Objective:To determine the effects of Chinese medicine(CM)involving triple rehabilitation therapy on the progression of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 722 patients recruited from 38 community health servi...Objective:To determine the effects of Chinese medicine(CM)involving triple rehabilitation therapy on the progression of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 722 patients recruited from 38 community health service centers located in China from March 2013 to March 2017 were randomly divided into treatment and control groups equally,using a cluster randomization design.Health education combined with CM involving triple rehabilitation therapy for KOA(electro-acupuncture,Chinese medicinal herb fumigating-washing,and traditional exercises)was administered in the treatment group while conventional rehabilitation therapy(physical factor therapy,joint movement training,and muscle strength training)was administered in the control group.Patients with a visual analog scale(VAS)scores>A were treated with dispersible meloxicam tablets(7.5 mg,once daily).The Lequesne index scores,VAS scores,range of motion(ROM),lower limb muscle strength,knee joint circumference,quantitative scores of KOA symptoms,and the short-form 36 item health survey questionnaire(SF-36)scores were measured for each patient at 5 checkpoints(before treatment,at the 2nd week and the 4th week during the 4-week treatment period,at 1 month and 3 months after end of treatment),and adverse reactions were observed also.Results:A total of 696 patients completed the entire process,with 351 in the treatment group and 345 in the control group.At all treatment checkpoints,the treatment group demonstrated better outcomes than the control group with regard to the total Lequesne index scores,effective rate and improvement rate of the total Lequesne index scores,VAS scores,lower limb muscle strength,knee circumference,quantitative scores of KOA symptoms,and SF-36 scores as well(P<0.05 or P<0.01).No adverse reactions were encountered in this study.Conclusions:CM involving triple rehabilitation therapy can alleviate KOA-related pain and swelling,improve lower limb muscle strength,promote flexion and activity of the knee and improve the quality of life in patients under展开更多

