In the paper a careful error analysis for the quasi-conforming and generalized conforming elements is given. It is shown that the consistency error due to nonconformity of the two unconventional elements is of order O(h^2), one order high than that of other conventional nonconforming elements with nine parameters.展开更多

Objective The present study aimed to investigate the association of red meat usual intake with metabolic syndrome(Met S),and explore the contribution of red meat usual intake to serum ferritin.Methods Based on the dat...Objective The present study aimed to investigate the association of red meat usual intake with metabolic syndrome(Met S),and explore the contribution of red meat usual intake to serum ferritin.Methods Based on the data from the longitudinal China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS),2,797 healthy adults aged 18–75 years without hypertension,diabetes,and Met S were selected in 2009 as subjects and follow-up studies were carried out till 2015.We used the National Cancer Institute(NCI)method to estimate the usual intake of foods.Multivariable logistic regressions were performed to evaluate the association between red meat usual intake and the risk of Met S.Quantile regression analysis was used to study the relationship between red meat consumption and serum ferritin levels.Results After adjusting for potential confounders,red meat,and fresh red meat were positively associated with the risk of Met S(RR=1.41,95%CI:1.05–1.90 and RR=1.37,95%CI:1.02–1.85,respectively).These relationships showed increasing trend(P<0.05).The level of serum ferritin increased significantly with the number of Met S components(P<0.05).The quantile regression analysis showed that red meat and fresh red meat usual intake had a significant positive association with serum ferritin levels across the entire conditional serum ferritin distribution(P<0.05).Processed red meat did not exhibit a similar association.Conclusion Higher red meat usual intake was associated with an increased risk of Met S and elevated serum ferritin levels.展开更多

Information is an integral part of the Universe. By its physical...Estimation of the volume of information in black holes is necessary for generation of restrictions for their formation, development and interconversion. Information is an integral part of the Universe. By its physical essence information is heterogeneity of matter and energy. The universal measure of physical heterogeneity of information is the Shannon in- formation entropy. It is important to note that the Neumann entropy cannot be applied as the universal measure of het- erogeneity because it is equal to zero for structured pure state. Therefore information is inseparably connected with matter and energy. The informatics laws of nature are: the basic law of Zeilinger’s quantum mechanics postulates that the elementary physical system (in particular, fundamental particles: quarks, leptons,…) bears one bit of information, the law of simplicity of complex systems, the law of uncertainty (information) conservation, the law of finiteness of complex systems characteristics, the law of necessary variety by W. Ashby, and the theorem of K. Gödel. The law of finiteness of complex systems characteristics and the principle of necessary variety by W. Ashby impose restrictions on the topology and symmetry of the universe. The author’s works testify about the practicality of information laws simultaneously with physical rules for cognition of the Universe. Estimation of the volume of information in black holes is necessary for generation of restrictions for their formation, development and interconversion. <strong>Background</strong>: The aim at this study is to establish the effectiveness of case management (CM) compared to care as usual (CAU) in patients with schizophrenia. <strong>Methods</strong...<strong>Background</strong>: The aim at this study is to establish the effectiveness of case management (CM) compared to care as usual (CAU) in patients with schizophrenia. <strong>Methods</strong>: 128 patients with schizophrenia were recruited from the community of Haidian District (Beijing, China), 68 patients in the CM group and 60 patients in the CAU group. Efficacy and safety information were assessed at one year follow-up. The relapse rate was similar in both groups after 12 months followed up (7% and 5%). The withdraw rate was significant lower in CM group compared with CAU group (10% and 36%). <strong>Results</strong>: There is no significant difference in PANSS, PSP and SSMI score between 2 groups at each visit. Between endpoint and baseline, there is a significant improvement on PANSS negative score and PSP in patients treated with CM, while CAU group was not significantly changed. <strong>Conclusions</strong>: There is a possible effectiveness of CM group of improving negative symptoms and social function in schizophrenia clients.展开更多

Background: In Padova and Vienna International Classification, the usual intestinal metaplasia (UIM) of the stomach, including complete and incomplete type, is defined as negative for dysplasia, and hyperproliferat...Background: In Padova and Vienna International Classification, the usual intestinal metaplasia (UIM) of the stomach, including complete and incomplete type, is defined as negative for dysplasia, and hyperproliferative intestinal metaplasia (HIM) as indefinite for dysplasia, but the biological characteristics of these two types of intestinal metaplasia (IM)remain to be studied. Objective: To investigate the biological differences between UIM, HIM and intestinal type gastric cancer (IGC), a panel of biomarkers were detected. Methods: A total of 38 cases of IGC, 41 HIM and 56 UIM adjacent to gastric cancer were studied. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of pS2, MUC2, MUC5AC, MUC6, Ki-67, EGFR, p53 and sulfo-Lewisa in UIM, HIM and IGC. Microsatellite instability (MSI) in UIM, HIM and IGC was detected by using Denaturing High Performance Liquid Chromatography (DHPLC). Results: The pS2 antigen expression in UIM (78.6%) was significantly higher than in HIM and IGC (9.8%, 10.5%), p〈0.01. The MUC6, sulfo-Lewisa and EGFR protein expressions were significant increased in HIM (24.4%, 82.9%, 48.7%) and IGC (34.2%, 75.0%, 42.1%) than in UIM (3.6%, 25.5%, 17.9%), p〈0.01. A reversed pattern of expressions of MUC2 and MUC5AC was observed in UIM (96.4%, 50.0%) and HIM (82.9%, 36.6%) compared with IGC (52.6%, 13.2%), p〈0.05; and the p53 gene expression was increased from UIM (1.8%) to HIM (19.5%) to IGC (57.9%), p〈0.01. The Ki-67 labeling index was significantiy different among three lesions (UIM: 16%±6%, HIM: 45%±9%, IGC: 63%±10%, p〈0.01). Conclusion: These findings suggest that there are different bio-characteristics among UIM, HIM and IGC, and HIM may have higher potential to progress to more advanced lesions in comparison with UIM.展开更多

Results: The pS2 antigen expression in UIM (78.6%) was significantly higher than in HIM and IGC (9.8%, 10.5%), p〈0.01. The MUC6, sulfo-Lewisa and EGFR protein expressions were significant increased in HIM (24.4%, 82.9%, 48.7%) and IGC (34.2%, 75.0%, 42.1%) than in UIM (3.6%, 25.5%, 17.9%), p〈0.01. A reversed pattern of expressions of MUC2 and MUC5AC was observed in UIM (96.4%, 50.0%) and HIM (82.9%, 36.6%) compared with IGC (52.6%, 13.2%), p〈0.05; and the p53 gene expression was increased from UIM (1.8%) to HIM (19.5%) to IGC (57.9%), p〈0.01. The Ki-67 labeling index was significantiy different among three lesions (UIM: 16%±6%, HIM: 45%±9%, IGC: 63%±10%, p〈0.01). Conclusion: These findings suggest that there are different bio-characteristics among UIM, HIM and IGC, and HIM may have higher potential to progress to more advanced lesions in comparison with UIM.
文摘We study a multispecies one-dimensional Calogero model with two- and three-body interactions. Here, we factorize the ground stateout of the Hamiltonian H in order to get the new operatorwhich preserves some spaces of polynomialsin the case of equal masses, i.e. (the usual Calogero model) and in the case with different masses. The spectrum of these both cases is found easily.
