The...By using the method of electrophoresis,three isozymes (lactate dehydrogenase,malate dehydrogenase and esterase) of three species of genus Gymnocypris were described and analyzed from North Tibet in this paper. The results showed that all three isozymes presented interspecific difference and distinct differentiation among individuals in the same population,and there was no electrophorectic difference between males and females. Analysis of relationships among three naked carps indicated a high degree of similarity between G. selincuoensis and G. cuoensis ,whereas low degree between G. selincuoensis and G. namensis . Furthermore,three isozymes presented expression of null alleles,and the duplicate genes of LDH A 2,LDH B 2,s MDH A 2 and m MDH B 2 also expressed in some individuals. Compared to other tetraploid fishes,three naked carps retained more functional duplicate genes and null alleles. This suggests fishes of genus Gymnocypris are at the early stage of evolution after polyploidization than that of fishes of Catostomidae,it directly related to the later time of schizothoracine fishes originate as well as severe environment.展开更多
Objective:To explore the application of plan–do–check–action(PDCA)cycle in the management of the naked medicine dispensing about the automatic package and to analyze the practice improved in the quality of naked me...Objective:To explore the application of plan–do–check–action(PDCA)cycle in the management of the naked medicine dispensing about the automatic package and to analyze the practice improved in the quality of naked medicine dispensing medicine management.Methods:The PDCA theory was used to analyze the data,to find out the causes of the problem,and to formulate the corresponding countermeasures to intervene.The data of the naked medicine/adverse drug events satisfaction degree of the inpatients in 18 inpatient departments given for the adoption of PDCA cycle in January 2017 were set as the observation group.The number of the naked medicine/adverse drug events satisfaction degree of patients in 18 inpatient departments before adoption of PDCA cycle in December 2016 was set as the control group.The number of the naked medicine/adverse drug events satisfaction degree of patients in 18 inpatient departments before and after adoption of PDCA cycle was observed and analyzed.Results:The number of the naked medicine/adverse drug events after implementing the method of PDCA cycle management rate was significantly lower than before the implementation method of PDCA cycle management,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the inpatients after implementing the method of PDCA cycle management rate was significantly higher than that before the implementation method of PDCA cycle management,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of PDCA cycle in the management of the naked medicine dispensing about the automatic package can help to reduce the adverse drug events,to improve the safety of drug treatment,and to increase the patients’satisfaction degree.展开更多
Otoliths are biogenic carbonate minerals whose microstructure and microchemistry have been used for age determination, stock identification, life history and environmental tracing. Using X-ray diffraction （XRD） and ...Otoliths are biogenic carbonate minerals whose microstructure and microchemistry have been used for age determination, stock identification, life history and environmental tracing. Using X-ray diffraction （XRD） and Fourier transform infrared （FTIR） spectroscopy, we have determined the mineral types and crystalline characteristics of three pairs of otoliths from naked carp Gymnocypris przewalskii, the predominant fish in Lake Qinghai. The results indicate that the mineral of both lapillus and sagitta of the naked carp is aragonite, and that of asteriscus is vaterite. The aragonite of lapillus has prefect crystallization. Given the shape of lapillus and the sensitivity of its aragonite to water chemistry, lapillus was used to analyze temporal Sr/Ca ratios along the maximal growth axis by an electron probe microanalyzer （EPMA）. Consistent variations of Sr/Ca ratios with a range of 1.0x10-3-5.0~10-3 on the long and short radii indicate that Sr/Ca ratios of lapillus potentially respond to the chemical compositions of the host waters during the period of the naked carp＇s growth and migration. Discontinuous （dark） zones of lapillus were formed during fall and winter when the naked carp grows slowly in Lake Qinghai, resulting in similar low Sr/Ca ratios to lake water, whereas incremental zones with higher St/Ca ratios respond to its migratory river waters during spring and summer. Various Sr/Ca ratios of incremental zones suggest that the migratory pattern of the naked carp may be much more flexible, rather than in a single river. Therefore, high-resolution otolith microchemistry of the naked carp can be used to trace its migratory behavior, which is of significance for determining its migratory pattern and life history of this precious species inhabiting the Tibetan Plateau.展开更多
BACKGROUND Diabetic patients with cataracts encounter specific difficulties during cataract surgery due to alterations in microcirculation,blood supply,metabolism,and the microenvironment.Traditional phacoemulsificati...BACKGROUND Diabetic patients with cataracts encounter specific difficulties during cataract surgery due to alterations in microcirculation,blood supply,metabolism,and the microenvironment.Traditional phacoemulsification may not fully tackle these issues,especially in instances with substantial preoperative astigmatism.The utilization of femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification,in conjunction with Toric intraocular lens(IOL)implantation,offers a potentially more efficient strategy.This research seeks to evaluate the efficacy and possible complications of this approach in diabetic cataract patients.AIM To investigate the clinical efficacy and complications of femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification combined with Toric IOL implantation in diabetic cataract patients,comparing it with traditional phacoemulsification methods.METHODS This retrospective study enrolled 120 patients with diabetes cataract from May 2019 to May 2021.The patients were divided into two groups:the control group underwent traditional phacoemulsification and Toric IOL implantation,while the treatment group received Len Sx femtosecond laser-assisted treatment.Outcome measures included naked eye vision,astigmatism,high-level ocular phase difference detection,clinical efficacy,and complication.RESULTS There were no significant preoperative differences in astigmatism or naked eyesight between the two groups.However,postoperative improvements were observed in both groups,with the treatment group showing greater enhancements in naked eye vision and astigmatism six months after the procedure.High-level corneal phase difference tests also indicated significant differences in favor of the treatment group.CONCLUSION This study suggests that femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification combined with Toric IOL implantation appears to be more effective in enhancing postoperative vision in diabetic cataract patients compared to traditional methods offering valuable insights for clinical practice.展开更多

