In contra...Recent progress in chimeric antigen receptor-modified T-cell(CAR-T cell) technology in cancer therapy is extremely promising, especially in the treatment of patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. In contrast, due to the hostile immunosuppressive microenvironment of a solid tumor, CAR T-cell accessibility and survival continue to pose a considerable challenge, which leads to their limited therapeutic efficacy. In this study, we constructed two anti-MUC1 CAR-T cell lines. One set of CAR-T cells contained SM3 single chain variable fragment(sc Fv) sequence specifically targeting the MUC1 antigen and co-expressing interleukin(IL) 12(named SM3-CAR). The other CAR-T cell line carried the SM3 sc Fv sequence modified to improve its binding to MUC1 antigen(named p SM3-CAR) but did not co-express IL-12. When those two types of CAR-T cells were injected intratumorally into two independent metastatic lesions of the same MUC1+ seminal vesicle cancer patient as part of an interventional treatment strategy, the initial results indicated no side-effects of the MUC1 targeting CAR-T cell approach, and patient serum cytokines responses were positive. Further evaluation showed that p SM3-CAR effectively caused tumor necrosis, providing new options for improved CAR-T therapy in solid tumors.展开更多

Through the tunnel, endoscopic diagnosis or treatment is performed for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP, and even outside the gastrointestinal(GI) tract.At present, the tunnel technique application range covers the following:(1)Treatment of lesions originating from the mucosal layer, e.g., endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection for oesophageal large or circular early-stage cancer or precancerosis;(2) treatment of lesions from the MP layer, per-oral endoscopic myotomy, submucosal tunnelling endoscopic resection, etc.; and(3) diagnosis and treatment of lesions outside the GI tract, such as resection of lymph nodes and benign tumour excision in the mediastinum or abdominal cavity. With the increasing number of DETTs performed worldwide, endoscopic tunnel therapeutics, which is based on DETT, has been gradually developed and optimized. However, there is not yet an expert consensus on DETT to regulate its indications, contraindications, surgical procedure, and postoperative treatment.The International DETT Alliance signed up this consensus to standardize the procedures of DETT. In this consensus, we describe the definition, mechanism,and significance of DETT, prevention of infection and concepts of DETTassociated complications, methods to establish a submucosal tunnel, and application of DETT for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP and outside the GI tract(indications and contraindications, procedures, pre-and postoperative treatments, effectiveness, complications and treatments, and a comparison between DETT and other operations).展开更多
The restoration of nerve dysfunction after traumatic brain injury(TBI)faces huge challenges due to the limited self-regenerative abilities of nerve tissues.In situ inductive recovery can be achieved utilizing biologic...The restoration of nerve dysfunction after traumatic brain injury(TBI)faces huge challenges due to the limited self-regenerative abilities of nerve tissues.In situ inductive recovery can be achieved utilizing biological scaffolds combined with endogenous human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(HUCMSCs)-derived exosomes(MExos).In this study,brain-derived neurotrophic factor-stimulated HUCMSCs-derived exosomes(BMExos)were composited with collagen/chitosan by 3D printing technology.3D-printed collagen/chitosan/BMExos(3D-CC-BMExos)scaffolds have excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility.Subsequently,in vivo experiments showed that 3D-CC-BMExos therapy could improve the recovery of neuromotor function and cognitive function in a TBI model in rats.Consistent with the behavioural recovery,the results of histomorphological tests showed that 3D-CC-BMExos therapy could facilitate the remodelling of neural networks,such as improving the regeneration of nerve fibres,synaptic connections and myelin sheaths,in lesions after TBI.展开更多
There are various clinical treatments for traumatic brain injury,including surgery,drug therapy,and rehabilitation therapy;howeve r,the therapeutic effects are limited.Scaffolds combined with exosomes represent a prom...There are various clinical treatments for traumatic brain injury,including surgery,drug therapy,and rehabilitation therapy;howeve r,the therapeutic effects are limited.Scaffolds combined with exosomes represent a promising but challenging method for improving the repair of traumatic brain injury.In this study,we determined the ability of a novel 3D-printed collagen/chitosan scaffold loaded with exosomes derived from neural stem cells pretreated with insulin-like growth factor-1(3D-CC-INEXOS) to improve traumatic brain injury repair and functional recove ry after traumatic brain injury in rats.Composite scaffolds comprising collagen,chitosan,and exosomes derived from neural stem cells pretreated with insulin-like growth fa ctor-1(INEXOS) continuously released exosomes for 2weeks.Transplantation of 3D-CC-INExos scaffolds significantly improved motor and cognitive functions in a rat traumatic brain injury model,as assessed by the Morris water maze test and modified neurological seve rity scores.In addition,immunofluorescence staining and transmission electron microscopy showed that3D-CC-INExos implantation significantly improved the recove ry of damaged nerve tissue in the injured area.In conclusion,this study suggests that transplanted3D-CC-INExos scaffolds might provide a potential strategy for the treatment of traumatic brain injury and lay a solid foundation for clinical translation.展开更多

