摘要
采用柠檬酸对棉织物进行免烫整理,研究柠檬酸的浓度、次亚磷酸钠的浓度、焙烘温度与焙烘时间等工艺参数对棉织物的白度、折皱回复角、断裂强力等性能指标的影响,并探讨活性黄B-4RFW染料上染柠檬酸免烫整理棉织物的染色性能。结果表明,柠檬酸免烫整理对织物的性能产生了较大的影响,在改变免烫整理工艺的条件下,免烫织物的免烫性能发生明显变化,织物强力也明显改变,织物的白度受到影响;在不同的整理工艺下,染色织物的K/S值基本上随着整理工艺条件的加强而下降。
This paper uses citric acid to carry on anti-crease finishing to cotton fabric,studies the effect of the citric acid concentration,sodium hypophosphite concentration,curing temperature and curing time on cotton fabric whiteness,crease recovery angle,breaking strength,and discusses the dyeing performance of active yellow B-4 RFW dye dyeing the citric acid anti-crease finished cotton fabric.The results show that citric acid anti-crease finishing has a great influence on the fabric performance,and it also has a significant influence on the dyeing effect of the fabric.Under the condition of changing the finishing process,the properties of the fabric changes obviously,the strength of the fabric also changes obviously,and the whiteness of the fabric is affected.Moreover,under different finishing processes,the K/S value of dyed fabric basically decreases with the enhancement of finishing conditions.
