Rhodomyrtus tomentosa is an important f leshy-fruited tree and a well-known medicinal plant of the Myrtaceae family that is widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas of the world.However,studies on the evolu...Rhodomyrtus tomentosa is an important f leshy-fruited tree and a well-known medicinal plant of the Myrtaceae family that is widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas of the world.However,studies on the evolution and genomic breeding of R.tomentosa were hindered by the lack of a reference genome.Here,we presented a chromosome-level gap-free T2T genome assembly of R.tomentosa using PacBio and ONT long read sequencing.We assembled the genome with size of 470.35 Mb and contig N50 of∼43.80 Mb with 11 pseudochromosomes.A total of 33382 genes and 239.31 Mb of repetitive sequences were annotated in this genome.Phylogenetic analysis elucidated the independent evolution of R.tomentosa starting from 14.37MYA and shared a recent WGD event with other Myrtaceae species.We identified four major compounds of anthocyanins and their synthetic pathways in R.tomentosa.Comparative genomic and gene expression analysis suggested the coloring and high anthocyanin accumulation in R.tomentosa tends to be determined by the activation of anthocyanin synthesis pathway.The positive selection and up-regulation of MYB transcription factors were the implicit factors in this process.The copy number increase of downstream anthocyanin transport-related OMT and GST gene were also detected in R.tomentosa.Expression analysis and pathway identification enriched the importance of starch degradation,response to stimuli,effect of hormones,and cell wall metabolism during the f leshy fruit development in Myrtaceae.Our genome assembly provided a foundation for investigating the origins and differentiation of Myrtaceae species and accelerated the genetic improvement of R.tomentosa.展开更多

Genetic risk factors have been shown to contribute to the development of sexual dysfunction.However,the role of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)gene variants in the risk of erectile dysfunction(ED)remains un...Genetic risk factors have been shown to contribute to the development of sexual dysfunction.However,the role of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)gene variants in the risk of erectile dysfunction(ED)remains unclear.In this study,we recruited 1254 participants who underwent ED assessed by the International Index of Erectile Function-5.The MTHFR c.677C>T variant was also measured by fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(PCR).No significant difference in the genotypic frequency of the MTHFR C677T polymorphism(CC,CT,and TT)was observed between men from the ED and non-ED groups.In addition,on binary logistic regression analysis,both crude and adjusted models showed that the risk of ED was not significantly associated with the C677T polymorphism.Interestingly,a significantly higher frequency of the 677TT polymorphism was found in severe and moderate ED(P=O.02).The positive correlation between the MTHFR 677TT polymorphism and severe ED was confirmed by logistic regression analysis,even after adjusting for potential confounders(odds ratio[OR]=2.46,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.15-5.50,P=0.02).These findings suggest a positive correlation between the MTHFR 677TT polymorphism and the risk of severe ED.Identification of MTHFR gene polymorphisms may provide complementary information for ED patients during routineclinicaldiagnosis.展开更多

Background To explore the effect of single-lumen tube with high-frequency low-tide ventilation mode to optimize nursing measures on patients’rapid recovery.Methods From October 2021 to December 2022,the clinical data...Background To explore the effect of single-lumen tube with high-frequency low-tide ventilation mode to optimize nursing measures on patients’rapid recovery.Methods From October 2021 to December 2022,the clinical data of 115 patients who underwent thoracoscopic mitral or/and tricuspid valve surgery in the Department of Cardiology,Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital were selected.Patients underwent minimally invasive cardiac surgery with single-lumen tube(SLT)or double-lumen tube(DLT),and both groups adopted nursing measures of relieving anxiety and fear before operation,cooperating with doctors accurately and tacitly during operation,and paying attention to airway management after operation.The surgical variables and postoperative complications were recorded and analyzed.Results Among the 115 patients,57 cases were intubated with single-lumen and 58 cases were intubated with double-lumen.In the single-lumen tube group,the 24-hour thoracic fluid volume,postoperative hospitalization time,sputum aspiration times and intensive care unit(ICU)hospitalization time were significantly reduced(P<0.05).But there was no difference in postoperative complications and mechanical ventilation time between the two groups.Conclusion In minimally invasive cardiac surgery,optimizing perioperative nursing measures and inserting single-lumen tracheal intubation can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients compared with double-lumen tracheal intubation.展开更多