First, t...In this paper, a fuzzy sliding mode active disturbance rejection control(FSMADRC) scheme is proposed for an autonomous underwater vehicle-manipulator system(AUVMS) with a two-link and three-joint manipulator. First, the AUVMS is separated into nine subsystems, and the combined effects of dynamic uncertainties, hydrodynamic force, unknown disturbances, and nonlinear coupling terms on each subsystem are lumped into a single total disturbance. Next, a linear extended state observer(LESO) is presented to estimate the total disturbance. Then, a sliding mode active disturbance rejection control(SMADRC) scheme is proposed to enhance the robustness of the control system. The stability of the SMADRC and the estimation errors of the LESO are analyzed. Because it is difficult to simultaneously adjust several parameters for a LESO-based SMADRC scheme, a fuzzy logic control(FLC) scheme is used to formulate the FSMADRC to determine the appropriate parameters adaptively for practical applications. Finally, two AUVMS tasks are illustrated to test the trajectory tracking performance of the closed-loop system and its ability to reject and attenuate the total disturbance. The simulation results show that the proposed FSMADRC scheme achieves better performance and consume less energy than conventional PID and FLC techniques.展开更多

Previous studies have suggested that the incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder in earthquake rescue workers is relatively high. Risk factors for this disorder include demographic characteristics, earthquake-rela...Previous studies have suggested that the incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder in earthquake rescue workers is relatively high. Risk factors for this disorder include demographic characteristics, earthquake-related high-risk factors, risk factors in the rescue process, personality, social support and coping style. This study examined the current status of a unit of 1 040 rescue workers who participated in earthquake relief for the Wenchuan earthquake that occurred on May 12th, 2008. Post-traumatic stress disorder was diagnosed primarily using the Clinician-Administered Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Scale during structured interviews. Univariate and multivariate sta-tistical analyses were used to examine major risk factors that contributed to the incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder. Results revealed that the incidence of this disorder in the rescue group was 5.96%. The impact factors in univariate analysis included death of family members, contact with corpses or witnessing of the deceased or seriously injured, near-death experience, severe injury or mental trauma in the rescue process and working at the epicenter of the earthquake. Correlation analysis suggested that post-traumatic stress disorder was positively correlated with psychotic and neurotic personalities, negative coping and low social support. Impact factors in mul-tivariate logistic regression analysis included near-death experience, severe injury or mental trauma, working in the epicenter of the rescue, neurotic personality, negative coping and low social support, among which low social support had the largest odds ratio of 20.42. Findings showed that the oc-currence of post-traumatic stress disorder was the result of the interaction of multiple factors.展开更多
A novel hair sample pre-treatment method based on high-speed grinding and solid-phase microextraction(SPME)had been applied for the determination of amphetamines,ketamine and their metabolites in hair samples by liqui...A novel hair sample pre-treatment method based on high-speed grinding and solid-phase microextraction(SPME)had been applied for the determination of amphetamines,ketamine and their metabolites in hair samples by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS).A 20mg sample of hair was ground with 2 mL of saturated sodium carbonate solution using a high-efficiency hair grinder with 70 Hz osillation for 2min at 4℃.After centrifuging,1.5mL of the supernatant was transferred and treated with SPME by direct immersion(DI-SPME).The target analytes extracted by fibre were desorbed and analysed using LC-MS.Under the optimum conditions,a recovery of 90.2%-95.8%was obtained for all analytes.The analytical method was linear for all analytes in the range from 0.2 to 10 ng/mg with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.9985 to 0.9993.The detection limits for all analytes were estimated to be 0.067 ng/mg.The accuracy(mean relative error)was within±6.9%and the precision(relative standard error)was less than 6.8%.The combination of high-speed grinding of hair and SPME had the advantages of being easy to perform,environment-friendly and high in detection sensitivity.The proposed method offered an altermative ana lytical approach for the sensitive detection of drugs in hair samples for forensic purposes.展开更多
The secretome secreted by stem cells and bioactive material has emerged as a promising therapeutic choice for traumatic brain injury(TBI).We aimed to determine the effect of 3D-printed collagen/chitosan/secretome deri...The secretome secreted by stem cells and bioactive material has emerged as a promising therapeutic choice for traumatic brain injury(TBI).We aimed to determine the effect of 3D-printed collagen/chitosan/secretome derived from human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells scaffolds(3D-CC-ST)on the injured tissue regeneration process.3D-CC-ST was performed using 3D printing technology at a low temperature(20C),and the physical properties and degeneration rate were measured.The utilization of low temperature contributed to a higher cytocompatibility of fabricating porous 3D architectures that provide a homogeneous distribution of cells.Immediately after the establishment of the canine TBI model,3D-CC-ST and 3D-CC(3D-printed collagen/chitosan scaffolds)were implanted into the cavity of TBI.Following implantation of scaffolds,neurological examination and motor evoked potential detection were performed to analyze locomotor function recovery.Histological and immunofluorescence staining were performed to evaluate neuro-regeneration.The group treated with 3D-CC-ST had good performance of behavior functions.Implanting 3D-CC-ST significantly reduced the cavity area,facilitated the regeneration of nerve fibers and vessel reconstruction,and promoted endogenous neuronal differentiation and synapse formation after TBI.The implantation of 3D-CC-ST also markedly reduced cell apoptosis and regulated the level of systemic inflammatory factors after TBI.展开更多

