In order to further clarify and improve the working performance of separating cleaning device of flax threshing material,and study the motion law and characteristics of components of flax threshing material,in this pa...In order to further clarify and improve the working performance of separating cleaning device of flax threshing material,and study the motion law and characteristics of components of flax threshing material,in this paper,numerical simulation was carried out on the separating cleaning process of flax threshing material based on CFD-DEM method.Simulation results showed that the components of flax threshing material were separated and cleaned under the influence of airflow field,meanwhile,variation curves of quantity and mean velocity of flax seeds in the separating cleaning system were obtained.By referring to streamline distribution of gas-solid coupling,the quantity variation law of components of flax threshing material with time was explored and their motion curves and variation tendency of average velocity were studied.Verification test results showed that the cleaning rate of separating cleaning device for flax threshing material was 92.66%with 1.58%of total separation loss.Compared with simulation results,the test results were 1.34%and 0.93%lower,showing that it is feasible to apply the gas-solid coupling theory and method to simulate the separating and cleaning operation of flax threshing material.展开更多

As the scale of data sharing expands, its privacy protection has become a hot issue in research. Moreover, in data sharing, the data is usually maintained in multiple parties, which brings new challenges to protect the privacy of these multi-party data. In this paper, we propose a trusted data sharing scheme using blockchain. We use blockchain to prevent the shared data from being tampered, and use the Paillier cryptosystem to realize the confidentiality of the shared data. In the proposed scheme, the shared data can be traded, and the transaction information is protected by using the (p, t)-threshold Paillier cryptosystem. We conduct experiments in cloud storage scenarios and the experimental results demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.展开更多

Rapid and accurate access to large-scale,high-resolution crop-type distribution maps is important for agricultural management and sustainable agricultural development.Due to the limitations of remote sensing image qua...Rapid and accurate access to large-scale,high-resolution crop-type distribution maps is important for agricultural management and sustainable agricultural development.Due to the limitations of remote sensing image quality and data processing capabilities,large-scale crop classification is still challenging.This study aimed to map the distribution of crops in Heilongjiang Province using Google Earth Engine(GEE)and Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images.We obtained Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images from all the covered study areas in the critical period for crop growth in 2018(May to September),combined monthly composite images of reflectance bands,vegetation indices and polarization bands as input features,and then performed crop classification using a Random Forest(RF)classifier.The results show that the Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 monthly composite images combined with the RF classifier can accurately generate the crop distribution map of the study area,and the overall accuracy(OA)reached 89.75%.Through experiments,we also found that the classification performance using time-series images is significantly better than that using single-period images.Compared with the use of traditional bands only(i.e.,the visible and near-infrared bands),the addition of shortwave infrared bands can improve the accuracy of crop classification most significantly,followed by the addition of red-edge bands.Adding common vegetation indices and Sentinel-1 data to the crop classification improved the overall classification accuracy and the OA by 0.2 and 0.6%,respectively,compared to using only the Sentinel-2 reflectance bands.The analysis of timeliness revealed that when the July image is available,the increase in the accuracy of crop classification is the highest.When the Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images for May,June,and July are available,an OA greater than 80%can be achieved.The results of this study are applicable to large-scale,high-resolution crop classification and provide key technologies for remote sensing-based crop classification in s展开更多

Size-resolved aerosols were continuously collected by a Nano Sampler for 13 days at an urban site in Beijing during winter 2012 to measure the chemical composition of ambient aerosol particles. Data collected by the N...Size-resolved aerosols were continuously collected by a Nano Sampler for 13 days at an urban site in Beijing during winter 2012 to measure the chemical composition of ambient aerosol particles. Data collected by the Nano Sampler and an ACSM(Aerodyne Aerosol Chemical Speciation Monitor) were compared. Between the data sets,similar trends and strong correlations were observed,demonstrating the validity of the Nano Sampler. PM10 and PM2.5concentrations during the measurement were 150.5 ± 96.0 μg/m3(mean ± standard variation)and 106.9 ± 71.6 μg/m3,respectively. The PM2.5/PM10 ratio was 0.70 ± 0.10,indicating that PM2.5dominated PM10. The aerosol size distributions showed that three size bins of 0.5–1,1–2.5 and 2.5–10 μm contributed 21.8%,23.3% and 26.0% to the total mass concentration(TMC),respectively. OM(organic matter) and SIA(secondary ionic aerosol,mainly SO42-,NO3-and NH4+) were major components of PM2.5. Secondary compounds(SIA and secondary organic carbon) accounted for half of TMC(about 49.8%) in PM2.5,and suggested that secondary aerosols significantly contributed to the serious particulate matter pollution observed in winter. Coal burning,biomass combustion,vehicle emissions and SIA were found to be the main sources of PM2.5. Mass concentrations of water-soluble ions and undetected materials,as well as their fractions in TMC,strikingly increased with deteriorating particle pollution conditions,while OM and EC(elemental carbon) exhibited different variations,with mass concentrations slightly increasing but fractions in TMC decreasing.展开更多

