With the startup and execution of new socialistic countryside construction in Heilongjiang Province,the transition from castoff to resource is strengthened in the countryside,aiming at neat appearance of the countrysi...With the startup and execution of new socialistic countryside construction in Heilongjiang Province,the transition from castoff to resource is strengthened in the countryside,aiming at neat appearance of the countryside,clean production and saving energy.People produce biogas and provide the countryside with new energy by means of turning livestock＇s dejection into resources,composting of the plant and animal＇s leavings in the courtyard and even in the factory.It is helpful for the countryside to conserve the energy and reduce emission of the waste.And it also plays an important role in protecting the eco-environment,beautifying homestead and developing the ecological agriculture and so on.The liquid and solid residue in the biogas production can be reused as fertilizer for crops or food for animals after pretreatment,which is propitious to accelerate the development of the circular economy in Heilongjiang Province.展开更多
The rehabilitation of former socialistic public housing areas is one of the most important challenges to Chinese cities nowadays.In Beijing Chaoyang District,a pilot project for housing rehabilitation has been impleme...The rehabilitation of former socialistic public housing areas is one of the most important challenges to Chinese cities nowadays.In Beijing Chaoyang District,a pilot project for housing rehabilitation has been implemented recently by rebuilding community public space in a former socialistic public housing community.As a small-scale and bottom-up initiative,the project introduced the innovative measures,including resident participation,human-centred design and financing of sharing,in order to regenerate communal place in old housing area.The effects of the project are positive,and the local government has accordingly promoted its successful experiences.Moreover,this latest case of the attempts also offers an opportunity for revealing and rethinking the existing challenges to the housing rehabilitation.展开更多
This paper focuses on CUI Jian and his rock music to examine the social complexity of the 1980s in China, which is much about the destructions brought by the Cultural Revolution and the economic reformation since 1978...This paper focuses on CUI Jian and his rock music to examine the social complexity of the 1980s in China, which is much about the destructions brought by the Cultural Revolution and the economic reformation since 1978, as well as to investigate an alternative discourse that is different from mainstream in understanding the Chinese rock. Also, the paper through CUI＇s works tries to inquire the questions of how the ideal of socialism transforms after the fail of the revolution and how the disillusion connects the country＇s pursuit of the western modernization in music. Moreover, the paper asks how and by which CUI＇s songs associate themselves to the social transformation and in what way they root in the ＂socialistic personality＂ shaped by the socialist revolution since 1950s.展开更多