The results showed that both YT06-868 and YT05-339 were winners. The two were high-class drought-resistant clones. On some measured indexes,both of them had higher values than ROC22( the main check variety) and on the other ones,they both had the same values as ROC22. Ten Yuetang series of sugarcane lines were evaluated by Dynamic Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (DTOPSIS). AHP results indicated that the weights of ten traits were 0. 013 4, 0.022 7, O. 030 2, 0.040 8, 0.065 3, 0.088 1, 0.116 2, 0. 160 6, 0.198 4 and 0.264 5, respectively, with random consistency ratio C.R. =0.098 1 〈0.1, suggesting that the distribution of the weights of evaluation indicators was reasonable. Comprehensive evaluation of 10 sugarcane lines by DTOPSLS method combining with the conclusion of AHP showed that the comprehensive performances of Yuetang 03-393 and Yuetang 03-373 were much better than other sugarcane lines, with relative approach degree Ci ranking the first and second, respectively, which was basically consistent with the practical survey, suggesting that Yuetang 03-393 and Yuetang 03-373 were suitable for large-scale popularization. The above results confirmed the feasibility of applying AHP and DTOPSIS in comprehensive evaluation of new crop varieties and provided reference for the breeding of new sugarcane lines.展开更多
The inessential heavy metal/loids cadmium(Cd)and arsenic(As),which often co-occur in polluted paddy soils,are toxic to rice.Silicon(Si)treatment is known to reduce Cd and As toxicity in rice plants.To better understan...The inessential heavy metal/loids cadmium(Cd)and arsenic(As),which often co-occur in polluted paddy soils,are toxic to rice.Silicon(Si)treatment is known to reduce Cd and As toxicity in rice plants.To better understand the shared mechanisms by which Si alleviates Cd and As stress,rice seedlings were hydroponically exposed to Cd or As,then treated with Si.The addition of Si significantly ameliorated the inhibitory effects of Cd and As on rice seedling growth.Si supplementation decreased Cd and As translocation from roots to shoots,and significantly reduced Cd-and As-induced reactive oxygen species generation in rice seedlings.Transcriptomics analyses were conducted to elucidate molecular mechanisms underlying the Si-mediated response to Cd or As stress in rice.The expression patterns of the differentially expressed genes in Cd-or As-stressed rice roots with and without Si application were compared.The transcriptomes of the Cd-and As-stressed rice roots were similarly and profoundly reshaped by Si application,suggesting that Si may play a fundamental,active role in plant defense against heavy metal/loid stresses by modulating whole genome expression.We also identified two novel genes,0s01g0524500 and 0s06g0514800,encoding a myeloblastosis(MYB)transcription factor and a thionin,respectively,which may be candidate targets for Si to alleviate Cd and As stress in rice,as well as for the generation of Cd-and/or As-resistant plants.This study provides valuable resources for further clarification of the shared molecular mechanisms underlying the Si-mediated alleviation of Cd and As toxicity in rice.展开更多
We used a widely targeted metabolomics approach to examine the metabolic changes in three pedigreed indica cultivars(Meixiangzhan 2,Meisizhan and Qixinzhan),with different eating qualities,at 8,15 and 30 d after flowe...We used a widely targeted metabolomics approach to examine the metabolic changes in three pedigreed indica cultivars(Meixiangzhan 2,Meisizhan and Qixinzhan),with different eating qualities,at 8,15 and 30 d after flowering(DAF)to explore the formation mechanism of rice eating and nutritional qualities at a global metabolic level.A total of 623 metabolites were identified,and results showed that metabolic variations among rice cultivars decreased with grain developmental stage,suggesting that sufficient carbohydrate and amino acid supply during grain development may contribute to excellent rice eating and nutritional quality formation.Lysophosphatidylcholines 19:0 and 16:1 were beneficial for excellent eating quality formation during grain development.Rice fragrance was attributed mainly to spermidine andγ-aminobutyric acid.Rice cultivars with excellent eating quality at 15-30 DAF had relatively higher flavone content,possibly because they had adequate carbohydrate and amino acid contents during grain development.These results provided insight into the mechanisms for establishing rice eating and nutritional qualities during grain formation at a global metabolic level,and can be applied towards improving rice quality.展开更多

