The method of sea-salt ions tracer, correlation analysis and trend analysis were used in this research in order to confirm the source of main ions, it is indicated that Na^+ is mainly from marine moisture and other ions mainly originate from land dust. The non-marine source percent of Cl^-, NO3^- , SO4^2-, K^+, Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ is 52%, 99%, 100%, 98%, 99.9% and 83%, respectively, in Hailuogou No.1 glacier, while the corresponding value in Baishui No.1 glacier is 68%, 99%, 100%, 98%, 99% and 59%. The non-marine source of ions is from dust of Central Asia arid regions carried by westerly circulation and the plateau borne-areas with Qinghai-Tibet Plateau winter monsoon in two glacial areas. However, the import of local dust in glacial area has made a great contribution to ions concentration in Baishui No.1 glacier, which accounts for the reason why the ions concentration in Baishui No.1 glacier is much higher than that of Hailuogou No.1 glacier. It is obvious that the source of each ion is different between Hailuogou No.1 glacier and Baishui No.1 glacier. There are three reasons which can explain it: firstly, the difference in the internal environment of glacial area, such as lithology, mountain-valley wind system, topographical relief and so on; secondly, the influence exerted by ions elution in snowpacks section, and ions elution in Hailuogou No.1 glacier is very strong; and thirdly, the difference caused due to varying ions transporting styles, deposition modes, chemical characteristics and post-ions-deposition process.展开更多

The glacial meltwater was slightly alkaline with the mean pH of 7.64 and 7.61 in 2006 and 2007, respectively. In the meltwater, the dominant anions were the bicarbonate and sulphate, and the dominant cation was calcium. The concentration of major cations were varied as c(Ca2+) 〉 c(Mg2+) 〉 c(K+) 〉 c(Na+), while the order for the cations was c(HCO3-) 〉 c(SO42-) 〉 c(NQ-) 〉 c(C1-). The total dissolved solids (TDS) in meltwater had inverse relationships with the diurnal discharge. The major ion composition of meltwater was mainly controlled by rock weathering as inferred from the Gibbs model. Furthermore, the ion ratios and Piper diagram indicated that the main processes controlling the meltwater chemistry were carbonate weathering, pyrite weathering and feldspar weathering in rocks, and Ca2+ and HCQ- were the dominant ions during the carbonate weathering process. Solute flux calculation at Glacier No.1 station suggested that chemical denudation rates were 11.46 and 13.90 tonkm-2.yr-1 in 2006 and 2007, respectively.展开更多

Y...The accumulation and ablation of a glacier directly reflect its mass income and wastage, and ice temperature indicates glacier's climatic and dynamic conditions. Glaciological studies at Baishui Glacier No.1 in Mt. Yulong are important for estimating recent changes of the cryosphere in Hengduan Mountains. Increased glacier ablation and higher ice temperatures can cause the incidents of icefall. Therefore, it is important to conduct the study of glacier mass balance and ice temperature, but there are few studies in relation to glacier's mass balance and active-layer temperature in China's monsoonal temperate glacier region. Based on the field observations of mass balance and glacier temperature at Baishui Glacier No.1, its accumulation, ablation, net balance and near-surface ice temperature structure were analyzed and studied in this paper. Results showed that the accumulation period was ranged from October to the following mid-May, and the ablation period occurred from mid-May to October, suggesting that the ablation period of temperate glacier began about 15 days earlier than that of continental glaciers, while the accumulation period began about 15 days later. The glacier ablation rate was 6.47 cm d 1 at an elevation of 4600 m between June 23 and August 30, and it was 7.4 cm d 1 at 4800 m between June 26 and July 11 in 1982, moreover, they respectively increased to 9.2 cm d 1 and 10.8 cm d 1 in the corresponding period and altitude in 2009, indicating that glacier ablation has greatly intensified in the past years. The temperature of the main glacier body was close to melting point in summer, and it dropped from the glacier surface and reached a minimum value at a depth of 4-6 m in the ablation zone. The temperature then rose to around melting point with the depth increment. In winter, the ice temperature rose gradually with the increasing depth, and close to melting point at the depth of 10 m. Compared with the data from 1982, the glacier temperature has risen in the ablation zone in recent decades.展开更多

