Methods: Forty cases (male 20,female 20,age 62.5±8.1 yrs) in stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ essential hypertension (EH) were treated with MPR for 4 weeks. The clinical effects were assessed by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS), Type A Behavior Scale and blood pressure. Conclusion: MPR produced significant therapeutic effects on lowering BP, as well as reducing anxiety and depression.展开更多