The demand for cosmetology services has been recently growing in Ukraine,but there is no proper legal regulation for their provision.The aim of the article is to analyze the current status and specific features of leg...The demand for cosmetology services has been recently growing in Ukraine,but there is no proper legal regulation for their provision.The aim of the article is to analyze the current status and specific features of legal regulation for the provision of cosmetology services in Ukraine,as well as to suggest the improvements to Ukrainian legislation in this area.The main objective is to distinguish the problems and to develop suggestions to improve regulatory legal acts regulating the provision of cosmetic services in Ukraine.Materials to identify the specific features of the current state of legal regulation in regard to the provision of cosmetology services in Ukraine were the legislation and case law of Ukraine,the works of Ukrainian scholars,analytical materials and Internet resources.The methodological basis of the research is general and special methods of scientific cognition,the use of which is due to specific features of the legal regulation of the market of cosmetology services.It has been stated that there is currently no normatively established procedure and specific features for the implementation of activities for the provision of cosmetology services in Ukrainian laws;there are also no standards for their provision,treatment of complications and training of qualified personnel.The author has formulated proposals to improve the legislation regulating the provision of cosmetology services and cosmetic care to the Ukrainian population.The Ministry of Health of Ukraine was offered to develop and approve a regulatory legal act governing the procedure for the provision of cosmetology services and the list of services that can be provided exclusively by health professionals.展开更多

Loss and damage caused by extreme climate events have attracted increasing attention.The 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(hereinafter referred to as the Conve...Loss and damage caused by extreme climate events have attracted increasing attention.The 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(hereinafter referred to as the Convention)has agreed to adopt Loss and Damage Fund agreement,which identified the source of funding and the funds to be entrusted to the World Bank.However,there is still ambiguous that how to allocate the funds could accelerate the effectiveness of meeting the needs for developing countries.Pre-disaster prevention and preparedness is one of the most effective measures to deal with loss and damage,which closely related to adaptation.Previous studies rarely analyzed quantitatively the financial needs of pre-disaster prevention and preparedness relating to adaptation to reduce loss and damage.Based on the official reports submitted by countries under the Convention,this study analyzes the annual change in the total financial support provided by developed countries to developing countries,the proportion of pre-disaster prevention and preparedness in the adaptation needs of developing countries,and the progress in raising the current annual funding target of 100 billion USD for developed countries,to reveal the financial and technical challenges facing by developing countries on addressing loss and damage.The results show that by 2030,the total adaptation financial needs of developing countries are estimated to be about 3.8 trillion USD,of which pre-disaster prevention matters account for about 9%.Therefore,by 2030,developing countries will need about 342 billion USD in pre-disaster prevention and preparedness finance to withstand loss and damage.In addition,developing countries face a lack of technical methods to quantify information about their needs.Based on the above analysis,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening the allocation amount of loss and damage fund on pre-disaster warning,prevention and control actions,and establishing track modalities on the finance pr展开更多

文摘Rapid and accurate access to large-scale,high-resolution crop-type distribution maps is important for agricultural management and sustainable agricultural development.Due to the limitations of remote sensing image quality and data processing capabilities,large-scale crop classification is still challenging.This study aimed to map the distribution of crops in Heilongjiang Province using Google Earth Engine(GEE)and Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images.We obtained Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images from all the covered study areas in the critical period for crop growth in 2018(May to September),combined monthly composite images of reflectance bands,vegetation indices and polarization bands as input features,and then performed crop classification using a Random Forest(RF)classifier.The results show that the Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 monthly composite images combined with the RF classifier can accurately generate the crop distribution map of the study area,and the overall accuracy(OA)reached 89.75%.Through experiments,we also found that the classification performance using time-series images is significantly better than that using single-period images.Compared with the use of traditional bands only(i.e.,the visible and near-infrared bands),the addition of shortwave infrared bands can improve the accuracy of crop classification most significantly,followed by the addition of red-edge bands.Adding common vegetation indices and Sentinel-1 data to the crop classification improved the overall classification accuracy and the OA by 0.2 and 0.6%,respectively,compared to using only the Sentinel-2 reflectance bands.The analysis of timeliness revealed that when the July image is available,the increase in the accuracy of crop classification is the highest.When the Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images for May,June,and July are available,an OA greater than 80%can be achieved.The results of this study are applicable to large-scale,high-resolution crop classification and provide key technologies for remote sensing-based crop classification in s