This work provides a novel approach for the selective recognition of mercury ions. Moreover, this sensor serves as a potential recyclable component in sensing materials and the complex L-Hg2+ (L = 1-[(2-naphthalenylimino)methyl]-2-naphthalenol) can therefore be used as a fluorescent sensor for iodine anions. Based on five thermodynamic equilibria among the components Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and adsorbent,a stoichiometric displacement model of adsorption(SDM-A)from binary liquid mixture with complete range of concentration in liquid-solid s...Based on five thermodynamic equilibria among the components Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and adsorbent,a stoichiometric displacement model of adsorption(SDM-A)from binary liquid mixture with complete range of concentration in liquid-solid system is proposed and tested by using data published in litera- tures.The two expressions of this model show the quantitative relationships between the activity of the component Ⅰ on the surface and that in the bulk solution and between its partition coefficient in two phases and its equilibrium activity in bulk solution,respectively.In some cases,the two expressions may become two linear equations,from which the correspondingly linear slopes(i.e.the adsorption parameters)are obtained with which the stoichiometric displacement relation and relative adsorption ability between components Ⅰ and Ⅱ can be elucidated.The effectiveness of these two expressions for different adsorption systems and the similarity and difference between SDM-A and the Freundlich Em- pirical Equation are also investigated.A rule illustrating a parallel relationship between 2n/Z and the property of bulk solution is also found.And,having studied the quantitative relation of the adsorption from either ideal or non-ideal liquid mixture and compaired their linear adsorption parameters,we find that SDM-A is much better than the Langmuir's.展开更多

This study exam-ined the effects of steaming and roasting treat-ments on the enzyme activities, nutritional con-tents, and flour pasting properties of OR kernels. Results showed that a peeling time of 20 s caused 16.13% β-glucan loss, while a peeling time 25 s caused 34.29% β-glucan loss in the kernels. OR kernels with a 20 s peeling treatment demonstrated significantly higher starch levels and kernel whiteness compared with normal oat kernels (P<0.01). It was also found that normal pressure steaming, autoclaved steaming and infrared roasting treatments could exterminate lipase activities in the OR kernels, and provide the OR kernels with significantly lower final viscosities and setback values than normal kernels (P<0.01).展开更多
During meiosis in flowering plants,degradation of the callose wall in tetrads releases newly produced microspores,which develop into mature pollen grains.In this study,we identified zbs1,a male-sterile mutant of naked...During meiosis in flowering plants,degradation of the callose wall in tetrads releases newly produced microspores,which develop into mature pollen grains.In this study,we identified zbs1,a male-sterile mutant of naked oat（Avena nuda L.）that displayed complete spikelet sterility due to inviable mature pollen.The abnormal pollen grains originated from microspores with a defective callose wall and cell plate during meiosis.The defective callose wall and cell plate of the zbs1 mutant were detected by the labeling of cell wall epitopes（β-1,3-glucan） with immunogold during meiosis,and an abnormal chromosome configuration was observed by propidium iodide staining.The mature pollen grains of the zbs1 mutant were irregular in shape,and abnormal germination was observed by scanning electron microscopy.Together,our results indicate that the cause of male sterility in zbs1 is abnormal meiosis.展开更多

In this chip, it is facile to do colorimet- ric Cu2＋ detection based on gold nanoparticles. This method has a dynamic detection range from 0.75 to 50 lamol/L with only 20μL solution including detection reagents and sample. The result can be readout by naked eye and pho-tographed by digital cameras. With the help of image processing software, we could measure the RGB value and calculate the Blue/Red ratio for more accurate quantification. Tap water could be detected in this portable chip.展开更多

