西安市农村居民慢性病防治素养干预效果分析 被引量:7

Effect of the intervention on chronic disease literacy among rural residents in Xi’an

摘要 目的评价健康教育干预方法对农村居民慢性病防治素养干预措施的效果。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,在西安市某县的6个镇中随机抽取24个村进行基线调查后,再分别抽取24个村为干预组和对照组,围绕《健康素养66条》和主要慢性病的防治对干预组开展为期1年的综合干预,分别对干预前基线调查抽取的1181人和干预后抽取的干预组1192人、对照组1175人进行问卷调查,使用Excel和SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果干预后,干预组与基线组比较,慢性病防治素养水平由4.91%提高至12.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对高血压病的理解、自测血压的概念等10道题目的正确率较基线组有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后干预组与对照组比较,慢性病防治素养水平以及自测血压的概念、对癌症早期危险信号的理解等6道题目的正确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后对照组与基线组比较,慢性病防治素养水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健康教育综合干预能有效提高农村居民的慢性病防治素养水平,在今后的推广中,应结合人群特征改进干预措施。 Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive health education intervention on the chronic disease literacy among rural residents in Xi’an,and to explore effective,comprehensive intervention methods.Methods Stratified cluster random sampling method was used in this study.24 villages in 6 towns from 1 county of Xi’an were selected as the baseline groups.Then,24 villages from the same county were selected as the intervention groups,and other 24 villages were selected as the control groups.One-year comprehensive intervention was carried out among the intervention groups based on the"Health Literacy 66"and the Prevention and Treatment of Major Chronic Diseases.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1181 participants before intervention,1192 participants in the intervention group and 1175 participants in the comparative group after intervention.The collected data was analyzed with Excel and SPSS software.Results Compared with the baseline group,the level of chronic disease literacy of intervention group was increased from 4.91%to 12.08%after intervention,the correct rate of 10 questions such as the understanding of hypertension,the concept of selfmeasuring blood pressure were higher than that of the baseline group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the level of chronic disease literacy and the correct rate of 6 questions such as the concept of self-measuring blood pressure,understanding of early risk signals of cancers among intervention group were different from that of comparative group(P<0.05).In contrast,there was no statistically significant difference on chronic disease literacy between the comparative group and the baseline group(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention of health education plays an important role on improving the chronic diseases literacy level among rural residents.In the future,the intervention measures should be improved according to the characteristics of the population.