Background:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)strategies in COVID-19 patients differ from those in patients suffering from cardiogenic cardiac arrest.During CPR,both healthcare and non-healthcare workers who provide re...Background:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)strategies in COVID-19 patients differ from those in patients suffering from cardiogenic cardiac arrest.During CPR,both healthcare and non-healthcare workers who provide resuscitation are at risk of infection.The Working Group for Expert Consensus on Prevention and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for Cardiac Arrest in COVID-19 has developed this Chinese Expert Consensus to guide clinical practice of CPR in COVID-19 patients.Main recommendations:1)A medical team should be assigned to evaluate severe and critical COVID-19 for early monitoring of cardiac-arrest warning signs.2)Psychological counseling and treatment are highly recommended,since sympathetic and vagal abnormalities induced by psychological stress from the COVID-19 pandemic can induce cardiac arrest.3)Healthcare workers should wear personal protective equipment(PPE).4)Mouth-to-mouth ventilation should be avoided on patients suspected of having or diagnosed with COVID-19.5)Hands-only chest compression and mechanical chest compression are recommended.6)Tracheal-intubation procedures should be optimized and tracheal-intubation strategies should be implemented early.7)CPR should be provided for 20-30 min.8)Various factors should be taken into consideration such as the interests of patients and family members,ethics,transmission risks,and laws and regulations governing infectious disease control.Changes in management:The following changes or modifications to CPR strategy in COVID-19 patients are proposed:1)Healthcare workers should wear PPE.2)Hands-only chest compression and mechanical chest compression can be implemented to reduce or avoid the spread of viruses by aerosols.3)Both the benefits to patients and the risk of infection should be considered.4)Hhealthcare workers should be fully aware of and trained in CPR strategies and procedures specifically for patients with COVID-19.展开更多

