文摘以热塑性丁苯橡胶(SBS)为主体材料,采用混合溶剂体系,通过使用纳米碳酸钙(nano-Ca CO3)、萜烯树脂(TR),研制出一种轻质装饰板材用免钉胶。研究了橡胶配比、混合溶剂的配比、nano-Ca CO3和TR用量对免钉胶性能的影响。结果表明,当w(星型SBS):w(线性SBS)=5:5、v(MB):v(120#):v(DMK)=40:40:20、w(nano-Ca CO 3)=15%、w(TR)=12%时,制得的免钉胶综合性能优异,具有良好的应用前景。