This study aimed to explore the genetic background, genetic diversity, important traits and relationship between the heredity and phenotype of these transgenic sugarcane lines, thereby providing basis for further effective utilization and preservation of insect-resistant germplasm resources and improving breeding efficiency of insect-resistant sugarcane in China. [Method] By using six AFLP primers with high polymorphism, the genetic diversity of 13 Bt transgenic sugarcane lines and their donor varieties was analyzed. Growth assay and insect-resistance identification were carried out in a quarantine greenhouse with conventional methods. Evaluation of important economic traits was conducted in the field with conventional methods. [ Result] The polymorphism rate was relatively low. Specifically, the polymorphism rate of the first group was 21.00%, the polymorphism rate of the second group was 31.80%, and the total polymorphism rate was 42.50%. Cluster analysis showed that 13 Bt transgenic sugarcane lines and their donor varieties were divided into two categories, the genetic similarity coefficient between two categories was 0.54. All the six materials in the first group were clustered into category Ⅰ, with genetic similarity of 0. 921 ; nine materials in the second group were clustered into category Ⅱ, with genetic similarity of 0. 898. Bt transgenic sugarcane lines showed abundant phenotypic types and significant trait variations, and the economic traits were generally worse than donor varieties. The insect resistance of 13 Bt transgenic sugarcane lines was divided into five grades. [ Conclusion] The first-generation Bt transgenic sugarcane lines have low genetic diversity, abundant trait variations, high insect resistance and generally poor economic traits, which can only be used as germplasm resources for hybridization. The results showed that 30% Tiange multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer could effectively suppress some pests such as sugarcane borer,thrip,aphid and cockchafer. 90 d after pesticide-fertilizer application,the sugarcane withered heart rate was 1. 55% and 2. 55% in the two test points,respectively,significantly lower than the rate of 15. 40% and 19. 40% under control. Before harvest,the sugarcane borer damage rate in the two test points under pesticide-fertilizer treatment was 8. 70% and 9. 47%,respectively,significantly lower than the rate of 34. 50% and 33. 50% under control,and the sugarcane yield was 21. 16% and 22. 14% higher than under control,respectively. 30% Tiange multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer had nutritional and insecticidal effect,which could help to achieve sugarcane pesticide-fertilizer integration and save labor and costs.展开更多
Soil Olsen P level has a major influence on crop yield,efficient P utilization,and soil fertility.In this study,the optimum Olsen P range was determined from long-term(1990–2012)field experiments in three typical soi...Soil Olsen P level has a major influence on crop yield,efficient P utilization,and soil fertility.In this study,the optimum Olsen P range was determined from long-term(1990–2012)field experiments in three typical soil types of China under single cropping of maize or double cropping of maize and wheat.The critical soil Olsen P value for crop yield was evaluated using three different models,and the relationships among P use efficiency(PUE),Olsen P,and total P were analyzed.The agronomic critical soil Olsen P values obtained from the three models for the neutral soil of Gongzhuling and the calcareous soil of Zhengzhou were similar;however,the values from the linear-linear and linear-plateau models for both maize and wheat were substantially lower than those from the Mitscherlich model for the acidic soil of Qiyang.The PUE response change rates(linear equation slopes)under different soil Olsen P levels were small,indicating slight or no changes in the PUE as the soil Olsen P increased in all three soils.A comparison of the Olsen P levels that achieved the maximal PUE with the agronomic critical values derived from the three models indicated that the linear-plateau model exhibited the best performance.The regression equation coefficients of Olsen P response to total P decreased as follows:Zhengzhou(73 mg g-1)>Qiyang(65 mg g-1)>Gongzhuling(55 mg g-1).The Olsen P level increased as the total P increased,which may result in a decrease in PUE.To achieve a relatively high crop yield,PUE,and soil fertility,the optimum Olsen P range should be 13–40,10–40,and 29–40 mg kg-1 at Gongzhuling,Zhengzhou,and Qiyang,respectively.展开更多