It is shown that the final outcome of the collapse depends sensitively on the electric and magnetic charge parameters. The graphs of the outer apparent horizon, inner Cauchy horizon for different values of parameters are drawn. It is found that the electric and magnetic components push the apparent horizon towards the retarded time-coordinate axis, which in turn reduces the radius of the apparent horizon in Valdya spacetime. Also, we extend the earlier work of Chamorro and Virbhadra [Pramana, J. Phys. 45 （1995） 181].展开更多
This research reported the effect of peeling naked oats with a peeling machine equipped with the flexible alloy blade.Results showed that the flexible alloy blade could achieve the same effect as traditional abrasive ...This research reported the effect of peeling naked oats with a peeling machine equipped with the flexible alloy blade.Results showed that the flexible alloy blade could achieve the same effect as traditional abrasive rolls. Furthermore, the new peeling method had hardly damage to the oat kernels. The result of scanning electron microscopy indicated the surface of peeled naked oats by the flexible alloy blade is homogeneous. The gap between the flexible alloy blade and the slotted screen could change the particle sizes of the flours obtained, which differed from traditional peeling machines. In addition, peeling for 15 seconds significantly reduced the microbial contaminants. The removal of outer layer decreased the lipase activity. The technological parameters were optimized by orthogonal L_9(3~4) test, the results showed a 30 s peeling time and 2% second-addition of water contributed to the peeling rate. The texture analysis demonstrate that the hardness of cooked groats decreases obviously after peeling treatments.展开更多

This study exam-ined the effects of steaming and roasting treat-ments on the enzyme activities, nutritional con-tents, and flour pasting properties of OR kernels. Results showed that a peeling time of 20 s caused 16.13% β-glucan loss, while a peeling time 25 s caused 34.29% β-glucan loss in the kernels. OR kernels with a 20 s peeling treatment demonstrated significantly higher starch levels and kernel whiteness compared with normal oat kernels (P<0.01). It was also found that normal pressure steaming, autoclaved steaming and infrared roasting treatments could exterminate lipase activities in the OR kernels, and provide the OR kernels with significantly lower final viscosities and setback values than normal kernels (P<0.01).

文摘During meiosis in flowering plants,degradation of the callose wall in tetrads releases newly produced microspores,which develop into mature pollen grains.In this study,we identified zbs1,a male-sterile mutant of naked oat（Avena nuda L.）that displayed complete spikelet sterility due to inviable mature pollen.The abnormal pollen grains originated from microspores with a defective callose wall and cell plate during meiosis.The defective callose wall and cell plate of the zbs1 mutant were detected by the labeling of cell wall epitopes（β-1,3-glucan） with immunogold during meiosis,and an abnormal chromosome configuration was observed by propidium iodide staining.The mature pollen grains of the zbs1 mutant were irregular in shape,and abnormal germination was observed by scanning electron microscopy.Together,our results indicate that the cause of male sterility in zbs1 is abnormal meiosis.
文摘We have developed a microfluidic chip for colorimetric CH2＋ detection. In this chip, it is facile to do colorimet- ric Cu2＋ detection based on gold nanoparticles. This method has a dynamic detection range from 0.75 to 50 lamol/L with only 20μL solution including detection reagents and sample. The result can be readout by naked eye and pho-tographed by digital cameras. With the help of image processing software, we could measure the RGB value and calculate the Blue/Red ratio for more accurate quantification. Tap water could be detected in this portable chip.

文摘We investigate the possibility of cosmic censorship violation in the gravitational collapse of radiating dyon solution. It is shown that the final outcome of the collapse depends sensitively on the electric and magnetic charge parameters. The graphs of the outer apparent horizon, inner Cauchy horizon for different values of parameters are drawn. It is found that the electric and magnetic components push the apparent horizon towards the retarded time-coordinate axis, which in turn reduces the radius of the apparent horizon in Valdya spacetime. Also, we extend the earlier work of Chamorro and Virbhadra [Pramana, J. Phys. 45 （1995） 181].

文摘This research reported the effect of peeling naked oats with a peeling machine equipped with the flexible alloy blade.Results showed that the flexible alloy blade could achieve the same effect as traditional abrasive rolls. Furthermore, the new peeling method had hardly damage to the oat kernels. The result of scanning electron microscopy indicated the surface of peeled naked oats by the flexible alloy blade is homogeneous. The gap between the flexible alloy blade and the slotted screen could change the particle sizes of the flours obtained, which differed from traditional peeling machines. In addition, peeling for 15 seconds significantly reduced the microbial contaminants. The removal of outer layer decreased the lipase activity. The technological parameters were optimized by orthogonal L_9(3~4) test, the results showed a 30 s peeling time and 2% second-addition of water contributed to the peeling rate. The texture analysis demonstrate that the hardness of cooked groats decreases obviously after peeling treatments.
