负载型双金属催化剂在很多催化反应中都有着十分重要的意义,包括选择性氧化、加氢/氢解、重整、生物质转化等反应。这一类催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性取决于颗粒尺寸、组成和形貌等结构特性。针对Pd基负载型双金属催化剂体系,本文讨... 负载型双金属催化剂在很多催化反应中都有着十分重要的意义,包括选择性氧化、加氢/氢解、重整、生物质转化等反应。这一类催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性取决于颗粒尺寸、组成和形貌等结构特性。针对Pd基负载型双金属催化剂体系,本文讨论了其结构特性,并探讨了不同合成方法对结构性质的调控机制。同时,本文阐述了Pd基催化剂在环境催化反应中的应用,包括CO氧化、烃类氧化、加氢脱氯和NO_x分解等反应。尽管在这些领域的研究取得了一定的进展,然而还需要更先进的催化技术来应对一些重大的挑战,如环境修复等。最近,在材料、光谱、显微、催化化学以及工程领域的研究人员的共同努力下,通过先进表征方法、机理研究手段的采用以及构效关系的研究,针对双金属催化剂设计的研究取得了一些新的进展。本篇综述旨在激励相关领域科学家设计合理的新型催化剂体系,以用于未来的绿色及可持续发展。 展开更多

Complex of research and development work aimed at implementation of jewellery palladium based alloys technology has been carried out at JSC Krastsvetmet. A range of palladium alloys jewellery fabrication has been organized. Compositions of a number of jewellery palladium alloys grade 850, 900, 950 and 990 have been proposed, their production and application in jewellery manufacture has been organized. To produce palladium alloys induction melting in inert atmosphere and melt pouring into a copper mould has been used. The ingots heat treatment conditions, as well as semi-finished jewelry plastic deformation parameters have been determined. 展开更多

介绍了钯复合膜的工作原理和性能特性,并从制备方法和多孔支撑体材料2个方面对钯复合膜分离器进行了总结。化学镀是制备复合膜最常用的制备方法,修饰层、还原剂渗透以及与PVD相结合的化学镀复合制备方法能够有效地改善钯复合膜的质量;... 介绍了钯复合膜的工作原理和性能特性,并从制备方法和多孔支撑体材料2个方面对钯复合膜分离器进行了总结。化学镀是制备复合膜最常用的制备方法,修饰层、还原剂渗透以及与PVD相结合的化学镀复合制备方法能够有效地改善钯复合膜的质量;增厚法、渗透法、填充法等钯膜修复方法则能够提高钯膜的成品率。目前主流的支撑体材料是多孔金属支撑体和多孔陶瓷支撑体,通过制备中间层、优化支撑体材料以及非匀质支撑体等方法能够提高钯复合膜的质量,多孔玻璃、多孔有机聚合物等新材料的开发也成为未来的发展方向。 展开更多

Internal Oxidation of Some Pd-40Ag-1RE Alloys

The internal oxidation behavior of Pd-40Ag-1RE (RE = Sm, Eu, Gd, Y) alloy wires has been studied in air at 800 °C 1200°C. The dependence of internal oxidation depth ξ on reaction time t can be expressed as ξ = Ktn, the reaction index n = 0.50 approximately 0.75. The higher the oxidation temperature is, the larger the n value is. It means that the internal oxidation of wire sampls at high temperature deviates from parabola rule observed on plate sample. The activation energies of the studied alloys range over 120 approximately 160 kJ/mol. The internal oxidation process is controlled by the bulk diffusion of oxygen. 展开更多
