In a special integrable case, the entrance of some arbitrary functions leads to abundant coherent structures. However, in the general nonintegrable case, an additional condition has to be introduced for these arbitrary functions. Although the additional condition has been introduced into the solutions of the nonintegrable KdV equation, there still exist many interesting solitary wave structures. Especially, the nonintegrable KdV equation possesses the breather-like localized excitations, and the similar static ring soliton solutions as in the integrable case. Furthermor,in the integrable case, the interaction between two travelling ring solitons is elastic, while in the nonintegrable case we cannot find even the single travelling ring soliton solution.展开更多
The separation characteristic of raw coal from Luoyang mining area, China, was investigated by applying a dry coal beneficiation flowsheet with the dense medium gas-solid fluidized bed as main separating equipment. Th...The separation characteristic of raw coal from Luoyang mining area, China, was investigated by applying a dry coal beneficiation flowsheet with the dense medium gas-solid fluidized bed as main separating equipment. The experimental and simulation results indicate that the dense medium gas-solid fluidized bed can provide uniform distribution and stable fluctuation of bed densities at various heights. Two types of different separating approaches were compared using the dry coal beneficiation flowsheet. Compared with obtaining cleaning coal in the first stage of the flowsheet, a higher yield of the cleaning coal and better separation efficiency can be achieved when discharging gangue in the first stage. Finally, the results indicate that 64.86% pure cleaning coal with an ash content of 11.77% and 13.53% middlings were obtained, and 21.61% gangue was removed in two successive separation stages with the probable errors of 0.05 and 0.07 g/cm3, respectively.展开更多

High-quality standard oil synthetic zeolite-13(SSZ-13) membranes with thickness only ~ 1.0 μm were prepared on tubular supports by the new seeded-gel approach. Seeded-gel approach is simpler than the normal secondary...High-quality standard oil synthetic zeolite-13(SSZ-13) membranes with thickness only ~ 1.0 μm were prepared on tubular supports by the new seeded-gel approach. Seeded-gel approach is simpler than the normal secondary-growth one since adding seeds in the gel is simpler than seeding on the support surface. The synthesis time was greatly reduced from 3.0 to 1.0 d after synthesis modification of gel aging and seed sizes. Low temperature ozone calcination was used for the removal of the organic structural directing agent. The best SSZ-13 membrane displayed CO_(2)permeances of 1.3 × 10^(-6) and 1.5 × 10^(-6) mol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1) and CO_(2)/CH_(4) and CO_(2)/N_(2) selectivities of 125 and 27 for equimolar CO_(2)/CH_(4) and CO_(2)/N2mixtures at 0.2 MPa pressure drop and 298 K, respectively. Separation performance of the membrane in the two binary mixtures is higher than that of most zeolite membranes. Three SSZ-13 membranes were reproducibly prepared on tubular supports by seeded-gel approach and the standard deviation ratios of CO_(2) permeance and CO_(2)/CH_(4) selectivity are 12.5% and 7%, respectively. It suggests that this new synthesis approach is creditable. The effects of temperature and pressure on separation performance of the thin SSZ-13 membranes were studied in the two binary mixtures. The tubular SSZ-13 membranes displayed great potentials for CO_(2) capture from natural gas, biogas and flue gas.展开更多

Compared to the separation of the same intermediates with weak anion exchange chromatography and size-exclusion chromatography the result obtained with HPHIC is the best It would be expected that HPHIC may be a strongly potential tool to separate intermediates of some proteins which cannot be, or cannot completely be refolded by HPHIC.展开更多