Compared with the donor varieties,all tissue culture materials were mutated. There were 3-16 missing bands,with an average of 5. 2 bands,and there were 0-17 increased bands,with an average of 3. 3 bands. The total number of missing and increased bands was 4-33,with an average of 8. 5. The band difference rates were in the range of 0. 009 4%-0. 077 6%,with an average of 0. 020 6%. The genetic similarity coefficients between materials ranged from 0. 685 6 to 0. 998 2,with an average of 0. 818 4. The three sugarcane varieties and their tissue culture clones were clustered into three groups.[Conclusions] Although variations occur in tissue culture,the variations are not too obvious,and the genetic stability is relatively high. [Objective]The paper was to study the effect of 30%Xiange oceanic bioactive peptide pesticide-fertilizer on sugarcane pests,sugarcane yield and sugar.[Method]With conventional compound fertilizer mixed with 3%carbofur...[Objective]The paper was to study the effect of 30%Xiange oceanic bioactive peptide pesticide-fertilizer on sugarcane pests,sugarcane yield and sugar.[Method]With conventional compound fertilizer mixed with 3%carbofuran granulated insecticide as the control,the field effect of30%Xiange pesticide-fertilizer on sugarcane was compared.[Result]After the application of 30%Xiange pesticide-fertilizer for 90 d,the control effects on sugarcane borers in the two test points were 93.66%and 93.09%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of conventional control(21.86%and 24.19%).Before harvest,the reduction effects of sugarcane internodes in the two test points treated by pesticide-fertilizer were6.21%and 5.10%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of conventional control(36.25%and 34.55%).The control effects of Xiange pesticide-fertilizer on sugarcane chafer in the two test points were 91.34%and 100.00%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of conventional control(68.00%and 64.29%).The yields of sugarcane treated by Xiange pesticide-fertilizer in the two test points were107700 and 108000 kg/hm2,and the sugar contents were 15.62%and 15.55%,respectively.The yield and sugar content of sugarcane treated by Xiange pesticide-fertilizer were increased by 28.63%and 1.33%compared with those of conventional control.[Conclusion]30%Xiange oceanic bioactive peptide pesticide-fertilizer has good control effect on sugarcane pests,which could obviously increase yield and sugar of sugarcane.The product is worth being promoted and applied in sugarcane planting area.展开更多

文摘Rhodomyrtus tomentosa is an important f leshy-fruited tree and a well-known medicinal plant of the Myrtaceae family that is widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas of the world.However,studies on the evolution and genomic breeding of R.tomentosa were hindered by the lack of a reference genome.Here,we presented a chromosome-level gap-free T2T genome assembly of R.tomentosa using PacBio and ONT long read sequencing.We assembled the genome with size of 470.35 Mb and contig N50 of∼43.80 Mb with 11 pseudochromosomes.A total of 33382 genes and 239.31 Mb of repetitive sequences were annotated in this genome.Phylogenetic analysis elucidated the independent evolution of R.tomentosa starting from 14.37MYA and shared a recent WGD event with other Myrtaceae species.We identified four major compounds of anthocyanins and their synthetic pathways in R.tomentosa.Comparative genomic and gene expression analysis suggested the coloring and high anthocyanin accumulation in R.tomentosa tends to be determined by the activation of anthocyanin synthesis pathway.The positive selection and up-regulation of MYB transcription factors were the implicit factors in this process.The copy number increase of downstream anthocyanin transport-related OMT and GST gene were also detected in R.tomentosa.Expression analysis and pathway identification enriched the importance of starch degradation,response to stimuli,effect of hormones,and cell wall metabolism during the f leshy fruit development in Myrtaceae.Our genome assembly provided a foundation for investigating the origins and differentiation of Myrtaceae species and accelerated the genetic improvement of R.tomentosa.

文摘Benefiting from its surface-rich functional groups,eco-friendliness,impressive electrochemical properties,excellent light absorption,structural tunability at the atomic/morphological level,and ultra-high stability under harsh conditions,nanodiamond has emerged as a promising carbon-based non-metallic material in the field of energy conversion such as electrocatalysis and photocatalysis.Furthermore,nanodiamond,as a new generation of green catalysts,can overcome the poisoning of catalysts by complex pollutants in advanced oxidation processes,thus effectively removing organic matter from water,which is unparalleled in reducing the cost of water purification and avoiding secondary cross-contamination of water by traditional heavy metal-based catalysts.Here,we review the research and development of nanodiamonds as major electrocatalysts and photocatalysts for energy conversion and for air/water treatment for environmental remediation.The relevant properties,trimming strategy,mechanistic understanding,and design principles of nanodiamond as a catalyst are described,as well as the challenges and prospects of this emerging field.

