Impacts of plant secondary metabolites from conifer litter on the decomposition of Populus purdomii litter 被引量:4

A decomposition experiment of Populus purdomii litter,a commonly used afforestation species in the Qinling Mountains,China,was conducted.Water extracts of five conifer litters were used to treat P.purdomii litter and its soil.The P.purdomii litter was incubated at room temperature(20–25℃)and constant soil moisture for 6 months.During the decomposition period,the dynamics of litter mass and nutrient contents were detected to investigate the impacts of plant secondary metabolites.The results indicate that litter extracts of Pinus tabuliformis,Platycladus orientalis,Pinus armandii and Larix principisrupprechtii significantly inhibited the overall nutrient release of P.purdomii litter,while the last three types of litter extracts simultaneously inhibited its decomposition.Conversely,the litter extracts of Picea asperata significantly accelerated the overall nutrient release of P.purdomii.Generally,most of the conifer species,whose litter released terpenoids,phenolics,steroids,and aliphatic acids,will inhibit the decomposition and/or nutrient release from P.purdomii litter.Their negative effects on the decomposers and soil enzymatic activities indicates that planting diversity should be lower when mixed planted with P.purdomii. 展开更多

基于对银根-额济纳旗盆地上古生界、侏罗系和白垩系烃源岩地球化学特征的系统评价,分析了盆地内各凹陷的油气来源和富集规律。盆地上古生界石炭系—二叠系暗色泥岩整体已达到过成熟阶段,中生界凹陷内已发生浅变质—变质作用,油气保存条... 基于对银根-额济纳旗盆地上古生界、侏罗系和白垩系烃源岩地球化学特征的系统评价,分析了盆地内各凹陷的油气来源和富集规律。盆地上古生界石炭系—二叠系暗色泥岩整体已达到过成熟阶段,中生界凹陷内已发生浅变质—变质作用,油气保存条件较差,油气资源和勘探潜力小;中—下侏罗统发育一套煤系烃源岩,在盆地腹部及南部凹陷中已达成熟阶段,具有一定生烃潜力;白垩系巴音戈壁组烃源岩的有机质丰度高、类型较好,是盆地的主力烃源岩层系,且油源对比结果证实,盆地已发现的油气均来源于该套烃源岩。银根-额济纳旗盆地的油气成藏过程可划分为早白垩世晚期油气成藏和早白垩世末期调整改造2个阶段,油气的富集主要受巴音戈壁组烃源岩的热演化程度和晚期构造活动强度共同控制。银根-额济纳旗盆地腹部是其油气富集的最有利区,中西部是油气勘探的有利区,中东部的油气成藏条件较差。 展开更多

采用乙醇为提取溶剂,对无刺蜂蜂巢中甾萜类物质的提取工艺进行优化,探究无刺蜂蜂巢乙醇提取物(Ethanol extract of stingless bee honeycomb,EESH)的体外抗氧化活性。采用单因素实验和响应面实验优化EESH的提取工艺;采用香草醛-冰醋酸... 采用乙醇为提取溶剂,对无刺蜂蜂巢中甾萜类物质的提取工艺进行优化,探究无刺蜂蜂巢乙醇提取物(Ethanol extract of stingless bee honeycomb,EESH)的体外抗氧化活性。采用单因素实验和响应面实验优化EESH的提取工艺;采用香草醛-冰醋酸显色法测定EESH中甾萜类含量,并分析了EESH对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)和2,2′-联氮-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸[2,2′-azino-bis-3-Ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid,ABTS]自由基清除能力。响应面优化EESH的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度100%、料液比1:20(g/mL)、热浸提温度45℃、热浸提时间150 min,在此条件下甾萜类物质提取得率可达到(36.70±0.64)%;EESH对DPPH和ABTS阳离子自由基的半抑制浓度(IC_(50))分别为(1.350±0.022)mg/mL和(1.984±0.032)mg/mL。上述结果表明无刺蜂蜂巢甾萜类乙醇提取物在体外具有较好的抗氧化活性,为无刺蜂蜂巢高附加值产品的开发提供实验依据。 展开更多

Eight species of brown algae(Phaeophyceae)from the coast of Madagascar have been investigated for their chemical constituents.Fucosterol(3)was obtained as the most abundant compound.The brown alga Sargassum ilicifolium was the source for the first isolation of the terpenoid C27-alcohol 1,10,2-trinorsqualenol(1)from marine sources.From S.incisifolium we isolated the highly unsaturated glycolipid 1-O-palmitoyl-2-O-stearidonoyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosylglycerol(4)and we report the first full assignment of its ^(1)H and ^(13)C NMR data.Apo-90-fucoxanthinone(8)along with 24-ketocholesterol(5),(22E)-3b-hydroxycholesta-5,22-dien-24-one(6),and saringosterol(7)were obtained from Turbinaria ornata.The crude extracts of all eight species of brown algae exhibited a pronounced antimicrobial activity against the Gram-positive bacteria Bacillus cereus,Staphylococcus aureus,and Streptococcus pneumoniae. 展开更多