While the fully-mechanized longwall mining technology was employed in a shallow seam under a room mining goaf and overlained by thin bedrock and thick loose sands, the roadway pillars in the abandoned room mining goaf...While the fully-mechanized longwall mining technology was employed in a shallow seam under a room mining goaf and overlained by thin bedrock and thick loose sands, the roadway pillars in the abandoned room mining goaf were in a stress-concentrated state, which may cause abnormal roof weighting, violent ground pressure behaviours, even roof fall and hydraulic support crushed(HSC) accidents. In this case,longwall mining safety and efficiency were seriously challenged. Based on the HSC accidents occurred during the longwall mining of 3-1-2 seam, which locates under the intersection zone of roadway pillars in the room mining goaf of 3-1-1 seam, this paper employed ground rock mechanics to analyse the overlying strata structure movement rules and presented the main influence factors and determination methods for the hydraulic support working resistance. The FLAC3 D software was used to simulate the overlying strata stress and plastic zone distribution characteristics. Field observation was implemented to contrastively analyse the hydraulic support working resistance distribution rules under the roadway pillars in strike direction, normal room mining goaf, roadway pillars in dip direction and intersection zone of roadway pillars. The results indicate that the key strata break along with rotations and reactions of the coal pillars deliver a larger concentrated load to the hydraulic support under intersection zone of roadway pillars than other conditions. The ‘‘overburden strata-key strata-roadway pillars-immediate roof" integrated load has exceeded the yield load that leads to HSC accidents. Findings in HSC mechanism provide a reasonable basis for shallow seam mining, and have important significance for the implementation of safe and efficient mining.展开更多
To research techniques for removing the water blocking effect caused by hydraulic applications in coal seams,the use of surfactants is proposed,based on the mechanics of the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experimen...To research techniques for removing the water blocking effect caused by hydraulic applications in coal seams,the use of surfactants is proposed,based on the mechanics of the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments were used to validate the effects of using surfactants;the results show that after dealing with vacuum saturation with water,the volume of micropores decreases,which results in a larger average pore size,and the volume of transitional pores,mesopores,macropores and total pores increases.Based on the distribution of pore size,the operation mode of ‘‘water infusion after gas extraction,then continuing gas extraction" is recommended to improve the volume of coal mine gas drainage.When the reflectance of vitrinite in coal samples is less than 1,using the surfactants Fast T,1631,APG,BS can mitigate the damage caused by the water blocking effect.But when the reflectance of vitrinite is larger than 1.4,the damage caused by the water blocking effect can be increased.When the surfactant CMC is used in hydraulic applications,the capillary forces of coal samples are almost negative,which means the capillary force is in the same direction as the gas extraction.The direction of capillary forces benefits the gas flow.So,using CMC can play an active role in removing the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments confirm that using CMC can effectively remove the water blocking effect,which has a beneficial effect on improving the gas drainage volume.展开更多
To quickly detect and count the number of bayberry trees,this paper improves the YOLO-v4 model and proposes an optimal YOLO-v4 method for detecting bayberry trees based on UAV images.We used the Leaky_ReLU activation ...To quickly detect and count the number of bayberry trees,this paper improves the YOLO-v4 model and proposes an optimal YOLO-v4 method for detecting bayberry trees based on UAV images.We used the Leaky_ReLU activation function to accelerate the model extraction speed and used the DIoU NMS to retain the most accurate prediction boxes.In order to increase the recall rate of the object detection and construct the optimal YOLO-v4 model,the K-Means clustering method was embedded into DIoU NMS.We trained the model using UAV images of bayberry trees,it was determined that the optimal YOLO-v4 model threshold was 0.25,which had the best extraction effect.The optimal YOLO-v4 model had a detection accuracy of up to 97.78%and a recall rate of up to 98.16%on the dataset.The optimal YOLO-v4 model was compared with YOLO-v4,YOLO-v4 tiny,the YOLO-v3 model,and the Faster R-CNN model.With guaranteed accuracy,the recall rate was higher,up to 97.45%,and the detection of bayberry trees was better in different contexts.The result shows that the optimal YOLO-v4 model can accurately achieve the rapid detection and statistics of the number of bayberry trees in large-area orchards.展开更多
Treadmill exercise and mesenchymal stem cell transplantation are both practical and effective methods for the treatment of cerebral ischemia.However,whether there is a synergistic effect between the two remains unclea...Treadmill exercise and mesenchymal stem cell transplantation are both practical and effective methods for the treatment of cerebral ischemia.However,whether there is a synergistic effect between the two remains unclear.In this study,we established rat models of ischemia/reperfusion injury by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery for 2 hours and reperfusion for 24 hours.Rat models were perfused with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes(MSC-exos)via the tail vein and underwent 14 successive days of treadmill exercise.Neurological assessment,histopathology,and immunohistochemistry results revealed decreased neuronal apoptosis and cerebral infarct volume,evident synaptic formation and axonal regeneration,and remarkably recovered neurological function in rats subjected to treadmill exercise and MSC-exos treatment.These effects were superior to those in rats subjected to treadmill exercise or MSC-exos treatment alone.Mechanistically,further investigation revealed that the activation of JNK1/c-Jun signaling pathways regulated neuronal apoptosis and synaptic-axonal remodeling.These findings suggest that treadmill exercise may exhibit a synergistic effect with MSC-exos treatment,which may be related to activation of the JNK1/c-Jun signaling pathway.This study provides novel theoretical evidence for the clinical application of treadmill exercise combined with MSC-exos treatment for ischemic cerebrovascular disease.展开更多
BACKGROUND Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(anti-VEGF)therapy is critical for managing neovascular age-related macular degeneration(nAMD),but understanding factors influencing treatment efficacy is essential fo...BACKGROUND Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(anti-VEGF)therapy is critical for managing neovascular age-related macular degeneration(nAMD),but understanding factors influencing treatment efficacy is essential for optimizing patient outcomes.AIM To identify the risk factors affecting anti-VEGF treatment efficacy in nAMD and develop a predictive model for short-term response.METHODS In this study,65 eyes of exudative AMD patients after anti-VEGF treatment for≥1 mo were observed using optical coherence tomography angiography.Patients were classified into non-responders(n=22)and responders(n=43).Logistic regression was used to determine independent risk factors for treatment response.A predictive model was created using the Akaike Information Criterion,and its performance was assessed with the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve,calibration curves,and decision curve analysis(DCA)with 500 bootstrap re-samples.RESULTS Multivariable logistic regression analysis identified the number of junction voxels[odds ratio=0.997,95%confidence interval(CI):0.993-0.999,P=0.010]as an independent predictor of positive anti-VEGF treatment outcomes.The predictive model incorporating the fractal dimension,number of junction voxels,and longest shortest path,achieved an area under the curve of 0.753(95%CI:0.622-0.873).Calibration curves confirmed a high agreement between predicted and actual outcomes,and DCA validated the model's clinical utility.CONCLUSION The predictive model effectively forecasts 1-mo therapeutic outcomes for nAMD patients undergoing anti-VEGF therapy,enhancing personalized treatment planning.展开更多

