摘要
广枣为蒙医习用药材,在临床上主要用于心血管疾病的治疗,其化学成分以黄酮类、有机酸类为主。根据已发表文献挖掘广枣的主要药理活性及化学成分,应用AutoDock Vina软件将广枣活性化学成分与IL-6、AC、Thrombin进行对接,结果显示广枣的有效活性成分与上述三种蛋白均具有良好的结合活性。基于蒙医学角度及现代医学角度,综述广枣对于心血管疾病有关的药理研究,为深入探索广枣抗心血管疾病的药效物质基础提供理论依据与新思路。
The Fructus Choerospondias axillaris is a commonly used medicinal material in Mongolian medicine,and mainly used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in clinic,its chemical components are mainly flavonoids and organic acids.According to the published literature,the main pharmacologically active chemical components of Choerospondias axillaris were analyze,and AutoDock Vina software was used to dock the active chemical components of Choerospondias axillaris with IL-6,AC,and Thrombin.The results show that the effective active components of Choerospondias axillaris have good binding activity with the above three proteins.To summarize the clinical application,pharmacological effect,mechanism of action of Choerospondias axillaris on cardiovascular disease from the perspective of Mongolian medicine and modern medicine,which provided theoretical basis and new ideas for further exploring the material basis of Choerospondias axillaris anti cardiovascular effect.