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect on opioid-induced constipation of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency treated with the ultrasonic penetration of the No.1 constipation herbal formula at Tiānshū(天枢ST25)...Objectives:To observe the clinical effect on opioid-induced constipation of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency treated with the ultrasonic penetration of the No.1 constipation herbal formula at Tiānshū(天枢ST25).Methods:A total of 126 patients that were in compliance with the inclusion criteria were randomized into an acupoint group(41 cases),a Chinese medication group(42 cases)and a western medication group(43 cases).In the acupoint group,the ultrasonic penetration of the No.1 constipation herbal formula at bilateral Tiānshū(天枢ST25)were given.In the Chinese herbal medication group,the No.1 constipation herbal formula was prescribed for oral administration.In the western medication group,polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder was prescribed for oral administration.The treatment was given once a day,for 14 days totally.Before and after treatment,the constipation symptom score,the score of the patient assessment of constipation quality of life(PAC-QOL),the situation of nitric oxide synthetase(NOS)in serum were observed in each group.The safety indicators in the observation included diarrhea,allergic reaction,liver dysfunction,skin lesions,etc.Results:A total of 122 cases accomplished the trial.The total effective rate was 82.5%in the acupoint group,80.48%in the Chinese medication group and 78.04%in the western medication group.The constipation symptoms were all relieved in the three groups,indicating the statistical significance as compared with those before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).In the acupoint group and the western medication group,the improvements in the three symptom items,i.e.distention or scurrying pain in the chest,hypochondriac region or the bilateral sides of the abdomen,depression or irritability and poor appetite,were better than the western medication group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The improvements in all of the symptoms in the acupoint group were better than the Chinese medication group(all P<0.05).The PACQOL score was improved in each group after treatment and it was different significantly in 展开更多
Objective: Lung-toxin Dispelling Formula No. 1, referred to as Respiratory Detox Shot(RDS), was developed based on a classical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and the theoretical understanding of her...Objective: Lung-toxin Dispelling Formula No. 1, referred to as Respiratory Detox Shot(RDS), was developed based on a classical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and the theoretical understanding of herbal properties within TCM. Therapeutic benefits of using RDS for both disease control and prevention, in the effort to contain the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), have been shown. However,the biochemically active constituents of RDS and their mechanisms of action are still unclear. The goal of the present study is to clarify the material foundation and action mechanism of RDS.Methods: To conduct an analysis of RDS, an integrative analytical platform was constructed, including target prediction, protein–protein interaction(PPI) network, and cluster analysis;further, the hub genes involved in the disease-related pathways were identified, and the their corresponding compounds were used for in vitro validation of molecular docking predictions. The presence of these validated compounds was also measured in samples of the RDS formula to quantify the abundance of the biochemically active constituents. In our network pharmacological study, a total of 26 bioinformatic programs and databases were used, and six networks, covering the entire Zang-fu viscera, were constructed to comprehensively analyze the intricate connections among the compounds-targets-disease pathways-meridians of RDS.Results: For all 1071 known chemical constituents of the nine ingredients in RDS, identified from established TCM databases, 157 passed drug-likeness screening and led to 339 predicted targets in the constituent–target network. Forty-two hub genes with core regulatory effects were extracted from the PPI network, and 134 compounds and 29 crucial disease pathways were implicated in the target–constitu ent–disease network. Methods: One hundred and forty patients with IGT and with Pi (脾)-W...Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Tang No.1 granule (糖1号方, T1G) in treating patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods: One hundred and forty patients with IGT and with Pi (脾)-Wei (胃) dampness-heat syndrome type were assigned randomly according to their visiting sequence into two equal groups. The control group received only general knowledge about IGT, but to the treated group, based on current knowledge available, T1G was given additionally for 6 months. Changes in related laboratory indexes, including fasting plasma glucose and insulin (FPG and FINS), plasma glucose 2 h after meal (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), serum triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), were observed. Results: The levels of FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, FINS, TG and HOMA-IR were significantly decreased after treatment in the treated group, showing a significant difference compared to the control group (P〈0.01). Among them, HbAlc decreased from 7.08±1.41% to 6.56±1.29% in the treated group, while in the control group, it decreased from 7.02±1.37% to 6.93±1.31%. The level of LDL was also reduced in the treated group after treatment (P〈0.05). In the treated group, 13 out of 68 patients (19.12%) had their glucose tolerance reversed to normal, while in the control group, only 2/64 (3.1%) got it reverse; a comparison between the two groups in terms of reversion rate showed a significant difference (P〈0.01). No severe adverse reaction was found in the therapeutic course. Conclusions: T1G has good clinical effect as a treatment intervention for IGT, as it could improve glycometabolism, significantly depress the levels of post-prandial blood sugar and blood lipids, alleviate clinical symptoms of patients, and effectively cut-off and reverse the yielding and development of diabetes mellitus.展开更多