Astrocytes and microglia belong to the glial cell family, which is the main source of cytokines and represents the main defense system of the central nervous system. Nerve cells undergo neurotransmission or gliotransmission, which regulates neuronal activity via the ion channels, receptors, or transporters expressed on nerve cell membranes. Ion channels, composed of large transmembrane proteins, play crucial roles in maintaining nerve cell homeostasis. These channels are also important for control of the membrane potential and in the secretion of neurotransmitters. A variety of cellular functions and life activities, including functional regulation of the central nervous system, the generation and conduction of nerve excitation, the occurrence of receptor potential, heart pulsation, smooth muscle peristalsis, skeletal muscle contraction, and hormone secretion, are closely related to ion channels associated with passive transmembrane transport. Two types of ion channels in the central nervous system, potassium channels and calcium channels, are closely related to various neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and epilepsy. Accordingly, various drugs that can affect these ion channels have been explored deeply to provide new directions for the treatment of these neurological disorders. In this review, we focus on the functions of potassium and calcium ion channels in different nerve cells and their involvement in neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, depression, epilepsy, autism, and rare disorders. BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common subtype of liver cancer.The primary treatment strategies for HCC currently include liver transplantation and surgical resection.However,these methods often yi...BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common subtype of liver cancer.The primary treatment strategies for HCC currently include liver transplantation and surgical resection.However,these methods often yield unsatisfactory outcomes,leading to a poor prognosis for many patients.This underscores the urgent need to identify and evaluate novel therapeutic targets that can improve the prognosis and survival rate of HCC patients.AIM To construct a radiomics model that can accurately predict the EZH2 expression in HCC.METHODS Gene expression,clinical parameters,HCC-related radiomics,and fibroblastrelated genes were acquired from public databases.A gene model was developed,and its clinical efficacy was assessed statistically.Drug sensitivity analysis was conducted with identified hub genes.Radiomics features were extracted and machine learning algorithms were employed to generate a radiomics model related to the hub genes.A nomogram was used to illustrate the prognostic significance of the computed Radscore and the hub genes in the context of HCC patient outcomes.RESULTS EZH2 and NRAS were independent predictors for prognosis of HCC and were utilized to construct a predictive gene model.This model demonstrated robust performance in diagnosing HCC and predicted an unfavorable prognosis.A negative correlation was observed between EZH2 expression and drug sensitivity.Elevated EZH2 expression was linked to poorer prognosis,and its diagnostic value in HCC surpassed that of the risk model.A radiomics model,developed using a logistic algorithm,also showed superior efficiency in predicting EZH2 expression.The Radscore was higher in the group with high EZH2 expression.A nomogram was constructed to visually demonstrate the significant roles of the radiomics model and EZH2 expression in predicting the overall survival of HCC patients.CONCLUSION EZH2 plays significant roles in diagnosing HCC and therapeutic efficacy.A radiomics model,developed using a logistic algorithm,efficiently predicted EZH2 expression and exhibite展开更多

The simplified models of perforated and collection plates were determined firstly. Then the model parameters for the resistance of perforated and collection plates, obtained by small-scale flow simulation, were validated by medium-scale experiments. Through the comparison of the resistance and velocity distribution between simulation results and experimental data, the simplified model is proved to present the resistance characteristics of perforated and collection plates accurately. Numerical results show that after optimization, both the flow rate and the pressure drop in the upper room of electric field regions are basically equivalent to those of the lower room, and the velocity distribution in flue inlet of WESP becomes more uniform. Through the application in practice, the effectiveness and reliability of the optimization scheme are proved, which can provide valuable reference for further optimization of WESP.展开更多

[ Methods ] Water, temperature, energy and protein were selected to study the effects on microbial fermented feed. And the fermentation conditions were optimized. Changes on nutrient composition during fermentation were determined and analyzed. [ Result ] Test results showed that feed formula with high sugar content, low protein, 34% - 36% water content, high fermentation temperature was more conducive to the production and actual production needs of fermentation strains. During the fermentation, strains showed interactions, test tended to be completed at the 144^th h after the fermentation, and number of lactic acid bacteria reached the peak of 1.86×10^9 strain/g, contents of lactic acid could even reach 0.89%. As time prolonged, contents of total energy, fiber and isothiocyanate gradually reduced, while contents of water and protein increased slightly. Contents of vitamin were stable, which in an order of VB〉 VE 〉 Vx 〉 VA 〉 VD. Composition of amino acids showed an better change, contents of glutamic acid and proline decreased slowly, while contents of glycine and phenylalanine increased slowly. [ Conclusion] High quality microbial fermentation feed could improve the palatability and safety of feed and keep the intestinal balance of livestock and poultry, which had broad application prospect.展开更多