文摘Genetic risk factors have been shown to contribute to the development of sexual dysfunction.However,the role of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)gene variants in the risk of erectile dysfunction(ED)remains unclear.In this study,we recruited 1254 participants who underwent ED assessed by the International Index of Erectile Function-5.The MTHFR c.677C>T variant was also measured by fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(PCR).No significant difference in the genotypic frequency of the MTHFR C677T polymorphism(CC,CT,and TT)was observed between men from the ED and non-ED groups.In addition,on binary logistic regression analysis,both crude and adjusted models showed that the risk of ED was not significantly associated with the C677T polymorphism.Interestingly,a significantly higher frequency of the 677TT polymorphism was found in severe and moderate ED(P=O.02).The positive correlation between the MTHFR 677TT polymorphism and severe ED was confirmed by logistic regression analysis,even after adjusting for potential confounders(odds ratio[OR]=2.46,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.15-5.50,P=0.02).These findings suggest a positive correlation between the MTHFR 677TT polymorphism and the risk of severe ED.Identification of MTHFR gene polymorphisms may provide complementary information for ED patients during routineclinicaldiagnosis.

文摘The nutritional ingredients of two cultivars of passion fruit (Passiflora edulia Sims), Zixiang 1 and Pingtang 1 were compared in this study. The results showed that both the two cultivars contained 7 kinds of essential amino acids for humans, and their total content was higher in Pingtang 1. The contents of Ca and K were also higher in Pingtang 1. In addition, passion fruit was rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, protein, dietary fiber and total carbohydrate. On the whole, the nutritional value of Pingtang 1 was higher than that of Zixiang 1, and it can be promoted in largescale cultivation.
文摘Background To explore the effect of single-lumen tube with high-frequency low-tide ventilation mode to optimize nursing measures on patients’rapid recovery.Methods From October 2021 to December 2022,the clinical data of 115 patients who underwent thoracoscopic mitral or/and tricuspid valve surgery in the Department of Cardiology,Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital were selected.Patients underwent minimally invasive cardiac surgery with single-lumen tube(SLT)or double-lumen tube(DLT),and both groups adopted nursing measures of relieving anxiety and fear before operation,cooperating with doctors accurately and tacitly during operation,and paying attention to airway management after operation.The surgical variables and postoperative complications were recorded and analyzed.Results Among the 115 patients,57 cases were intubated with single-lumen and 58 cases were intubated with double-lumen.In the single-lumen tube group,the 24-hour thoracic fluid volume,postoperative hospitalization time,sputum aspiration times and intensive care unit(ICU)hospitalization time were significantly reduced(P<0.05).But there was no difference in postoperative complications and mechanical ventilation time between the two groups.Conclusion In minimally invasive cardiac surgery,optimizing perioperative nursing measures and inserting single-lumen tracheal intubation can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients compared with double-lumen tracheal intubation.

文摘Piwi-interacting RNAs(piRNAs)is a novel class of non-coding RNAs.However,changes in piRNA expression profiles in recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)have not yet been investigated.The aim of this study was to identify differentially expressed piRNAs in deciduas of RSA patients.Decidua tissues were collected by curettage from recruited RSA patients and normal early pregnant(NEP)women with their informed consent.Small RNA sequencing was used to evaluate the differences in piRNA expression profiles between RSA and NEP.The present results demonstrated that the counts of total piRNA reads in RSA samples were increased compared with those in NEP samples(0.21%vs.0.11%).Differential expression analysis identified 29 upregulated piRNAs and 18 downregulated piRNAs in RSA samples.RT-qPCR further confirmed that the expression levels of uniq-109625,uniq-89328,uniq-50651 and uniq-4569 were decreased in 8 RSA tissues,compared with 13 NEP tissues.Otherwise,pi-22628 and uniq-173406 were increased in 8 RSA tissues.Based on GO term and KEGG pathway analysis,we speculate that these piRNAs regulate RSA by targeting extracellular matrix component pathway,cell adhesion pathway and focal adhesion pathway.PiRNAs may be involved in RSA pathogenesis by target genes function on adhesion and extracellular matrix component.

文摘Six sugarcane plant lines were selected from seedlings owing to good performance in agronomic characters under drought conditions.A special test with drought stress to death under groove was carried out to select the best drought tolerant clones among them. The proportion of bound water to free water content in leaves,cell cytoplasm membrane permeability in leaves,yield components,etc.,which were regarded as reasonable indexes to identify drought resistance of sugarcane,were measured. The results showed that both YT06-868 and YT05-339 were winners. The two were high-class drought-resistant clones. On some measured indexes,both of them had higher values than ROC22( the main check variety) and on the other ones,they both had the same values as ROC22. The drought resistance of YT05-291 was moderate and between ROC22 and ROC16( the secondary check variety),while the others had poor drought-resistant according to these indexes.

