摘要 教育经济学揭示了教育与经济的关系以及教育行为背后的经济逻辑,为准确理解和有效解决教育改革中的问题带来了全新观念,从教育经济价值观、教育投资观的确立,到教育市场观、教育民营观的形成,再到教育产权观、教育改革成本观、教育治理效能观的拓展,无不打上了教育经济学的烙印。系统梳理教育经济学不同发展阶段的重大理论成果,发现教育经济学的知识生产与教育观念更新具有一定的对应关系:教育与经济发展关系的讨论促进了教育经济价值观形成,人力资本理论研究强化了教育投资观,教育生产理论研究深化了教育效率观,教育产业问题争鸣使教育市场观、教育民营观更加明晰,而对教育制度经济学的探索则唤醒了教育治理的经济逻辑意识。深入探讨教育经济学知识生产与教育观念变化之间的关系,不仅可以强化教育经济学对教育实践的经济理性导向、成本与效率意识和效益最大化思想引领作用,引发人们心灵深处的教育思想革命与教育观念的自我超越,为教育实践发展提供了新方向、新思路、新想法,而且可以确证教育经济学作为一门不断成熟的学科的强大生命力。 Educational economics reveals the true relationship between education and economy and the economic logic behind educational behavior,bringing new ideas to accurately understand and effectively solve the problems in education reform,from the establishment of educational economic values and educational investment concept,to the formation of educational market concept and educational private concept,to the expansion of educational property rights concept,educational reform cost concept and educational governance efficiency concept have all been marked by the brand of educational economics.Systematically combed the major theoretical results of different development stages of educational economics,and found that the knowledge production of educational economics and the renewal of educational concepts have a certain corresponding relationship:The discussion of the relationship between education and economic development promotes the formation of educational economic values.The research on human capital theory strengthens the concept of educational investment.The research on educational production theory deepens the concept of education efficiency.The debate on educational industry issues makes the concept of educational market and the concept of private education clearer.And the exploration of educational institutional economics awakens the economic logic consciousness of educational governance.It is necessary to study the relationship between the knowledge production of educational economics and the change of educational concept deathly,because it can not only strengthen the leading role of educational economics in economic rationality orientation,cost and efficiency consciousness and benefit maximization of educational practice,and trigger the self-transcendence of educational thought revolution and educational concept in people’s deep hearts,and provide new directions,new ideas and new thoughts for the development of educational practice,but also confirms the strong vitality of educational economics as a subject th