Southern East Asia,including Guangxi and Fujian provinces in China,is home to diverse ethnic groups,languages,and cultures.Previous studies suggest a high complexity regarding population dynamics and the history of so...Southern East Asia,including Guangxi and Fujian provinces in China,is home to diverse ethnic groups,languages,and cultures.Previous studies suggest a high complexity regarding population dynamics and the history of southern East Asians.However,large-scale genetic studies on ancient populations in this region are hindered by limited sample preservation.Here,using highly efficient DNA capture techniques,we obtain 48 complete mitochondrial genomes of individuals from Guangxi and Fujian in China and reconstruct their maternal genetic history over the past 12,000 years.We find a strong connection between southern East Asians dating to~12,000-6000 years ago and present-day Southeast Asians.In addition,stronger genetic affinities to northern East Asians are observed in historical southern East Asians than Neolithic southern East Asians,suggesting increased interactions between northern and southern East Asians over time.Overall,we reveal dynamic connections between ancient southern East Asians and populations located in surrounding regions,as well as a shift in maternal genetic structure within the populations over time.展开更多
BACKGROUND The efficacy of Vonoprazan-amoxicillin dual therapy(VAT)in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is controversial.AIM To evaluate the efficacy of VAT in the Chinese population.METHODS This prospecti...BACKGROUND The efficacy of Vonoprazan-amoxicillin dual therapy(VAT)in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is controversial.AIM To evaluate the efficacy of VAT in the Chinese population.METHODS This prospective,multicenter,randomized,open-label,and two-stage study was conducted at 23 centers in Fujian,China(May 2021-April 2022).H.pylori-infected patients were randomized to bismuth quadruple therapy(BQT),BQT-Vonoprazan(BQT-V),seven-day VAT(VAT-7),ten-day VAT(VAT-10),and fourteen-day VAT(VAT-14)groups.The primary endpoint was the H.pylori eradication rate.The secondary endpoint was the frequency of adverse events.This study was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,ChiCTR2100045778.RESULTS In the first stage,VAT-7 and BQT-V groups were selected for early termination because less than 23 among 28 cases were eradicated.In the second stage,the eradication rates for BQT,VAT-10,and VA-14 were 80.2%[95%confidence interval(95%CI):71.4%-86.8%],93.2%(86.6%-96.7%),92.2%(85.3%-96.0%)in the intention-to-treat(ITT)analysis,and 80.9%(95%CI:71.7%-87.5%),94.0%(87.5%-97.2%),and 93.9%(87.4%-97.2%)in the per-protocol analysis.The ITT analysis showed a higher eradication rate in the VAT-10 and VAT-14 groups than in the BQT group(P=0.022 and P=0.046,respectively).The incidence of adverse events in the VAT-10 and VAT-14 groups was lower than in the BQT group(25.27%and 13.73%vs 37.62%,respectively;P<0.001).CONCLUSION VAT with a duration of 10 or 14 days achieves a higher eradication rate than the BQT,with a more tolerable safety profile in H.pylori-infected patients in Fujian.Huang XP et al.VAT for H.pylori eradication.展开更多

Recently,borate compounds have received much attention in the field of rare earth doped phosphors due to their excellent luminescent performance.In this work,to explore the potential in LED and FED applications,the Cs...Recently,borate compounds have received much attention in the field of rare earth doped phosphors due to their excellent luminescent performance.In this work,to explore the potential in LED and FED applications,the CsBaB_(3)O_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphor was investigated in detail by using Rietveld refinement,DFT calculations,photoluminescent and cathodoluminescent spectra.As a result,CsBaB_(3)O_(6)has a planar stacked three-dimensional layered structure.Under the excitation of 395 nm n-UV light and electron beam,CsBaB_(3)O_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphor exhibits a typical red emission of Eu^(3+).A good thermal stability and good resistance to saturation and degradation were observed in the CsBaB_(3)O_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphor.The related photoluminescent and cathodoluminescent mechanisms were studied.The results indicate that CsBaB_(3)O_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphor has potential in multifunctional applications.展开更多

文摘Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine(CM)adjunct to conventional medications for idiopathic Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods:Electronic English and Chinese databases including Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Chinese Medical Current Contents,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Med Database,and Traditional Chinese Medical Database System were used for key words searching in a highly sensitive search strategy.The extracted data was analyzed by the Review Manager 5.0.Results:Twelve trials involving 869 participants were included in the meta-analysis.Unified PD Rating Scale(UPDRS)Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳscores and UPDRSⅠ–Ⅳtotal scores were used to be the primary outcomes,Parkinson Disease Question-39(PDQ-39)and Scores of Chinese Medical Symptoms were the secondary outcomes.CM adjunct therapy had greater improvement in UPDRSⅠ[2 trials;standardized mean difference(SMD)–0.40,95%confidence interval(CI)–0.71 to–0.09;Z=2.49(P=0.01)],Ⅱ[5 trials;SMD–0.47,95%CI–0.69 to–0.25;Z=4.20(P〈0.01)],Ⅲ[5 trials;SMD-0.35,95%CI–0.57 to–0.13;Z=3.16(P=0.002)],Ⅳscores[3 trials;SMD-0.32,95%CI–0.60 to–0.03;Z=2.17(P=0.03)],UPDRSⅠ–Ⅳtotal scores[7 trials;SMD-0.36,95%CI–0.53 to–0.20;Z=4.24(P〈0.05)].PDQ-39 and Chinese medical symptoms compared to the conventional medication only.Conclusion:CM adjunct therapy has potential therapeutic benefits by decreasing UPDRS scores and reducing adverse effect.