This paper introduces a novel mechanism to improve the performance of peer assessment for collaborative learning.Firstly,a small set of assignments which have being pre-scored by the teacher impartially,are introduced...This paper introduces a novel mechanism to improve the performance of peer assessment for collaborative learning.Firstly,a small set of assignments which have being pre-scored by the teacher impartially,are introduced as“sentinels”.The reliability of a reviewer can be estimated by the deviation between the sentinels’scores judged by the reviewers and the impartial scores.Through filtering the inferior reviewers by the reliability,each score can then be subjected into mean value correction and standard deviation correction processes sequentially.Then the optimized mutual score which mitigated the influence of the subjective differences of the reviewers are obtained.We perform our experiments on 200 learners.They are asked to submit their assignments and review each other.In the experiments,the sentinel-based mechanism is compared with several other baseline algorithms.It proves that the proposed mechanism can effectively improve the accuracy of peer assessment,and promote the development of collaborative learning.展开更多

文摘There are various clinical treatments for traumatic brain injury,including surgery,drug therapy,and rehabilitation therapy;howeve r,the therapeutic effects are limited.Scaffolds combined with exosomes represent a promising but challenging method for improving the repair of traumatic brain injury.In this study,we determined the ability of a novel 3D-printed collagen/chitosan scaffold loaded with exosomes derived from neural stem cells pretreated with insulin-like growth factor-1(3D-CC-INEXOS) to improve traumatic brain injury repair and functional recove ry after traumatic brain injury in rats.Composite scaffolds comprising collagen,chitosan,and exosomes derived from neural stem cells pretreated with insulin-like growth fa ctor-1(INEXOS) continuously released exosomes for 2weeks.Transplantation of 3D-CC-INExos scaffolds significantly improved motor and cognitive functions in a rat traumatic brain injury model,as assessed by the Morris water maze test and modified neurological seve rity scores.In addition,immunofluorescence staining and transmission electron microscopy showed that3D-CC-INExos implantation significantly improved the recove ry of damaged nerve tissue in the injured area.In conclusion,this study suggests that transplanted3D-CC-INExos scaffolds might provide a potential strategy for the treatment of traumatic brain injury and lay a solid foundation for clinical translation.

文摘Novel C-BiOCl/Bi_(2)S_(3) composites are prepared by hydrothermal C doping in BiOCl and in-situ growth of Bi_(2)S_(3) on C-BiOCl.Compared with BiOCl,C-BiOCl has a larger exposed surface area and can effectively absorb visible light.The construction of a heterojunction in C-BiOCl/Bi_(2)S_(3) further promotes the separation and transfer of photogenerated carriers.With improved photoelectric properties,the optimized 5C-BiOCl/5Bi_(2)S_(3) is applied as a dual-functional composite for photoelectrochemical(PEC)detection and photocatalytic(PC)reduction of Cr(VI).The 5C-BiOCl/5Bi_(2)S_(3) shows a linear range of 0.02-80μM for PEC cathodic detection of Cr(VI)with a detection limit of 0.01628μM.Additionally,99.5%of Cr(VI)can be removed via absorption and PC reduction by 5C-BiOCl/5Bi_(2)S_(3),with the reduction rate constant(k)336 times higher than that of BiOCl.

文摘In this paper, a fuzzy sliding mode active disturbance rejection control(FSMADRC) scheme is proposed for an autonomous underwater vehicle-manipulator system(AUVMS) with a two-link and three-joint manipulator. First, the AUVMS is separated into nine subsystems, and the combined effects of dynamic uncertainties, hydrodynamic force, unknown disturbances, and nonlinear coupling terms on each subsystem are lumped into a single total disturbance. Next, a linear extended state observer(LESO) is presented to estimate the total disturbance. Then, a sliding mode active disturbance rejection control(SMADRC) scheme is proposed to enhance the robustness of the control system. The stability of the SMADRC and the estimation errors of the LESO are analyzed. Because it is difficult to simultaneously adjust several parameters for a LESO-based SMADRC scheme, a fuzzy logic control(FLC) scheme is used to formulate the FSMADRC to determine the appropriate parameters adaptively for practical applications. Finally, two AUVMS tasks are illustrated to test the trajectory tracking performance of the closed-loop system and its ability to reject and attenuate the total disturbance. The simulation results show that the proposed FSMADRC scheme achieves better performance and consume less energy than conventional PID and FLC techniques.

