本文从自然资源确权登记、生态产品信息普查、生态产品价值评价三个方面,对相关领域的重点政策和实施进展进行梳理,针对相关工作存在的问题和难点,结合南京实际情况,提出了加强相关部门职能的衔接和整合、进一步提升自然资源标准化管理...本文从自然资源确权登记、生态产品信息普查、生态产品价值评价三个方面,对相关领域的重点政策和实施进展进行梳理,针对相关工作存在的问题和难点,结合南京实际情况,提出了加强相关部门职能的衔接和整合、进一步提升自然资源标准化管理水平、加强GEP核算和自然资源调查监测以及确权登记工作之间的对接、提升基础测算评价工作的协同性和一致性等建议。This paper reviews the key policies and implementation progress in the relevant fields from three aspects: the registration of natural resource rights, the census of ecological product information, and the evaluation of ecological products. In response to the problems and difficulties in related work, combined with the actual situation in Nanjing, it proposes suggestions such as strengthening the connection and integration of functional departments, further improving the standardization of natural resource management, enhancing the linkage between Gross Ecosystem Product (GEP) accounting and natural resource investigation and monitoring, as well as the registration of property rights, and improving the coordination and consistency of basic measurement and evaluation work.展开更多