文摘Objective:To determine the effects of Chinese medicine(CM)involving triple rehabilitation therapy on the progression of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 722 patients recruited from 38 community health service centers located in China from March 2013 to March 2017 were randomly divided into treatment and control groups equally,using a cluster randomization design.Health education combined with CM involving triple rehabilitation therapy for KOA(electro-acupuncture,Chinese medicinal herb fumigating-washing,and traditional exercises)was administered in the treatment group while conventional rehabilitation therapy(physical factor therapy,joint movement training,and muscle strength training)was administered in the control group.Patients with a visual analog scale(VAS)scores>A were treated with dispersible meloxicam tablets(7.5 mg,once daily).The Lequesne index scores,VAS scores,range of motion(ROM),lower limb muscle strength,knee joint circumference,quantitative scores of KOA symptoms,and the short-form 36 item health survey questionnaire(SF-36)scores were measured for each patient at 5 checkpoints(before treatment,at the 2nd week and the 4th week during the 4-week treatment period,at 1 month and 3 months after end of treatment),and adverse reactions were observed also.Results:A total of 696 patients completed the entire process,with 351 in the treatment group and 345 in the control group.At all treatment checkpoints,the treatment group demonstrated better outcomes than the control group with regard to the total Lequesne index scores,effective rate and improvement rate of the total Lequesne index scores,VAS scores,lower limb muscle strength,knee circumference,quantitative scores of KOA symptoms,and SF-36 scores as well(P<0.05 or P<0.01).No adverse reactions were encountered in this study.Conclusions:CM involving triple rehabilitation therapy can alleviate KOA-related pain and swelling,improve lower limb muscle strength,promote flexion and activity of the knee and improve the quality of life in patients under

文摘A novel Co^Ⅱ-Fenton-like heterogeneous catalyst,(H3O)2[Co^Ⅱ(phen)(H2O)2]2[Mo^Ⅵ5O15(PO4)2]·4H2O (phen=1,10-phenanthroline,C12N2H8)(1),is synthesized and utilized for photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes and antibiotic in a wide range of pH.The experimental results show that 1 acting as the Fenton-like catalyst with H2O2 exhibits remarkable activity at pH 3–9 under vis-light irradiation and is merited with excellent recyclability and reusability.A variety of analytical methods,including in-situ electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy and density functional theory (DFT) calculations,are applied to study the mechanism on generation of·OH and O2^·-radicals for photocatalytic degradation.It suggests that,unlike the classical Fenton process involving the redox transformation of the central cations,the generation of·OH and O2^·-radicals is associated with the substitution of the coordinating water molecules at Co(Ⅱ) by H2O2 and/or OOH^-,followed by the light-driven O–O bond cleavage and dissociation.The outcomes of this study are striking which overcome the obstacles in the classical Fe^Ⅱ-Fenton process,including the slow redox transformation between Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) and the production of massive iron precipitates especially at elevated pH.It opens up new avenues for the development of the high-performance Fenton(-like) catalysts for photocatalytic degradation over extended pH and provides new insight into the related process.

文摘While the fully-mechanized longwall mining technology was employed in a shallow seam under a room mining goaf and overlained by thin bedrock and thick loose sands, the roadway pillars in the abandoned room mining goaf were in a stress-concentrated state, which may cause abnormal roof weighting, violent ground pressure behaviours, even roof fall and hydraulic support crushed(HSC) accidents. In this case,longwall mining safety and efficiency were seriously challenged. Based on the HSC accidents occurred during the longwall mining of 3-1-2 seam, which locates under the intersection zone of roadway pillars in the room mining goaf of 3-1-1 seam, this paper employed ground rock mechanics to analyse the overlying strata structure movement rules and presented the main influence factors and determination methods for the hydraulic support working resistance. The FLAC3 D software was used to simulate the overlying strata stress and plastic zone distribution characteristics. Field observation was implemented to contrastively analyse the hydraulic support working resistance distribution rules under the roadway pillars in strike direction, normal room mining goaf, roadway pillars in dip direction and intersection zone of roadway pillars. The results indicate that the key strata break along with rotations and reactions of the coal pillars deliver a larger concentrated load to the hydraulic support under intersection zone of roadway pillars than other conditions. The ‘‘overburden strata-key strata-roadway pillars-immediate roof" integrated load has exceeded the yield load that leads to HSC accidents. Findings in HSC mechanism provide a reasonable basis for shallow seam mining, and have important significance for the implementation of safe and efficient mining.

文摘To research techniques for removing the water blocking effect caused by hydraulic applications in coal seams,the use of surfactants is proposed,based on the mechanics of the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments were used to validate the effects of using surfactants;the results show that after dealing with vacuum saturation with water,the volume of micropores decreases,which results in a larger average pore size,and the volume of transitional pores,mesopores,macropores and total pores increases.Based on the distribution of pore size,the operation mode of ‘‘water infusion after gas extraction,then continuing gas extraction" is recommended to improve the volume of coal mine gas drainage.When the reflectance of vitrinite in coal samples is less than 1,using the surfactants Fast T,1631,APG,BS can mitigate the damage caused by the water blocking effect.But when the reflectance of vitrinite is larger than 1.4,the damage caused by the water blocking effect can be increased.When the surfactant CMC is used in hydraulic applications,the capillary forces of coal samples are almost negative,which means the capillary force is in the same direction as the gas extraction.The direction of capillary forces benefits the gas flow.So,using CMC can play an active role in removing the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments confirm that using CMC can effectively remove the water blocking effect,which has a beneficial effect on improving the gas drainage volume.