文摘For the public having a better understanding of solar activities,the Educational Adaptive-optics Solar Telescope(EAST)was built in July 2021 and is located at the Shanghai Astronomy Museum.The EAST consists of a 65 cm aperture solar telescope with a 177-element adaptive optics system and two-channel high resolution imaging system at the Hαand TiO bands,in addition to three full disk solar telescopes at CaK,Hαand TiO bands equipped on the tube of the main telescope.In this paper,the configuration of the EAST is described.Its performance and on-sky observational results are presented.The EAST,to our knowledge,is the most advanced solar telescope for the popularization of science in the world.Due to its excellent performance,the data acquired by the EAST can also be used for research on solar physics and space weather prediction.

文摘Previous studies have suggested that the incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder in earthquake rescue workers is relatively high. Risk factors for this disorder include demographic characteristics, earthquake-related high-risk factors, risk factors in the rescue process, personality, social support and coping style. This study examined the current status of a unit of 1 040 rescue workers who participated in earthquake relief for the Wenchuan earthquake that occurred on May 12th, 2008. Post-traumatic stress disorder was diagnosed primarily using the Clinician-Administered Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Scale during structured interviews. Univariate and multivariate sta-tistical analyses were used to examine major risk factors that contributed to the incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder. Results revealed that the incidence of this disorder in the rescue group was 5.96%. The impact factors in univariate analysis included death of family members, contact with corpses or witnessing of the deceased or seriously injured, near-death experience, severe injury or mental trauma in the rescue process and working at the epicenter of the earthquake. Correlation analysis suggested that post-traumatic stress disorder was positively correlated with psychotic and neurotic personalities, negative coping and low social support. Impact factors in mul-tivariate logistic regression analysis included near-death experience, severe injury or mental trauma, working in the epicenter of the rescue, neurotic personality, negative coping and low social support, among which low social support had the largest odds ratio of 20.42. Findings showed that the oc-currence of post-traumatic stress disorder was the result of the interaction of multiple factors.

文摘A novel hair sample pre-treatment method based on high-speed grinding and solid-phase microextraction(SPME)had been applied for the determination of amphetamines,ketamine and their metabolites in hair samples by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS).A 20mg sample of hair was ground with 2 mL of saturated sodium carbonate solution using a high-efficiency hair grinder with 70 Hz osillation for 2min at 4℃.After centrifuging,1.5mL of the supernatant was transferred and treated with SPME by direct immersion(DI-SPME).The target analytes extracted by fibre were desorbed and analysed using LC-MS.Under the optimum conditions,a recovery of 90.2%-95.8%was obtained for all analytes.The analytical method was linear for all analytes in the range from 0.2 to 10 ng/mg with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.9985 to 0.9993.The detection limits for all analytes were estimated to be 0.067 ng/mg.The accuracy(mean relative error)was within±6.9%and the precision(relative standard error)was less than 6.8%.The combination of high-speed grinding of hair and SPME had the advantages of being easy to perform,environment-friendly and high in detection sensitivity.The proposed method offered an altermative ana lytical approach for the sensitive detection of drugs in hair samples for forensic purposes.

文摘The secretome secreted by stem cells and bioactive material has emerged as a promising therapeutic choice for traumatic brain injury(TBI).We aimed to determine the effect of 3D-printed collagen/chitosan/secretome derived from human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells scaffolds(3D-CC-ST)on the injured tissue regeneration process.3D-CC-ST was performed using 3D printing technology at a low temperature(20C),and the physical properties and degeneration rate were measured.The utilization of low temperature contributed to a higher cytocompatibility of fabricating porous 3D architectures that provide a homogeneous distribution of cells.Immediately after the establishment of the canine TBI model,3D-CC-ST and 3D-CC(3D-printed collagen/chitosan scaffolds)were implanted into the cavity of TBI.Following implantation of scaffolds,neurological examination and motor evoked potential detection were performed to analyze locomotor function recovery.Histological and immunofluorescence staining were performed to evaluate neuro-regeneration.The group treated with 3D-CC-ST had good performance of behavior functions.Implanting 3D-CC-ST significantly reduced the cavity area,facilitated the regeneration of nerve fibers and vessel reconstruction,and promoted endogenous neuronal differentiation and synapse formation after TBI.The implantation of 3D-CC-ST also markedly reduced cell apoptosis and regulated the level of systemic inflammatory factors after TBI.

