超声波振动切削过程中切屑形成的位错机理

应用位错理论及 SEM观察 ,超声波振动切削由于附加了超生能量以激励起刀具的谐振 ,从而变静态刀具为以超声波频率冲击切削区的动态刀具而起作用 ,其冲击应力波可导致高的静态剪应力 ,激活位错 ,软化刃前材料 ,使材料易于成屑 .
