CT影像组学在非小细胞肺癌疗效评价中的研究进展

摘要 影像组学通过非侵入性方式从电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)图像中深度挖掘有价值的特征,以表征肿瘤表型与临床治疗结果的相关性,其在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)疗效评价中具有重要意义。本文就针对CT影像组学在NSCLC疗效评价中的研究方法进行综述。首先,归纳总结了NSCLC CT影像组学的研究内容;然后,从不同治疗方式的角度,即放化疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗,对CT影像组学在NSCLC疗效评价中的研究方法进行概述,并将CT影像组学与其他常用疗效评价体系进行比较;最后,对CT影像组学在NSCLC疗效评价应用中的发展趋势进行总结与展望。 Radiomics is a non-invasive method to extract valuable features from computed tomography(CT)images to characterize the correlation between tumor phenotype and clinical treatment outcomes,which is of great significance in the evaluation of the efficacy of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).This paper reviews the research methods of CT Radiomics in the evaluation of curative effect of NSCLC.Firstly,the research content of CT radiomics in NSCLC is summarized.Then,from the perspective of different treatment methods,such as namely radiotherapy and chemotherapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy,the research methods of CT radiomics in the evaluation of NSCLC efficacy were summarized,and the CT radiomics was compared with other commonly used efficacy evaluation systems.Finally,the development trend and improvement of the application of CT radiomics in the evaluation of NSCLC curative effect were summarized and prospected.