文摘The weights of ten important traits of sugarcane, including the number of hair groups, plant height, defoliation capability, stalk diameter, ratooning property, stalk number of disease resistance, cane yield, sucrose content and sugar yield, were distributed with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Ten Yuetang series of sugarcane lines were evaluated by Dynamic Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (DTOPSIS). AHP results indicated that the weights of ten traits were 0. 013 4, 0.022 7, O. 030 2, 0.040 8, 0.065 3, 0.088 1, 0.116 2, 0. 160 6, 0.198 4 and 0.264 5, respectively, with random consistency ratio C.R. =0.098 1 〈0.1, suggesting that the distribution of the weights of evaluation indicators was reasonable. Comprehensive evaluation of 10 sugarcane lines by DTOPSLS method combining with the conclusion of AHP showed that the comprehensive performances of Yuetang 03-393 and Yuetang 03-373 were much better than other sugarcane lines, with relative approach degree Ci ranking the first and second, respectively, which was basically consistent with the practical survey, suggesting that Yuetang 03-393 and Yuetang 03-373 were suitable for large-scale popularization. The above results confirmed the feasibility of applying AHP and DTOPSIS in comprehensive evaluation of new crop varieties and provided reference for the breeding of new sugarcane lines.

文摘The inessential heavy metal/loids cadmium(Cd)and arsenic(As),which often co-occur in polluted paddy soils,are toxic to rice.Silicon(Si)treatment is known to reduce Cd and As toxicity in rice plants.To better understand the shared mechanisms by which Si alleviates Cd and As stress,rice seedlings were hydroponically exposed to Cd or As,then treated with Si.The addition of Si significantly ameliorated the inhibitory effects of Cd and As on rice seedling growth.Si supplementation decreased Cd and As translocation from roots to shoots,and significantly reduced Cd-and As-induced reactive oxygen species generation in rice seedlings.Transcriptomics analyses were conducted to elucidate molecular mechanisms underlying the Si-mediated response to Cd or As stress in rice.The expression patterns of the differentially expressed genes in Cd-or As-stressed rice roots with and without Si application were compared.The transcriptomes of the Cd-and As-stressed rice roots were similarly and profoundly reshaped by Si application,suggesting that Si may play a fundamental,active role in plant defense against heavy metal/loid stresses by modulating whole genome expression.We also identified two novel genes,0s01g0524500 and 0s06g0514800,encoding a myeloblastosis(MYB)transcription factor and a thionin,respectively,which may be candidate targets for Si to alleviate Cd and As stress in rice,as well as for the generation of Cd-and/or As-resistant plants.This study provides valuable resources for further clarification of the shared molecular mechanisms underlying the Si-mediated alleviation of Cd and As toxicity in rice.

文摘We used a widely targeted metabolomics approach to examine the metabolic changes in three pedigreed indica cultivars(Meixiangzhan 2,Meisizhan and Qixinzhan),with different eating qualities,at 8,15 and 30 d after flowering(DAF)to explore the formation mechanism of rice eating and nutritional qualities at a global metabolic level.A total of 623 metabolites were identified,and results showed that metabolic variations among rice cultivars decreased with grain developmental stage,suggesting that sufficient carbohydrate and amino acid supply during grain development may contribute to excellent rice eating and nutritional quality formation.Lysophosphatidylcholines 19:0 and 16:1 were beneficial for excellent eating quality formation during grain development.Rice fragrance was attributed mainly to spermidine andγ-aminobutyric acid.Rice cultivars with excellent eating quality at 15-30 DAF had relatively higher flavone content,possibly because they had adequate carbohydrate and amino acid contents during grain development.These results provided insight into the mechanisms for establishing rice eating and nutritional qualities during grain formation at a global metabolic level,and can be applied towards improving rice quality.

文摘Guangdong Province is one of the main producing areas of sugarcane in China, and one of China's three regions with dominant advantage in sugarcane, having good basis and conditions for developing sugarcane industry. In this research, using the SWOT-AHP method, we set 20 assessment indicators (such as the regions with dominant advantage in sugarcane, huge demand for domestic sugar, increased production costs and backward system of sugarcane), to analyze the development strategy of sugarcane industry in Guangdong Province, from strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of sugarcane industrial development in Guangdong Province. The results show that in order to promote the development of sugarcane industry in Guangdong Province, it is necessary to adopt the SO development strategy (relying on its own strengths and using favorable external environment), to achieve the rapid development.

