针对粒子滤波算法中粒子退化导致跟踪效果差的问题,将均值漂移(mean shift,MS)算法融入到粒子滤波(particle filter,PF)算法中,提出了基于MS重要性采样的粒子滤波目标跟踪算法。该算法根据MS算法的核函数原理,利用目标颜色分布建立目标... 针对粒子滤波算法中粒子退化导致跟踪效果差的问题,将均值漂移(mean shift,MS)算法融入到粒子滤波(particle filter,PF)算法中,提出了基于MS重要性采样的粒子滤波目标跟踪算法。该算法根据MS算法的核函数原理,利用目标颜色分布建立目标参考模型;基于粒子滤波的计算框架,在MS算法的迭代寻优过程中,对粒子进行确定性搜索,使其收敛到目标候选模型的局部最优点,完成对目标模型的重要性采样,有效解决了粒子退化问题,同时减少了粒子数目,增强了目标跟踪的实时性。跟踪实验结果表明,该算法的跟踪性能优于传统的粒子滤波算法。 展开更多

A shift sampling theory established by author (1997a) is a generalization of Fourier transform computation theory. Based on this theory, I develop an Algorithm-Error (A-E) equation of potential field transformations in the wavenumber domain, which not only gives a more flexible algorithm of potential field transformations, but also reveals the law of error of potential field transformations in the wavenumber domain. The DFT0η η(0.5, 0.5) reduction-to-pole (RTP) technique derived from the A-E equation significantly improves the resolution and accuracy of RTP anomalies at low magnetic latitudes, including the magnetic equator. The law (origin, form mechanism, and essential properties) of the edge oscillation revealed by the A-E equation points out theoretically a way of improving the effect of existing padding methods in high-pass transformations in the wavenumber domain. 展开更多

Importance-Weighted Transfer Learning for Fault Classification under Covariate Shift

In the process of fault detection and classification,the operation mode usually drifts over time,which brings great challenges to the algorithms.Because traditional machine learning based fault classification cannot dynamically update the trained model according to the probability distribution of the testing dataset,the accuracy of these traditional methods usually drops significantly in the case of covariate shift.In this paper,an importance-weighted transfer learning method is proposed for fault classification in the nonlinear multi-mode industrial process.It effectively alters the drift between the training and testing dataset.Firstly,the mutual information method is utilized to perform feature selection on the original data,and a number of characteristic parameters associated with fault classification are selected according to their mutual information.Then,the importance-weighted least-squares probabilistic classifier(IWLSPC)is utilized for binary fault detection and multi-fault classification in covariate shift.Finally,the Tennessee Eastman(TE)benchmark is carried out to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.The experimental result shows that the covariate shift adaptation based on importance-weight sampling is superior to the traditional machine learning fault classification algorithms.Moreover,IWLSPC can not only be used for binary fault classification,but also can be applied to the multi-classification target in the process of fault diagnosis. 展开更多

The proposed approaches differ with the assumptions on reconstruction space. If the reconstruction space satisfies one-to-one relationship between the samples and the reconstruction model, then we propose a method, which achieves consistent signal reconstruction. At the same time, when the number of samples is more than the number of reconstruction functions, the minimal-norm reconstruction signal can be obtained. Finally, it is demonstrated that the minimal-norm reconstruction can outperform consistent signal reconstruction in both theory and simulations for the problem. 展开更多

基于孪生网络的目标跟踪,存在特征信息欠丰富,跟踪效率有待提高,大型数据集上训练时间长等问题。针对上述问题,提出特征融合与训练加速的高效目标跟踪。增加主干网络参考特征层级,减小下采样,融合多层级参考特征图,提取目标更深度、丰... 基于孪生网络的目标跟踪,存在特征信息欠丰富,跟踪效率有待提高,大型数据集上训练时间长等问题。针对上述问题,提出特征融合与训练加速的高效目标跟踪。增加主干网络参考特征层级,减小下采样,融合多层级参考特征图,提取目标更深度、丰富的语义信息。深度互相关操作得到候选窗口响应(Response of Candidate Windows,RoWs),在其中构建区域建议网络(Region Proposal Network,RPN),通过权衡正负锚点的数量比,使孪生网络性能更加高效、稳定。大型数据集训练孪生网络时,使用均匀滑动漂移采样,代替随机漂移采样算法,在抑制中心偏置现象的同时,显著加快了孪生网络的训练速度。跟踪基准VOT2018上的评估实验结果表明,与所有参考的主流目标跟踪算法相比,所提算法具有最佳的跟踪性能。 展开更多

Phases at two linked points between the end and beginning of adjoined frames are always consistent; the bias Doppler frequency for the time delay of A/D sampling start responds to that for target acceleration.