Different concentrations of Qianxing No.1 were added in the media to determine the optimal bacteriostatic con- centrations of Qianxing No.1 for induction and proliferation culture of sugarcane in the open tissue culture. [Result] The results showed Qianxing No.1 with the con- centration of 0.5% could effectively inhibit the medium contamination. Under that bacteriostatic concentration, the surviving rate of explants was up to 80%, and the propagation coefficient was 3.1. [Conclusion] This research would provide a theoretic basis for the simplification of sugarcane tissue culture procedure and the reduction of production costs.展开更多

Tiantai No.1, a Chinese medicine predominantly composed of powdered Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Radix Ginseng, and Ginkgo leaf at a ratio of 2:1:2 and dissolved in pure water, is neuroprotective in animal models of various ...Tiantai No.1, a Chinese medicine predominantly composed of powdered Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Radix Ginseng, and Ginkgo leaf at a ratio of 2:1:2 and dissolved in pure water, is neuroprotective in animal models of various cognitive disorders, but its molecular mechanism remains unclear. We administered Tiantai No.1 intragastrically to senescence-accelerated mouse prone 8(SAMP8) mice(a model of Alzheimer's disease) at doses of 50, 100 or 150 mg/kg per day for 8 weeks and evaluated their behavior in the Morris water maze and expression of Alzheimer's disease-related proteins in the brain. Tiantai No.1 shortened the escape latency in the water maze training trials, and increased swimming time in the target quadrant during the spatial probe test, indicating that Tiantai No.1 improved learning and memory in SAMP8 mice. Immunohistochemistry revealed that Tiantai No.1 restored the proliferation potential of Ki67-positive cells in the hippocampus. In addition, mice that had received Tiantai No.1 had fewer astrocytes, and less accumulation of amyloid-beta and phosphorylated tau. These results suggest that Tiantai No.1 is neuroprotective in the SAMP8 mouse model of Alzheimer's disease and acts by restoring neuronal number and proliferation potential in the hippocampus, decreasing astrocyte infiltration, and reducing the accumulation of amyloid-beta and phosphorylated tau.展开更多

However,the biochemically active constituents of RDS and their mechanisms of action are still unclear. The goal of the present study is to clarify the material foundation and action mechanism of RDS.Methods: To conduct an analysis of RDS, an integrative analytical platform was constructed, including target prediction, protein–protein interaction(PPI) network, and cluster analysis;further, the hub genes involved in the disease-related pathways were identified, and the their corresponding compounds were used for in vitro validation of molecular docking predictions. The presence of these validated compounds was also measured in samples of the RDS formula to quantify the abundance of the biochemically active constituents. In our network pharmacological study, a total of 26 bioinformatic programs and databases were used, and six networks, covering the entire Zang-fu viscera, were constructed to comprehensively analyze the intricate connections among the compounds-targets-disease pathways-meridians of RDS.Results: For all 1071 known chemical constituents of the nine ingredients in RDS, identified from established TCM databases, 157 passed drug-likeness screening and led to 339 predicted targets in the constituent–target network. Forty-two hub genes with core regulatory effects were extracted from the PPI network, and 134 compounds and 29 crucial disease pathways were implicated in the target–constitu ent–disease network. 文摘As a case study of the Panji No.1 Coal Mine in Anhui Province, based on thesite measured and statistical data, summarized the lithologic associations, characteristicsand distribution laws of interlayer-gliding structures and tectonic coal in the No.11-2 coalseams.The results show that 9 modes of lithologic association can form interlayer-glidingstructures.It is more easy for rock slip to occur when the lithologic associations are mainroof + coal seam + immediate floor type, compound roof+immediate roof + coal seam +immediate floor type and immediate roof + coal seam + immediate floor type.Lithologicassociations of roof and floor are the precondition to the formation of interlayer-glidingstructures.
文摘Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Tang No.1 granule (糖1号方, T1G) in treating patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods: One hundred and forty patients with IGT and with Pi (脾)-Wei (胃) dampness-heat syndrome type were assigned randomly according to their visiting sequence into two equal groups. The control group received only general knowledge about IGT, but to the treated group, based on current knowledge available, T1G was given additionally for 6 months. Changes in related laboratory indexes, including fasting plasma glucose and insulin (FPG and FINS), plasma glucose 2 h after meal (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), serum triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), were observed. Results: The levels of FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, FINS, TG and HOMA-IR were significantly decreased after treatment in the treated group, showing a significant difference compared to the control group (P〈0.01). Among them, HbAlc decreased from 7.08±1.41% to 6.56±1.29% in the treated group, while in the control group, it decreased from 7.02±1.37% to 6.93±1.31%. The level of LDL was also reduced in the treated group after treatment (P〈0.05). In the treated group, 13 out of 68 patients (19.12%) had their glucose tolerance reversed to normal, while in the control group, only 2/64 (3.1%) got it reverse; a comparison between the two groups in terms of reversion rate showed a significant difference (P〈0.01). No severe adverse reaction was found in the therapeutic course. Conclusions: T1G has good clinical effect as a treatment intervention for IGT, as it could improve glycometabolism, significantly depress the levels of post-prandial blood sugar and blood lipids, alleviate clinical symptoms of patients, and effectively cut-off and reverse the yielding and development of diabetes mellitus.