文摘[ Objective] A large number of high-quality Bt transgenic sugarcane lines were obtained using transgenic technologies. This study aimed to explore the genetic background, genetic diversity, important traits and relationship between the heredity and phenotype of these transgenic sugarcane lines, thereby providing basis for further effective utilization and preservation of insect-resistant germplasm resources and improving breeding efficiency of insect-resistant sugarcane in China. [Method] By using six AFLP primers with high polymorphism, the genetic diversity of 13 Bt transgenic sugarcane lines and their donor varieties was analyzed. Growth assay and insect-resistance identification were carried out in a quarantine greenhouse with conventional methods. Evaluation of important economic traits was conducted in the field with conventional methods. [ Result] The polymorphism rate was relatively low. Specifically, the polymorphism rate of the first group was 21.00%, the polymorphism rate of the second group was 31.80%, and the total polymorphism rate was 42.50%. Cluster analysis showed that 13 Bt transgenic sugarcane lines and their donor varieties were divided into two categories, the genetic similarity coefficient between two categories was 0.54. All the six materials in the first group were clustered into category Ⅰ, with genetic similarity of 0. 921 ; nine materials in the second group were clustered into category Ⅱ, with genetic similarity of 0. 898. Bt transgenic sugarcane lines showed abundant phenotypic types and significant trait variations, and the economic traits were generally worse than donor varieties. The insect resistance of 13 Bt transgenic sugarcane lines was divided into five grades. [ Conclusion] The first-generation Bt transgenic sugarcane lines have low genetic diversity, abundant trait variations, high insect resistance and generally poor economic traits, which can only be used as germplasm resources for hybridization. 文摘In order to study the effect of 30% Tiange multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer on sugarcane pests and sugarcane yield,the field test was conducted with conventional compound fertilizer and 3% carbofuran fertilizer granules as control. The results showed that 30% Tiange multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer could effectively suppress some pests such as sugarcane borer,thrip,aphid and cockchafer. 90 d after pesticide-fertilizer application,the sugarcane withered heart rate was 1. 55% and 2. 55% in the two test points,respectively,significantly lower than the rate of 15. 40% and 19. 40% under control. Before harvest,the sugarcane borer damage rate in the two test points under pesticide-fertilizer treatment was 8. 70% and 9. 47%,respectively,significantly lower than the rate of 34. 50% and 33. 50% under control,and the sugarcane yield was 21. 16% and 22. 14% higher than under control,respectively. 30% Tiange multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer had nutritional and insecticidal effect,which could help to achieve sugarcane pesticide-fertilizer integration and save labor and costs.

文摘Soil Olsen P level has a major influence on crop yield,efficient P utilization,and soil fertility.In this study,the optimum Olsen P range was determined from long-term(1990–2012)field experiments in three typical soil types of China under single cropping of maize or double cropping of maize and wheat.The critical soil Olsen P value for crop yield was evaluated using three different models,and the relationships among P use efficiency(PUE),Olsen P,and total P were analyzed.The agronomic critical soil Olsen P values obtained from the three models for the neutral soil of Gongzhuling and the calcareous soil of Zhengzhou were similar;however,the values from the linear-linear and linear-plateau models for both maize and wheat were substantially lower than those from the Mitscherlich model for the acidic soil of Qiyang.The PUE response change rates(linear equation slopes)under different soil Olsen P levels were small,indicating slight or no changes in the PUE as the soil Olsen P increased in all three soils.A comparison of the Olsen P levels that achieved the maximal PUE with the agronomic critical values derived from the three models indicated that the linear-plateau model exhibited the best performance.The regression equation coefficients of Olsen P response to total P decreased as follows:Zhengzhou(73 mg g-1)>Qiyang(65 mg g-1)>Gongzhuling(55 mg g-1).The Olsen P level increased as the total P increased,which may result in a decrease in PUE.To achieve a relatively high crop yield,PUE,and soil fertility,the optimum Olsen P range should be 13–40,10–40,and 29–40 mg kg-1 at Gongzhuling,Zhengzhou,and Qiyang,respectively.

