文摘目的探讨剖宫产麻醉前羟乙基淀粉静脉预注预防低血压的临床价值。方法 2016年1月—2017年12月该院择期剖宫产孕妇110例随机分为分为观察组及对照组各55例,观察组及对照组分别应用6%羟乙基淀粉130/0.4注射液预扩容及林格氏液,,均为500 mL,30 min内输完,在L2~3间隙进行腰-硬联合麻醉。结果两组均顺利完成剖宫产手术,两组手术时间[(0.98±0.13)h vs (1.01±0.15)h]、术中出血量[(110.58±22.36)mL vs (107.38±19.47)mL]、Apgar评分[(9.33±0.27)分vs (9.28±0.30)分]差异无统计学意义(t=0.22、0.17、0.16,P>0.05);观察组低血压5.45%、不良反应3.64%、麻黄碱用量(7.08±1.27)mg低于对照组的20.00%,18.18%、(16.55±4.22)mg(χ~2=4.02、5.28,t=6.22,P<0.05),结论预注羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠注射液后能够明显地减轻腰硬联合麻醉后血流动力学的变化,发挥持久的扩容效果,值得临床应用。