文摘[Objective] The effect of bacteriostat (Qianxing No.l) on open tissue cul- ture of sugarca6e was discussed in this paper. [Method] The axillary bud explants of Qiantang No.5 were used as experimental material. Different concentrations of Qianxing No.1 were added in the media to determine the optimal bacteriostatic con- centrations of Qianxing No.1 for induction and proliferation culture of sugarcane in the open tissue culture. [Result] The results showed Qianxing No.1 with the con- centration of 0.5% could effectively inhibit the medium contamination. Under that bacteriostatic concentration, the surviving rate of explants was up to 80%, and the propagation coefficient was 3.1. [Conclusion] This research would provide a theoretic basis for the simplification of sugarcane tissue culture procedure and the reduction of production costs.

文摘Current glacier recession under the global warming has aroused world-wide attention.Initiated from 1958,the observations show that over the past 50 years,the glacier has changed remarkably in the aspects of snow-firn stratigraphy,ice formation zone,ice temperature,area and terminus position,etc.These changes are apparently the results of temperature rise in this area.The glacier recession continued throughout the entire observed time period,and showed an accelerated tendency since 1985.Meltwater runoff also increased 84.2% over the last 20 years.

文摘Tiantai No.1, a Chinese medicine predominantly composed of powdered Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Radix Ginseng, and Ginkgo leaf at a ratio of 2:1:2 and dissolved in pure water, is neuroprotective in animal models of various cognitive disorders, but its molecular mechanism remains unclear. We administered Tiantai No.1 intragastrically to senescence-accelerated mouse prone 8(SAMP8) mice(a model of Alzheimer's disease) at doses of 50, 100 or 150 mg/kg per day for 8 weeks and evaluated their behavior in the Morris water maze and expression of Alzheimer's disease-related proteins in the brain. Tiantai No.1 shortened the escape latency in the water maze training trials, and increased swimming time in the target quadrant during the spatial probe test, indicating that Tiantai No.1 improved learning and memory in SAMP8 mice. Immunohistochemistry revealed that Tiantai No.1 restored the proliferation potential of Ki67-positive cells in the hippocampus. In addition, mice that had received Tiantai No.1 had fewer astrocytes, and less accumulation of amyloid-beta and phosphorylated tau. These results suggest that Tiantai No.1 is neuroprotective in the SAMP8 mouse model of Alzheimer's disease and acts by restoring neuronal number and proliferation potential in the hippocampus, decreasing astrocyte infiltration, and reducing the accumulation of amyloid-beta and phosphorylated tau.

文摘Self-incompatibility(SI)substantially restricts the yield and quality of citrus.Therefore,breeding and analyzing selfcompatible germplasm is of great theoretical and practical signi ficance for citrus.Here,we focus on the mechanism of a self-compatibility mutation in‘Guiyou No.1'pummelo(Citrus maxima),which is a spontaneous mutant of‘Shatian’pummelo(Citrus maxima,self-incompatibility).The rate of fruit set and the growth of pollen tubes in the pistil con firmed that a spontaneous mutation in the pistil is responsible for the self-compatibility of‘Guiyou No.1'.Segregation ratios of the S genotype in progeny,expression analysis,and western blotting validated that the reduced levels of S_(2)-RNase mRNA contribute to the loss of SI in‘Guiyou No.1'.Furthermore,we report a phased assembly of the‘Guiyou No.1'pummelo genome and obtained two complete and well-annotated S haplotypes.Coupled with an analysis of SV variations,methylation levels,and gene expression,we identi fied a candidate gene(CgHB40),that may in fluence the regulation of the S/^RNase promoter.Our data provide evidence that a mutation that affects the pistilled to the loss of SI in‘Guiyou No.1'by in fluencing a poorly understood mechanism that affects transcriptional regulation.This work signi ficantly advances our understanding of the genetic basis of the SI system in citrus and provides information on the regulation of S-RNase genes.