文摘To quickly detect and count the number of bayberry trees,this paper improves the YOLO-v4 model and proposes an optimal YOLO-v4 method for detecting bayberry trees based on UAV images.We used the Leaky_ReLU activation function to accelerate the model extraction speed and used the DIoU NMS to retain the most accurate prediction boxes.In order to increase the recall rate of the object detection and construct the optimal YOLO-v4 model,the K-Means clustering method was embedded into DIoU NMS.We trained the model using UAV images of bayberry trees,it was determined that the optimal YOLO-v4 model threshold was 0.25,which had the best extraction effect.The optimal YOLO-v4 model had a detection accuracy of up to 97.78%and a recall rate of up to 98.16%on the dataset.The optimal YOLO-v4 model was compared with YOLO-v4,YOLO-v4 tiny,the YOLO-v3 model,and the Faster R-CNN model.With guaranteed accuracy,the recall rate was higher,up to 97.45%,and the detection of bayberry trees was better in different contexts.The result shows that the optimal YOLO-v4 model can accurately achieve the rapid detection and statistics of the number of bayberry trees in large-area orchards.

文摘Treadmill exercise and mesenchymal stem cell transplantation are both practical and effective methods for the treatment of cerebral ischemia.However,whether there is a synergistic effect between the two remains unclear.In this study,we established rat models of ischemia/reperfusion injury by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery for 2 hours and reperfusion for 24 hours.Rat models were perfused with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes(MSC-exos)via the tail vein and underwent 14 successive days of treadmill exercise.Neurological assessment,histopathology,and immunohistochemistry results revealed decreased neuronal apoptosis and cerebral infarct volume,evident synaptic formation and axonal regeneration,and remarkably recovered neurological function in rats subjected to treadmill exercise and MSC-exos treatment.These effects were superior to those in rats subjected to treadmill exercise or MSC-exos treatment alone.Mechanistically,further investigation revealed that the activation of JNK1/c-Jun signaling pathways regulated neuronal apoptosis and synaptic-axonal remodeling.These findings suggest that treadmill exercise may exhibit a synergistic effect with MSC-exos treatment,which may be related to activation of the JNK1/c-Jun signaling pathway.This study provides novel theoretical evidence for the clinical application of treadmill exercise combined with MSC-exos treatment for ischemic cerebrovascular disease.

文摘BACKGROUND Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(anti-VEGF)therapy is critical for managing neovascular age-related macular degeneration(nAMD),but understanding factors influencing treatment efficacy is essential for optimizing patient outcomes.AIM To identify the risk factors affecting anti-VEGF treatment efficacy in nAMD and develop a predictive model for short-term response.METHODS In this study,65 eyes of exudative AMD patients after anti-VEGF treatment for≥1 mo were observed using optical coherence tomography angiography.Patients were classified into non-responders(n=22)and responders(n=43).Logistic regression was used to determine independent risk factors for treatment response.A predictive model was created using the Akaike Information Criterion,and its performance was assessed with the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve,calibration curves,and decision curve analysis(DCA)with 500 bootstrap re-samples.RESULTS Multivariable logistic regression analysis identified the number of junction voxels[odds ratio=0.997,95%confidence interval(CI):0.993-0.999,P=0.010]as an independent predictor of positive anti-VEGF treatment outcomes.The predictive model incorporating the fractal dimension,number of junction voxels,and longest shortest path,achieved an area under the curve of 0.753(95%CI:0.622-0.873).Calibration curves confirmed a high agreement between predicted and actual outcomes,and DCA validated the model's clinical utility.CONCLUSION The predictive model effectively forecasts 1-mo therapeutic outcomes for nAMD patients undergoing anti-VEGF therapy,enhancing personalized treatment planning.

文摘The central nervous system, information integration center of the body, is mainly composed of neurons and glial cells. The neuron is one of the most basic and important structural and functional units of the central nervous system, with sensory stimulation and excitation conduction functions. Astrocytes and microglia belong to the glial cell family, which is the main source of cytokines and represents the main defense system of the central nervous system. Nerve cells undergo neurotransmission or gliotransmission, which regulates neuronal activity via the ion channels, receptors, or transporters expressed on nerve cell membranes. Ion channels, composed of large transmembrane proteins, play crucial roles in maintaining nerve cell homeostasis. These channels are also important for control of the membrane potential and in the secretion of neurotransmitters. A variety of cellular functions and life activities, including functional regulation of the central nervous system, the generation and conduction of nerve excitation, the occurrence of receptor potential, heart pulsation, smooth muscle peristalsis, skeletal muscle contraction, and hormone secretion, are closely related to ion channels associated with passive transmembrane transport. Two types of ion channels in the central nervous system, potassium channels and calcium channels, are closely related to various neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and epilepsy. Accordingly, various drugs that can affect these ion channels have been explored deeply to provide new directions for the treatment of these neurological disorders. In this review, we focus on the functions of potassium and calcium ion channels in different nerve cells and their involvement in neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, depression, epilepsy, autism, and rare disorders. We also describe several clinical drugs that target potassium or calcium channels in nerve cells and could be used to treat these disorders. We concluded that

