目的汉化口腔健康评估量表(The Oral Health Assessment Tool,OHAT),并对其中文版进行信效度检验。方法遵循Brislin双人翻译与回译模式对量表进行翻译,通过专家咨询和小样本预试验对量表进行修改及调试,形成中文版OHAT。在2018年1-2月...目的汉化口腔健康评估量表(The Oral Health Assessment Tool,OHAT),并对其中文版进行信效度检验。方法遵循Brislin双人翻译与回译模式对量表进行翻译,通过专家咨询和小样本预试验对量表进行修改及调试,形成中文版OHAT。在2018年1-2月采用便利抽样法选取200名社区老年人进行口腔健康评估,验证该量表的信效度。结果中文版OHAT共8个条目,各条目临界比值均有统计学意义(P<0.01),总内容效度(S-CVI)为0.875,各条目的内容效度(I-CVI)为0.80~1.00;量表共提取3个公因子,累积贡献率为65.218%,且各条目的因子载荷度均>0.4;量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.710,重测信度为0.811。结论OHAT反映的是老年人的口腔健康状况,中文版OHAT具有良好的信效度,可以作为我国老年人口腔健康评估的工具。展开更多
