash and concrete decreases with the increase of the fineness of fly ash.The greater the fineness,the lower the strength.Therefore,it is suggested to use fly ash with small fineness in concrete engineering with higher strength requirements,so as to effectively improve the strength and ensure the engineering quality.This research has a certain reference significance for the practical application of fly ash in concrete.