文摘BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common subtype of liver cancer.The primary treatment strategies for HCC currently include liver transplantation and surgical resection.However,these methods often yield unsatisfactory outcomes,leading to a poor prognosis for many patients.This underscores the urgent need to identify and evaluate novel therapeutic targets that can improve the prognosis and survival rate of HCC patients.AIM To construct a radiomics model that can accurately predict the EZH2 expression in HCC.METHODS Gene expression,clinical parameters,HCC-related radiomics,and fibroblastrelated genes were acquired from public databases.A gene model was developed,and its clinical efficacy was assessed statistically.Drug sensitivity analysis was conducted with identified hub genes.Radiomics features were extracted and machine learning algorithms were employed to generate a radiomics model related to the hub genes.A nomogram was used to illustrate the prognostic significance of the computed Radscore and the hub genes in the context of HCC patient outcomes.RESULTS EZH2 and NRAS were independent predictors for prognosis of HCC and were utilized to construct a predictive gene model.This model demonstrated robust performance in diagnosing HCC and predicted an unfavorable prognosis.A negative correlation was observed between EZH2 expression and drug sensitivity.Elevated EZH2 expression was linked to poorer prognosis,and its diagnostic value in HCC surpassed that of the risk model.A radiomics model,developed using a logistic algorithm,also showed superior efficiency in predicting EZH2 expression.The Radscore was higher in the group with high EZH2 expression.A nomogram was constructed to visually demonstrate the significant roles of the radiomics model and EZH2 expression in predicting the overall survival of HCC patients.CONCLUSION EZH2 plays significant roles in diagnosing HCC and therapeutic efficacy.A radiomics model,developed using a logistic algorithm,efficiently predicted EZH2 expression and exhibite

文摘A class of side-chain type ferrocene macrocycles with a radially conjugated system is introduced in this study.The stereo configurations of these ferrocene rings were determined through single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.Notably,in the solid state,the ferrocene rings exhibit a distinctive herringbone stacking pattern imposed by a ferrocene-to-ring host−guest interaction.Through UV−vis absorption spectroscopy,electrochemical measurements,and theoretical calculations,valuable insights into the electronic properties of these rings were obtained.In addition,the single crystal of macrocycle A_(2)B demonstrates a second-order nonlinear optical response.As a class of organometallic nanorings,this work holds great potential for further exploration in the fields of organometallic chemistry,molecular electronics,and host−guest chemistry.
文摘To improve the dust removal performance of the wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP), a flow field optimization scheme was proposed via CFD simulation in different scales. The simplified models of perforated and collection plates were determined firstly. Then the model parameters for the resistance of perforated and collection plates, obtained by small-scale flow simulation, were validated by medium-scale experiments. Through the comparison of the resistance and velocity distribution between simulation results and experimental data, the simplified model is proved to present the resistance characteristics of perforated and collection plates accurately. Numerical results show that after optimization, both the flow rate and the pressure drop in the upper room of electric field regions are basically equivalent to those of the lower room, and the velocity distribution in flue inlet of WESP becomes more uniform. Through the application in practice, the effectiveness and reliability of the optimization scheme are proved, which can provide valuable reference for further optimization of WESP.

文摘[ Objective] In order to study the production key factors of microbial fermented feed and the composition variation during fermentation. [ Methods ] Water, temperature, energy and protein were selected to study the effects on microbial fermented feed. And the fermentation conditions were optimized. Changes on nutrient composition during fermentation were determined and analyzed. [ Result ] Test results showed that feed formula with high sugar content, low protein, 34% - 36% water content, high fermentation temperature was more conducive to the production and actual production needs of fermentation strains. During the fermentation, strains showed interactions, test tended to be completed at the 144^th h after the fermentation, and number of lactic acid bacteria reached the peak of 1.86×10^9 strain/g, contents of lactic acid could even reach 0.89%. As time prolonged, contents of total energy, fiber and isothiocyanate gradually reduced, while contents of water and protein increased slightly. Contents of vitamin were stable, which in an order of VB〉 VE 〉 Vx 〉 VA 〉 VD. Composition of amino acids showed an better change, contents of glutamic acid and proline decreased slowly, while contents of glycine and phenylalanine increased slowly. [ Conclusion] High quality microbial fermentation feed could improve the palatability and safety of feed and keep the intestinal balance of livestock and poultry, which had broad application prospect.

