以中国兰州市某校区为例,借助雨洪管理-地理信息系统(stormwater management model with geographic information system,SWMM-GIS)模型对该片区在不同重现期降雨条件下,对绿色屋顶和透水铺装的雨水径流控制效果进行模拟.针对地表高程...以中国兰州市某校区为例,借助雨洪管理-地理信息系统(stormwater management model with geographic information system,SWMM-GIS)模型对该片区在不同重现期降雨条件下,对绿色屋顶和透水铺装的雨水径流控制效果进行模拟.针对地表高程落差较大,管段埋设坡度较大等特点,分析有特殊地形的区域在低影响开发(low impact development,LID)前后,对历时长/短、强降雨的处理效果及可能相关的因素.结果表明,LID设施对节点积水量的控制率随重现期的增加而减弱;在坡度较小、渗透能力良好(包括LID设施的渗透能力)的区域,对中、小重现期降雨形成的径流有较好的改善效果.对坡度较大,并添加透水铺装的子汇水区及邻近的雨水检查井进行局部LID性能分析,发现在特定降雨条件下,LID设施最大入渗量所在时段与最大降雨量的时段可基本重合.研究成果可为水利部门及科研机构探究LID设施性能,以及中国许多城市旧城改造中内涝问题的解决等方面提供参考.展开更多
In this paper,first,the author pointed out that a great achievement has been gained in Shanxi’s water cause since the founding of the new China in fifty some years ago,then,he pointed out that there still exist three...In this paper,first,the author pointed out that a great achievement has been gained in Shanxi’s water cause since the founding of the new China in fifty some years ago,then,he pointed out that there still exist three major problems we are faced with at the present time in our water construction. (1)Problem in the shortage of the water resources.The author divided this problem into three parts:(1)the water shortage that is of quality of being water resources itselfs lacking.(2)the water shortage of the quality of being water project’s sluggish.The water supplied by the projects have not been able to meet the needs of industry and agriculture.(3)the water shortage,which is caused by inefficient water-use. (2)Problem of the severe losses of soil and water;and problem of the deterioration of water environment. (3)Problem in the threat of flood and water logging hazard. Secondly,the author thinks of that the effort should be concentrated on grasping firmly the key projects in four yields in Shanxi’s water construction during the period of the tenth“Five Year Plan”. (1)Water Source Projects (2)Water-saving Projects (3)Soil and water conservation project and water resources protecting projects (4)Flood protection projects. Thirdly,the author holds that in order to realize the strategic plan and to fulfill the main tasks in the tenth“Five Year Plan”while strengthening the leadership and the the macro regulation of the government,the close attention should be paid to the following points:(1)increasing input and reforming the system of investment and funds circulation.(2)promoting mightily the system reform of water management.(3)establishing the rational mechanisms by which the water price system is formed.(4)relying on the progress in science and technology,and implementing the strategy of prospering water cause depending on science and education.(5)perfecting the statutes in water cause,and controlling the water according to law.展开更多
The replenishment source of Xidatan drinking mineral springs in island permafrost area on north slope of the Kunlun Mountains are mainly the melting water from the modern glaciers bottom, snow and ice melting water, a...The replenishment source of Xidatan drinking mineral springs in island permafrost area on north slope of the Kunlun Mountains are mainly the melting water from the modern glaciers bottom, snow and ice melting water, atmospheric precipitation, and surface water in Yuzhu Peak area on the Kunlun Mountains. This scenario is based on the survey of hydrogeology, water-conducting and water-controlling faults, and water chemistry, and on the EH-4 high-frequency electronic deep exploration. The original water recharges the deep groundwater at fracture zone of active normal faults F3 and F4 , then groundwater enriches at normal faults F2 and F2-1,2 , and then run northward. A water-rich triangle area is formed when groundwater reach the active reverse fault F1 . Groundwater then discharges through fracture zone of F1 , which is the major cause of the Xidatan mineral springs formation.展开更多
