摘要
呼图壁储气库设计库容107×10^8m^3,工作气量45.1×10^8m^3,共部署注采井30口。经过五个周期注采运行后仍表现出井网利用率低、调峰能力不足的特征,且强注强采使地层压力交替、剧烈变化,注采气量合理配置及跟踪调控较为困难,随着储气库逐步达容,地层压力已趋近设计上限地层压力,区域断裂、盖层等均存在漏失风险,极大的威胁了注采安全。通过配产配注、跟踪数值模拟与注采参数实时预测技术相结合,实施"储气库气藏—井筒举升—地面管网"的一体化分析,实现注采气量合理配置及跟踪调控。调峰能力评价及水侵区动用技术可逐步改善注采运行效果,对于边底水气藏型储气库,水侵区域应尽量少布井或晚布井,以降低低效井风险;对处于水侵区域的注采井,可通过"注气驱替+注采吞吐"的方式,改善储层渗流能力,恢复注采利用。利用库容诊断及微地震监测评价气库的动态密封性,为注采方案优选和气库达容达产提供了技术支持,实现了多周期安全、平稳、高效运行。
In Hutubi Gas Storage,design capacity is 10.7 billion square meters,working volume is 4.51 billion square meters,and 30 injection and production wells are deployed.After five cycles of injection and production,it still shows the characteristics of low utilization rate of well pattern and insufficient peaking capacity,and intensive injection and production make the formation pressure alternately and drastically change.It is difficult to rationally allocate and track the gas injection and production volume.Along with the capacity reaching gradually of the gas storage,the formation pressure has approached the design upper limit,and regional faults and caprocks are at risk of loss,which greatly threatens the safety of injection and production.Through the combination of production and injection allocation,tracking numerical simulation and real-time prediction technology of injection and production parameters,integration of gas reservoirs of the gas storage,wellbore lift and ground pipelines are analyzed,and the rational allocation and tracking control of the gas injection and production volume can be realized.The peaking capacity evaluation and technology of water encroachment zone production can gradually improve the effect of injection and production.For the gas storage with the type of edge-bottom water gas reservoirs,fewer wells should be deployed at later time at the water encroachment zones to reduce the risk of inefficient wells.For the injection and production wells at the water encroachment zones,gas flooding and steam stimulation can improve the percolation capacity of the reservoirs and recovery the utilization rate of injection and production.Storage capacity diagnose and micro-seismic monitoring can be applied to evaluating the dynamic sealing of the gas storage,to provide technical support for the optimization of the injection-production scheme and the gas storage capacity,and safe,stable and efficient operation in multiple cycles may be achieved.