文摘For a semi-supervised classification system, with the increase of the training samples number, the system needs to be continually updated. As the size of samples set is increasing, many unreliable samples will also be increased. In this paper, we use fuzzy c-means (FCM) clustering to take out some samples that are useless, and extract the intersection between the original training set and the cluster after using FCM clustering. The intersection between every class and cluster is reliable samples which we are looking for. The experiment result demonstrates that the superiority of the proposed algorithm is remarkable.
文摘Background:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)strategies in COVID-19 patients differ from those in patients suffering from cardiogenic cardiac arrest.During CPR,both healthcare and non-healthcare workers who provide resuscitation are at risk of infection.The Working Group for Expert Consensus on Prevention and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for Cardiac Arrest in COVID-19 has developed this Chinese Expert Consensus to guide clinical practice of CPR in COVID-19 patients.Main recommendations:1)A medical team should be assigned to evaluate severe and critical COVID-19 for early monitoring of cardiac-arrest warning signs.2)Psychological counseling and treatment are highly recommended,since sympathetic and vagal abnormalities induced by psychological stress from the COVID-19 pandemic can induce cardiac arrest.3)Healthcare workers should wear personal protective equipment(PPE).4)Mouth-to-mouth ventilation should be avoided on patients suspected of having or diagnosed with COVID-19.5)Hands-only chest compression and mechanical chest compression are recommended.6)Tracheal-intubation procedures should be optimized and tracheal-intubation strategies should be implemented early.7)CPR should be provided for 20-30 min.8)Various factors should be taken into consideration such as the interests of patients and family members,ethics,transmission risks,and laws and regulations governing infectious disease control.Changes in management:The following changes or modifications to CPR strategy in COVID-19 patients are proposed:1)Healthcare workers should wear PPE.2)Hands-only chest compression and mechanical chest compression can be implemented to reduce or avoid the spread of viruses by aerosols.3)Both the benefits to patients and the risk of infection should be considered.4)Hhealthcare workers should be fully aware of and trained in CPR strategies and procedures specifically for patients with COVID-19.

文摘This paper introduces a novel mechanism to improve the performance of peer assessment for collaborative learning.Firstly,a small set of assignments which have being pre-scored by the teacher impartially,are introduced as“sentinels”.The reliability of a reviewer can be estimated by the deviation between the sentinels’scores judged by the reviewers and the impartial scores.Through filtering the inferior reviewers by the reliability,each score can then be subjected into mean value correction and standard deviation correction processes sequentially.Then the optimized mutual score which mitigated the influence of the subjective differences of the reviewers are obtained.We perform our experiments on 200 learners.They are asked to submit their assignments and review each other.In the experiments,the sentinel-based mechanism is compared with several other baseline algorithms.It proves that the proposed mechanism can effectively improve the accuracy of peer assessment,and promote the development of collaborative learning.

文摘This paper mainly discusses the power and solidarity among participants in the community correction discourse from sociolinguistic perspective by adopting the methodology of conversation analysis.Through the comparative study of the steps of Initial Evaluation and Entry Ceremony in community correction,this paper analyses the power and solidarity in the features of adjacency pair and turn-taking,and finds that the step of Initial Evaluation is relatively negotiable and represents the social relationship of solidarity,while the step of Entry Ceremony stresses more on social distance and power relationship.The reasons that cause the power and solidarity in the Initial Evaluation and the Entry Ceremony from the perspective of social identity and social purposes are also explored.

文摘The radio frequency identification(RFID)technology has been widely used so far in industrial and commercial applications.To develop the RFID tags that support elliptic curve cryptography(ECC),we propose a scalable and mutual authentication protocol based on ECC.We also suggest a tag privacy model that provides adversaries exhibiting strong abilities to attack a tag’s privacy.We prove that the proposed protocol preserves privacy under the privacy model and that it meets general security requirements.Compared with other recent ECCbased RFID authentication protocols,our protocol provides tag privacy and performs the best under comprehensive evaluation of tag privacy,tag computation cost,and communications cost.