文摘Size-resolved aerosols were continuously collected by a Nano Sampler for 13 days at an urban site in Beijing during winter 2012 to measure the chemical composition of ambient aerosol particles. Data collected by the Nano Sampler and an ACSM(Aerodyne Aerosol Chemical Speciation Monitor) were compared. Between the data sets,similar trends and strong correlations were observed,demonstrating the validity of the Nano Sampler. PM10 and PM2.5concentrations during the measurement were 150.5 ± 96.0 μg/m3(mean ± standard variation)and 106.9 ± 71.6 μg/m3,respectively. The PM2.5/PM10 ratio was 0.70 ± 0.10,indicating that PM2.5dominated PM10. The aerosol size distributions showed that three size bins of 0.5–1,1–2.5 and 2.5–10 μm contributed 21.8%,23.3% and 26.0% to the total mass concentration(TMC),respectively. OM(organic matter) and SIA(secondary ionic aerosol,mainly SO42-,NO3-and NH4+) were major components of PM2.5. Secondary compounds(SIA and secondary organic carbon) accounted for half of TMC(about 49.8%) in PM2.5,and suggested that secondary aerosols significantly contributed to the serious particulate matter pollution observed in winter. Coal burning,biomass combustion,vehicle emissions and SIA were found to be the main sources of PM2.5. Mass concentrations of water-soluble ions and undetected materials,as well as their fractions in TMC,strikingly increased with deteriorating particle pollution conditions,while OM and EC(elemental carbon) exhibited different variations,with mass concentrations slightly increasing but fractions in TMC decreasing.

文摘The sustainability of regional rural development depends on the integrated status and the coordination between rural resources-environment conditions and rural socioeco- nomic development. In this paper a diagnostic indicator system is proposed to appraise four representative rural development models such as Mentougou model, Taicang model, Yueqing model and Qionghai model in the eastern coastal region of China from the integrated perspective of population, resources, environment, and development. In conclusion, the formation and evolution of these diverse rural deveJopment models are the direct response to the very different characteristics in the environment, market demand, and regional culture. These models are common in that their sustainability depends on the scientific guidance of the regional development functional positioning, strong intra-regional interactions, and self-adaptability to the external conditions.

文摘Arctic education refers not only to the teaching,but also to research,communication,dissemination as well as popularization of knowledge related to the Arctic.This article reviews joint efforts between Chinese and American educators and researchers to promote cooperation and understanding in Arctic education and research,and examines the facing challenges of China-U.S.Arctic education cooperation which include current political or economic tensions between the two countries,the differing perspectives and priorities on Arctic policy,the disproportion in Arctic scientific research,different research methodologies and discourse system in social science.This article also argues that there are opportunities for the two countries to cooperate in Arctic education.Common goals and interests in the Arctic,Arctic-dedicated institutions with significant Arctic research capabilities and partnerships around the world provide foundations for Arctic education cooperation.The implementation of a new science-based Arctic treaty of the Arctic Council is an opportunity for China-U.S.Arctic education cooperation.As for future cooperation,it suggests that in addition to promoting the direct bilateral cooperation,cooperation within international cooperation platforms and mechanisms,especially within the Arctic Council also needs to be further promoted.

文摘The demand for cosmetology services has been recently growing in Ukraine,but there is no proper legal regulation for their provision.The aim of the article is to analyze the current status and specific features of legal regulation for the provision of cosmetology services in Ukraine,as well as to suggest the improvements to Ukrainian legislation in this area.The main objective is to distinguish the problems and to develop suggestions to improve regulatory legal acts regulating the provision of cosmetic services in Ukraine.Materials to identify the specific features of the current state of legal regulation in regard to the provision of cosmetology services in Ukraine were the legislation and case law of Ukraine,the works of Ukrainian scholars,analytical materials and Internet resources.The methodological basis of the research is general and special methods of scientific cognition,the use of which is due to specific features of the legal regulation of the market of cosmetology services.It has been stated that there is currently no normatively established procedure and specific features for the implementation of activities for the provision of cosmetology services in Ukrainian laws;there are also no standards for their provision,treatment of complications and training of qualified personnel.The author has formulated proposals to improve the legislation regulating the provision of cosmetology services and cosmetic care to the Ukrainian population.The Ministry of Health of Ukraine was offered to develop and approve a regulatory legal act governing the procedure for the provision of cosmetology services and the list of services that can be provided exclusively by health professionals.
文摘on November 8, 2022, the China Society for Human Rights Studies held a seminar in Beijing on “Deeply Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and Adhering to the Chinese Path of Human Rights Development”. Padma Choling, vice chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress and president of the China Society for Human Rights Studies, addressed the event. The participating experts and scholars focused on studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and conducted in-depth interpretations of the macro and micro issues centered on the Chinese path of human rights development from multiple perspectives. Here are excerpts from some of the experts’ discussions for reference. Selected papers include Dai Jitao’s “on Using the Constitutional Way of Thinking to Promote Allaround Development of Human Rights”, Gong Xianghe’s “Committed to the Chinese Path of Human Rights Development Featuring a Coordinated Relationship between Human Rights and Economic Development”, He Zhipeng’s “Core Elements of the Chinese Path of Human Rights Development”, Hua Guoyu’s “The Logic of China’s Human Rights Development in the New Era”, Li Chaoqun’s “The People-centered Discourses in the Chinese Human Rights Discourse System”, Zhang Aining’s “The Chinese Modernization: A Chinese Path Empowered by the Right to Development”, and Yang Bochao’s “The Cultures and Values of the Times Underlying the View of Human Rights in Contemporary China”. It is hoped that this collection of papers will help in studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and in understanding the important discourses on respecting and protecting the human rights, as Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC) Central Committee, has said.