文摘Southern East Asia,including Guangxi and Fujian provinces in China,is home to diverse ethnic groups,languages,and cultures.Previous studies suggest a high complexity regarding population dynamics and the history of southern East Asians.However,large-scale genetic studies on ancient populations in this region are hindered by limited sample preservation.Here,using highly efficient DNA capture techniques,we obtain 48 complete mitochondrial genomes of individuals from Guangxi and Fujian in China and reconstruct their maternal genetic history over the past 12,000 years.We find a strong connection between southern East Asians dating to~12,000-6000 years ago and present-day Southeast Asians.In addition,stronger genetic affinities to northern East Asians are observed in historical southern East Asians than Neolithic southern East Asians,suggesting increased interactions between northern and southern East Asians over time.Overall,we reveal dynamic connections between ancient southern East Asians and populations located in surrounding regions,as well as a shift in maternal genetic structure within the populations over time.

文摘BACKGROUND The efficacy of Vonoprazan-amoxicillin dual therapy(VAT)in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is controversial.AIM To evaluate the efficacy of VAT in the Chinese population.METHODS This prospective,multicenter,randomized,open-label,and two-stage study was conducted at 23 centers in Fujian,China(May 2021-April 2022).H.pylori-infected patients were randomized to bismuth quadruple therapy(BQT),BQT-Vonoprazan(BQT-V),seven-day VAT(VAT-7),ten-day VAT(VAT-10),and fourteen-day VAT(VAT-14)groups.The primary endpoint was the H.pylori eradication rate.The secondary endpoint was the frequency of adverse events.This study was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,ChiCTR2100045778.RESULTS In the first stage,VAT-7 and BQT-V groups were selected for early termination because less than 23 among 28 cases were eradicated.In the second stage,the eradication rates for BQT,VAT-10,and VA-14 were 80.2%[95%confidence interval(95%CI):71.4%-86.8%],93.2%(86.6%-96.7%),92.2%(85.3%-96.0%)in the intention-to-treat(ITT)analysis,and 80.9%(95%CI:71.7%-87.5%),94.0%(87.5%-97.2%),and 93.9%(87.4%-97.2%)in the per-protocol analysis.The ITT analysis showed a higher eradication rate in the VAT-10 and VAT-14 groups than in the BQT group(P=0.022 and P=0.046,respectively).The incidence of adverse events in the VAT-10 and VAT-14 groups was lower than in the BQT group(25.27%and 13.73%vs 37.62%,respectively;P<0.001).CONCLUSION VAT with a duration of 10 or 14 days achieves a higher eradication rate than the BQT,with a more tolerable safety profile in H.pylori-infected patients in Fujian.Huang XP et al.VAT for H.pylori eradication.
文摘Objective:To investigate the relationship between the growth and development speed and the expression of growth hormone(GH)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in children.Methods:A total of 78 healthy children who received physical examination in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected by cluster sampling,which were divided into three groups according to the standard deviation unit curve of height and weight,namely,the delayed group(n=11),the normal group(n=51)and the tachycardia group.Fasting venous blood was collected in the early morning to detect the levels of GH and IGF-1 from the three groups of children according to the relevant operation standards.Pearson correlation analysis was performed betweenΔheight,Δweight and GH,IGF-1 in all children.Results:Overall analysis showed that there were significant differences in height and weight among the three groups of children on the day of enrollment,at 3,6,9 and 12months after enrollment(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison showed that the height and weight levels of the children in the three groups at 12 months were significantly higher than those on the day of enrollment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The height and weight of children in normal group and tachycardia group were significantly higher than those in tardy group on the day of enrollment,at 3,6,9 and 12months after enrollment(P<0.05).The height and weight of the children in the tachycardia group were higher than those in the normal group on the day of admission,at 3,6,9and 12 months after admission(P<0.05).There were significant differences inΔheight andΔweight among the three groups(P<0.05).TheΔheight andΔweight of children in normal group and tachycardia group were higher than those in delayed group,and theΔheight andΔweight of children in tachycardia group were higher than those in normal group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the levels of GH and IGF-1 among the three groups on the day of enrollment and 12 months after enro

文摘Recently,borate compounds have received much attention in the field of rare earth doped phosphors due to their excellent luminescent performance.In this work,to explore the potential in LED and FED applications,the CsBaB_(3)O_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphor was investigated in detail by using Rietveld refinement,DFT calculations,photoluminescent and cathodoluminescent spectra.As a result,CsBaB_(3)O_(6)has a planar stacked three-dimensional layered structure.Under the excitation of 395 nm n-UV light and electron beam,CsBaB_(3)O_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphor exhibits a typical red emission of Eu^(3+).A good thermal stability and good resistance to saturation and degradation were observed in the CsBaB_(3)O_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphor.The related photoluminescent and cathodoluminescent mechanisms were studied.The results indicate that CsBaB_(3)O_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphor has potential in multifunctional applications.