文摘Joint survey panel composed of three units investigated sugarcane borers in Xianggui sugarcane area,in order to make clear the current situation of sugarcane borers,estimate the economic loss caused by sugarcane borers,and analyze the causes of increasingly serious occurrence of sugarcane pests.The survey results indicated that sugarcane pests occurred seriously in Xianggui sugarcane area;the average rate of borer-damaged strain was 46.54%,the average yield loss was 14.87%,and the average sucrose content loss was as high as 1.12%.The estimated results of eco-nomic damage caused by pests demonstrated that the agricultural loss was 467 million yuan,the industry loss was 856 million yuan and the national financial loss was 51 million yuan.According to the survey results,the experts of research group analyzed and summarized the causes of increasing-ly serious occurrence of sugarcane pests in Xianggui sugarcane area,and put forward the countermeasures for the prevention and control of sugar-cane pests in this area.

文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to better understand the variation law of sugarcane clones during tissue culture process,and to provide a reference for rapid propagation and detection of healthy sugarcane seedlings.[Methods] The genetic stability of tissue culture clones of three sugarcane varieties was analyzed using the AFLP molecular marker technique.[Results]The average number of polymorphic loci was 19. 58 for each primer pair,and the percentage of polymorphic loci was 41. 74%. Compared with the donor varieties,all tissue culture materials were mutated. There were 3-16 missing bands,with an average of 5. 2 bands,and there were 0-17 increased bands,with an average of 3. 3 bands. The total number of missing and increased bands was 4-33,with an average of 8. 5. The band difference rates were in the range of 0. 009 4%-0. 077 6%,with an average of 0. 020 6%. The genetic similarity coefficients between materials ranged from 0. 685 6 to 0. 998 2,with an average of 0. 818 4. The three sugarcane varieties and their tissue culture clones were clustered into three groups.[Conclusions] Although variations occur in tissue culture,the variations are not too obvious,and the genetic stability is relatively high. It is recommended to minimize the number of subculture generations and cultivation time to reduce the occurrence of variation during tissue culture for rapid propagation of sugarcane seedlings.

文摘[Objective]The paper was to study the effect of 30%Xiange oceanic bioactive peptide pesticide-fertilizer on sugarcane pests,sugarcane yield and sugar.[Method]With conventional compound fertilizer mixed with 3%carbofuran granulated insecticide as the control,the field effect of30%Xiange pesticide-fertilizer on sugarcane was compared.[Result]After the application of 30%Xiange pesticide-fertilizer for 90 d,the control effects on sugarcane borers in the two test points were 93.66%and 93.09%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of conventional control(21.86%and 24.19%).Before harvest,the reduction effects of sugarcane internodes in the two test points treated by pesticide-fertilizer were6.21%and 5.10%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of conventional control(36.25%and 34.55%).The control effects of Xiange pesticide-fertilizer on sugarcane chafer in the two test points were 91.34%and 100.00%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of conventional control(68.00%and 64.29%).The yields of sugarcane treated by Xiange pesticide-fertilizer in the two test points were107700 and 108000 kg/hm2,and the sugar contents were 15.62%and 15.55%,respectively.The yield and sugar content of sugarcane treated by Xiange pesticide-fertilizer were increased by 28.63%and 1.33%compared with those of conventional control.[Conclusion]30%Xiange oceanic bioactive peptide pesticide-fertilizer has good control effect on sugarcane pests,which could obviously increase yield and sugar of sugarcane.The product is worth being promoted and applied in sugarcane planting area.

文摘[Objectives]The purpose of this study was to provide reference for cultivation and promotion of a new sugarcane variety Yuetang 03-373,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the characters of the variety.[Methods]Correlation,multiple regression and path analyses were performed for the yield and yield components of Yuetang 03-373.[Results]Correlation analysis shows that cane yield was significantly correlated with millable stalk number,stalk length and stalk diameter,and among them,the correlation with millable stalk number was the strongest.Multiple regression and path analyses show that millable stalk number contributed the most to cane yield,followed by stalk length,and stalk diameter contributed the least.The regression equation of cane yield against the three yield components was y=-2.8713+1.5497x1+5.8990x2-395.4294x3(R=0.9672**).[Conclusions]Millable stalk number and stalk length were the important and major factors for high yield of Yuetang 03-373,indicating that Yuetang 03-373 is a sugarcane variety of millable stalk type.In cultivation,full play should be given to the advantage of Yuetang 03-373 in millable stalk number,as well as stalk length(plant height),in order to achieve the purpose of increasing yield.
