The detection was done for 15 746 cases of different diseases. Among them, 287 cases(1 82%)of ischemic necrosis of femoral head(136 at early stage and 151 at the mid or late stage) showed obvious changes in microcirculation. The changes included the morphologic maldistribution of blood vessel, blood exudation or stagnation, or increases of venous plexus, dynamic state of blood flow rate showing the aggregation of the red blood cell at varying levels and slow flow, stagnation or even slight embolism of the blood. After the herbal treatment to promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and to dredge the channels, the microcirculation was obviously improved in varying degrees. Meanwhile, the X ray examination of ischemic necrosis of femoral head showed the significant improvement or disappearance on the focus of infection. This detecting method can be used to determined the non obvious symptoms of ischemic necrosis of femoral head at the early stage, the symptoms which can not be detected by the image examination.展开更多