Our new approach provides a practical ways of implementation because of the extension of the operators and the number sets.

文摘Pt-Ru, Pt and Ru catalysts supported on zirconia were prepared by impregnation method and were tested in selective oxidation of methylamine (MA) in aqueous media. Among three catalysts, Ru/ZrO2 was more active than Pt/ZrO2 while Pt-Ru/ZrO2 demonstrated the best catalytic activity due to the fact that Pt addition efficiently promoted the dispersion of active species in bimetallic catalyst. Therefore, the - 100% TOC conversion and N2 selectivity were achieved over Pt-Ru/ZrO2, Pt/ZrO2 and Ru/ZrO2 catalysts at 190, 220 and 250 ℃, respectively.

文摘Low-resource text plagiarism detection faces a significant challenge due to the limited availability of labeled data for training.This task requires the development of sophisticated algorithms capable of identifying similarities and differences in texts,particularly in the realm of semantic rewriting and translation-based plagiarism detection.In this paper,we present an enhanced attentive Siamese Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network designed for Tibetan-Chinese plagiarism detection.Our approach begins with the introduction of translation-based data augmentation,aimed at expanding the bilingual training dataset.Subsequently,we propose a pre-detection method leveraging abstract document vectors to enhance detection efficiency.Finally,we introduce an improved attentive Siamese LSTM network tailored for Tibetan-Chinese plagiarism detection.We conduct comprehensive experiments to showcase the effectiveness of our proposed plagiarism detection framework.

文摘Loss and damage caused by extreme climate events have attracted increasing attention.The 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(hereinafter referred to as the Convention)has agreed to adopt Loss and Damage Fund agreement,which identified the source of funding and the funds to be entrusted to the World Bank.However,there is still ambiguous that how to allocate the funds could accelerate the effectiveness of meeting the needs for developing countries.Pre-disaster prevention and preparedness is one of the most effective measures to deal with loss and damage,which closely related to adaptation.Previous studies rarely analyzed quantitatively the financial needs of pre-disaster prevention and preparedness relating to adaptation to reduce loss and damage.Based on the official reports submitted by countries under the Convention,this study analyzes the annual change in the total financial support provided by developed countries to developing countries,the proportion of pre-disaster prevention and preparedness in the adaptation needs of developing countries,and the progress in raising the current annual funding target of 100 billion USD for developed countries,to reveal the financial and technical challenges facing by developing countries on addressing loss and damage.The results show that by 2030,the total adaptation financial needs of developing countries are estimated to be about 3.8 trillion USD,of which pre-disaster prevention matters account for about 9%.Therefore,by 2030,developing countries will need about 342 billion USD in pre-disaster prevention and preparedness finance to withstand loss and damage.In addition,developing countries face a lack of technical methods to quantify information about their needs.Based on the above analysis,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening the allocation amount of loss and damage fund on pre-disaster warning,prevention and control actions,and establishing track modalities on the finance pr

文摘Corporate mergers and acquisitions(M&As)are subject to skewed logic due to excessive government regulation.China is progressively adopting the Market Access Negative List(MANL)pilot to transfer the power of resource allocation from the government to the market.Using the DID method,we examine the impact of relaxing market access regulation on firms’M&A behavior against China’s institutional background and the M&A events of listed companies from 2012 to 2019.The MANL significantly increases firms’M&A tendency and amount and strengthens the competitive adequacy and fairness of market-oriented M&A decisions.Post-M&A financial performance does not increase,but human capital productivity,innovation effectiveness and total factor productivity do,demonstrating the dynamic balance of profit and efficiency in M&As.
