This thesis attempts to deeply analyze the difference of transformation between Eliza and her father Alfred from three perspectives of motivation, progress and result. Trough the comparison of their transformation the author aims to enrich the interpretations and understandings of Shaw’s female characters, as well as to draw people’s attention to female issues which still exist in modern society.展开更多
