摘要
目的:为妊娠患者合理使用中成药提供参考。方法:对2015版《中国药典临床用药须知·中药成方制剂卷》收载的1886种中成药,按妊娠禁用、忌用与慎用分类,然后按各品种的药物组成、所属科别与功效进行对比分析。结果:妊娠禁用药品共824种,妊娠忌用药品共7种,妊娠慎用药品共353种,同时标注为妊娠禁用与慎用药品2种。妊娠禁用药品中含妊娠禁用中药者占36.04%;妊娠慎用药品中含妊娠慎用中药者占47.88%,含妊娠禁用中药者占7.93%。按药品所属科室统计,妊娠禁用、忌用、慎用中成药占比最大的分别是外科、骨伤科、眼科。内科中成药按功效统计,妊娠禁用、忌用、慎用中成药占比最大的分别是开窍剂、蠲痹通络剂、驱虫剂;妇科中成药按功效统计,妊娠禁用、慎用中成药占比最大的分别是养血通乳剂、止带剂。结论:妊娠患者遴选中成药既要关注药物组成也要重视功效主治,谨慎合理用药。
Objective:To provide pregnant women with reference in the rational use of the Chinese patent drug.Methods:Classify one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six kinds of Chinese patent drugs collected in"The 2015 Edition of Clinical Medication Instructions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia-Volume of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions"according to pregnancy prohibition,pregnancy contraindication and cautious use of pregnancy.Then,compare and analyze it according to the drug composition,division and efficacy of each variety.Results:There are eight hundred and twenty-four forbidden drugs for pregnancy,seven drugs for pregnancy contraindication and three hundred and fifty-three prudent drugs for pregnancy as well as two drugs for both pregnancy prohibition and cautious use of pregnancy.The forbidden traditional Chinese drug accounts for 36.04%of the forbidden drug for pregnancy.The prudent traditional Chinese drug for pregnancy and the forbidden traditional Chinese drug for pregnancy account for 47.88%and 7.93%of the prudent drug for pregnancy respectively.According to the statistics of drug departments,surgery,orthopedics and ophthalmology account for the largest proportions of the forbidden drug for pregnancy,the drug for contraindication pregnancy and the prudent drug for pregnancy respectively.According to the efficacy statistics of the internal medicine Chinese patent drug,the formula for resuscita,Capsule Tongluojuanbi and insect repellent account for the largest proportions of the forbidden Chinese patent drug for pregnancy,the drug for contraindication pregnancy and the prudent Chinese patent drug for pregnancy respectively.According to the efficacy statistics of the gynaecology.Chinese patent drug,Yang Xue Tong Luo emulsion and formula for arresting leucorrhea and metrorrhagia account for the largest proportions of the forbidden drug for pregnancy and the prudent drug for pregnancy respectively.Conclusion:In terms of the selection of the Chinese patent drug,pregnant women shall pay attention to the composition of
