The J values ob...The variable-temperature magnetic properties of the two phenoxybridged di-iron complexes(Et4N)2[Fe2(o-OC6H4S)4](1) and (Et4N)2[Fe2(o-OC6H4S)2(o-OC6H4SH)2] (2) with o-mercaptophenol ligand are reported. The J values obtained show weak antiferromagnetic interactions of the iron atoms in both complexes. The spin states are S=5/2 and S=1 for the Fe(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅱ) ions in (1) and (2), respectively.
