To systematically incorporate multiple influencing factors,the coupled-state frequency memory(Co-SFM)network is proposed.This model integrates Copula estimation with neural networks,fusing multilevel data information,...To systematically incorporate multiple influencing factors,the coupled-state frequency memory(Co-SFM)network is proposed.This model integrates Copula estimation with neural networks,fusing multilevel data information,which is then fed into downstream learning modules.Co-SFM employs an upstream fusion module to incorporate multilevel data,thereby constructing a macro-plate-micro data structure.This configuration helps identify and integrate characteristics from different data levels,facilitating a deeper understanding of the internal links within the financial system.In the downstream model,Co-SFM uses a state-frequency memory network to mine hidden frequency information within stock prices,and the multifrequency patterns of sequential data are modeled.Empirical results show that Co-SFM s prediction accuracy for stock price trends is significantly better than that of other models.This is especially evident in multistep medium and long-term trend predictions,where integrating multilevel data results in notably improved accuracy.展开更多

However, fast charging exacerbates battery degradation and shortens battery lifespan....A fast-charging policy is widely employed to alleviate the inconvenience caused by the extended charging time of electric vehicles. However, fast charging exacerbates battery degradation and shortens battery lifespan. In addition, there is still a lack of tailored health estimations for fast-charging batteries;most existing methods are applicable at lower charging rates. This paper proposes a novel method for estimating the health of lithium-ion batteries, which is tailored for multi-stage constant current-constant voltage fast-charging policies. Initially, short charging segments are extracted by monitoring current switches,followed by deriving voltage sequences using interpolation techniques. Subsequently, a graph generation layer is used to transform the voltage sequence into graphical data. Furthermore, the integration of a graph convolution network with a long short-term memory network enables the extraction of information related to inter-node message transmission, capturing the key local and temporal features during the battery degradation process. Finally, this method is confirmed by utilizing aging data from 185 cells and 81 distinct fast-charging policies. The 4-minute charging duration achieves a balance between high accuracy in estimating battery state of health and low data requirements, with mean absolute errors and root mean square errors of 0.34% and 0.66%, respectively.展开更多

Although the basic concept was proposed only about 10 years ago,multiferroic tunnel junctions(MFTJs)with a ferroelectric barrier sandwiched between two ferromagnetic electrodes have already drawn considerable interest...Although the basic concept was proposed only about 10 years ago,multiferroic tunnel junctions(MFTJs)with a ferroelectric barrier sandwiched between two ferromagnetic electrodes have already drawn considerable interests,driven mainly by its potential applications in multi-level memories and electric field controlled spintronics.The purpose of this article is to review the recent progress of all-perovskite MFTJs.Starting from the key functional properties of the tunneling magnetoresistance,tunneling electroresistance,and tunneling electromagnetoresistance effects,we discuss the main origins of the tunneling electroresistance effect,recent progress in achieving multilevel resistance states in a single device,and the electrical control of spin polarization and transport through the ferroelectric polarization reversal of the tunneling barrier.展开更多

The degree of order i...It was demonstrated that some level of order exists in glassy poly(ethylene terephthalate) by depolarized light intensity(DLI) technique, but this order is different from that in crystalline PET. The degree of order in glassy PET decrease with increasing temperature between 288-343 K. The active energy of this transition is about 22 56 kJ/mol. The IR analysis indicated that this order relates to gauche structure of the ethyleneglycol fragments. The decrease of order with temperature comes from the increase of distance between the order segments.展开更多
